First time at Walmart since a year and half. The store was clean, mostly everything you need was there but first time I had to check out myself. Lady cant over gave me quick tutorial, stuff like fruits and veggies I had to call her again bcz it didnt have a bar code. I didnt signed up for this, wheres my W2 then. Pretty soon robots will operate the store. I will not be back

Walmart is what it is. There are times where you need to make sure it is in stock before you visit. Thats usually 75 percent of the time. Search on Walmart to ensure your product is available before heading to the store.

We have traveled up and down the east coast of the US for years .. have visited tons of stores .. This Walmart is the BEST by far !! It’s clean, very well stocked and the staff is wonderful !! Keep up the GREAT work, it shows ! Thank you for being my new hometown store :-)

This store is clean, very well stock, is always crowded, and the pick orders is the worse I made my order they send me an message por pickup, I was there on time waited 20 minutes ask a lady she checked and said your order was cancelled. They will give you money back in 3 to 7 days.

Arrived at 0720 to pick up my groceries, still havent been brought out to my car a d its 0930. They had me wait 2 hours for an order placed the day before. I could have shopped myself. The employees are nice though.

Im not sure of who came up with the idea of self check out. The lines are ridiculously long, if there needs to be a correction on your receipt it takes a bit since they have 1 person working about 12-15 self checkout registers. You would think with all the money Walmart is saving on Payroll that they would have people restocking the shelves not at the peek hrs of the day which makes it hard to fit down the isles. I see no convenient or anything favorable for the customer. They should just give us our own code to the doors, since we are doing everything pretty much anyways. Plus I read they are going bag less soon. Way to go Walmart you are showing other big box retailers whose boss! Leading the world with the best customer experience. (Said no one ever)it doesnt matter what I wrote Walmart gains $$$ regardless. Target needs to step up their game sheesh!

This Walmart is a dump.. So disorganized, always out of stuff, not very clean because of stuff on the floors..the employees arent very friendly.. The Lottery machine works but not the machine that you check your scratch off hasnt worked in weeks.. I was told to go to register #7 & no one is ever there or go to Murphys gas station.. Are you kidding.. These are reasons I go to Publix..

Rarely are there cashiers. When I have 20-30 items, having to check out yourself takes time. There is no consideration for people who are handicapped. Also, several of the check out registers only take cards (no cash accepted. Which means if you are paying cash you get to stand in line until a cash register opens up.

Great people at Walmart in PalmBay is very sweet gentle people working there. May you Lord Jesus Christ Bless them in what they are doing with their Business

Walmart always has what I want at great prices about like up north, not the double inflated prices most places in Florida charge.

They never have any cashiers actually work they stand around at the self check out talking. And when you ask someone to check you out they quick to tell you to go to self checkout. Umm excuse me I dont work for free your job title is cashier my job title is receptionist you job description as a cashier is to check out customers

I was surprised and overjoyed with the large variety of new flavors Bath & Body Works had. I just went nuts after smelling all my lotions I bought. They smelled so good. And goes great with my chemistry.

One of the largest Walmarts I have ever stepped a foot in. And on top of that the staff are beyond friendly, everyone wanted to help you as if it was their first day at the job and not burned out.

What you would expect. Deals are good. Exactly what I was looking for.

This review isnt really based on the store, its more of a warning regarding Allstates Insurance on TVs. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT purchase the extended insurance on your TV from Walmart. They go through Allstate and even though they tell you they replace cracked screens and it even displays it in the Allstate pamphlet, its a bold lie. Allstate says they simply dont do that, and theyre refusing to replace my TV. Walmart claims they cant help and only Allstate can. Now my 65 TV is broke and Im out the extra $60 I paid for this fake insurance.

Truly this has to be one of the most frustrating stores ever! No customer service, no check out, except self service where you dont even have room to bag a cart full of groceries and cant find help to find the items you came for. Today I left with less than half the items on my list. Now I have to go to another store. Sorry Wal-Mart but I think my shopping days with you are done!

I hate that you can no longer have a real person check you out at line. You have to do it yourself now, item by item. And the computers cameras always flag you for thinking your stealing or something. No matter how slow you go it always messes up and just cant keep up. Its a lost cause. They always screw you at the drive thru lol

This is my local Walmart Store and it’s has been renovated . The store looks neat, but now almost every cashier is a self check out. You’re lucky if they have 3 cashiers, which makes it a little difficult to figure some items that you need to search. Yes, we have been substituted with Machines. Soon the world will be Machines & Robots. The looks clean and organized. Seems like they have more selection now. Some of the staff are great. Ask for PETER. He has been there for quite some years and is a great asset to the store. Great guy. His wife works there as well. Parking is ok, but make sure you don’t park next to the shopping carts, as people have zero concern if they bang your vehicle.

This store has a variety of items and always seems to be in stock. You cannot blame Walmart for the rude customers. I love it!

It’s a hit and miss when it comes to Walmart customer service. It depends on which department. However, the online grocery department workers are awesome and work hard!!! They made my life less difficult being that I am disabled . I place my order using their online app, schedule a pickup time, they pick my grocery for me, notify me it’s ready, load my vehicle, how awesome. I love that they substitute an item that’s out of stock, but give you the option to accept that substitution or decline it.

The curbside service here is excellent and all the associates are friendly and helpful. The store however lacks proper inventory management as evidenced by many common items frequently out of stock.

Great low prices and wide selections to choose from. The self check out is very convenient and easy to use after a few times of trying. You can pay with cash, credit cards, coupons, gift cards, and more. Theres a staff member always close by to help out if needed, and Ive needed help a few times with random computer glitches. The staff was quick to help, very nice, and quickly fixed the issue. There is only 2, maybe 3 registers with a actual cashier, for those who rather not use self check out. I was hesitant at first, but now Im grateful I tried it out. Ordering ahead always makes things quick and easy too. Theyve really gone above and beyond to accommodate everyone, especially during the COVID crisis. The store is well kept and they have been strict about following safety protocols. Now that theres a vaccination, Ive seen more people without masks. The website is also very easy and convenient to use.

HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND WAS ABLE TO GET JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING I WENT INTO PURCHASE TODAY AND THE STAFF WAS VERY POLITE IN HELPING ME FIND WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR.

I give thumbs up to a lady that shops with the blue carts. Paula, she is the sweetest lady ever, she is so pleasant and seems to know where every thing is, always saying excuse, have a great day. Others that shop there knows her and think the same way I do.

Have just about everything u need. Usually crowded. But I can still get in and out. Never employees when u need them. And always out of items I really need only when I need them. Online sight could use help. When u order something like groceries they should pick most expensive products to add when shopping for deals at Walmart should get the best price for the quality. Not most pricier.

This is a fairly nice Walmart. Its kept clean, self checkout moves quickly, and the layout makes sense. Also, parking is really good here. I rarely have to park further than 8 parking spaces to get in. My only issue is that they do not stock the store well. I am forever looking for something, only to see that there are none on the shelf, but tons of them on the shelf overstock, far out of reach. Its constant, and many of these things are not in demand items or things that are on sale.

If you try and call this location, they wont even answer the phone.

Terrible customer service. Had a pickup order for 6-7 and it was delayed. Which isn’t a big deal but pickup ends at 8 so we tried calling to see if it would be ready today or tomorrow. No answer. Tried calling every phone line in the store for an hour, and no one answered. Called the 800 number from the pickup app, he even tried calling the store and no answer. So we went inside and were informed all the pickup workers had already gone home for the night. Meanwhile they have 5 cars in the pickup lot waiting for orders(not including ours). Incredibly inconvenient for them to not inform us it was not just delayed an hour but to the next day completely. And super unprofessional not answering any of their phones, we witnessed the customer service representative not answering the phone while inside. When this whole inconvenience could have been avoided with them answering the phone and informing their customers what was going on with the order they were already charged for. Would not ever recommend this Walmart to anyone.

Not a single cashier staffed checkout was open. It looks as if about half of the checkout stations had been removed and replaced with around 20 self checkout stations which were all in use. About 25 people were also lined up waiting to use those. There were additional self checkout stations at the other end of the store but none of them were not operating. If you only need one or two things, you are going to be waiting while other people scan full carts of food and other items. Pallets of freight all over the store in aisles. No wonder Amazon has become so popular. I will never set foot in this particular store again.

My favorite WM location usually.This last visit however while using self checkout my register stopped and prompted for an associate to come override.The woman attending makes her way over, she looks annoyed and I said I have no idea what happened in a joking manor.She apparently can see on the short video that I had two things in my hand while scanning..sure I scan one throw it in the bag,scan the other,throw it in the bag.. idk it was a prob.So she snaps at me YOU HAD TWO THINGS IN YOUR HAND AT ONCEok well.. IM NOT TRAINED TO WORK HERE!Geez lady.. is it so hard to be nice?

I still do not understand why there are no cashiers at this store. Any other Walmart has registers open for the customer to choose from. This is a shame. My time is just as valuable as yours and I shouldnt be forced to use the self checkouts. I do not like them and believe the in store shoppers should be back at the registers. I deserve the choice!!!!!Sorry guys, but I am done.

I decided to do a Walmart pick up order and it was a disaster to say the least. My pick up time was 6 to 7 and I was notified that they were running behind. I have since been notified that the order is ready and available for pick up. It is 8:06pm. It also appears that the app is now not working so I can’t even give them the parking spot that I am in. The one thing that I needed, the entire reason I made a Walmart order was unavailable. I tried to check customer service so I could get an idea on what time it would be as this is completely out of my way and they couldn’t give me any information. I will be going back to Instacart ASAP! UPDATE: I never got my order. I sat outside for 20 min and no one came. The store told me there was nothing I could do. I would have to come in the morning.....

Never an above average experience at Walmart. The employees never seem knowledgable and now there are fewer of them because they now have predominately self check out lines. Poor service and product quality make this an unpleasant trip. I go there very infrequently as a result. They just dont care about customer service.

Picked up a few things for the house. It is a Super Center. Not too am an small. Just right in a small New England way.

You can never find anyone to help as far as customer service goes. I do have to say that the people who are shoppers for online grocery orders are always nice & willing to help me find items Im looking for.

We go there because they have everything. My brother is in a electric wheel chair and can enjoy the shopping on his own.

Most of the people seemed annoyed at customers but always seemed to try their best to help? The store had open cans everywhere and clothes thrown on the ground and customers wouldnt even pick it up. The front end people were the happiest to help out of everywhere I went in the store. Cashier lines need to open back up, there was a line going half way through the store that was causing chaos and irritable atmosphere. Some of the workers seemed to care and were really good but most of them didnt give the welcoming feeling. I noticed the stockers tried to make the best of their job....but it didnt seemed they were appreciated enough.

Checkout is always quick. If there is a line it will move fast. Grocery pickup available as well, so you dont even have to go inside.

I hardly go to Walmart, I dont like, their customer service, always to busy, hard to get a parking spot. I took my son and since I was there, I decided to grab some meet. I gat a box of hamburger that my son said, he want for dinner. Those burger have mold spot, really bad. I return all the meet. Look for the expiration date

Worst place ever. Moved her 8 years ago and first time here said it was the most poorly managed store, and it has only gotten worse. Today 2 check out lines open with big lines there and at self checkout, which I dont get paid to do your job. A customer had a screeching kid in line for 20 min - management should have asked the parent to stop them or leave. Several times asked the online pickers where something was and dont speak english or understand what youre looking for. I have finally decided I have made my last trip here. Ill pay more at Publix and go to HomeDepot and other stores for what I need. Not worth the aggravation coming here any longer.

All assocites were helpful but the site to store Kiosk had an additional longer wait. I also had an issue with a valid return. All resolved, life goes on. Again associates were very helpful today. 3 stars are due to the amount of time it took to accomplish these two otherwise simple task.

Always when I come to this Walmart there is a huge line for the self checkout. There are no people cashier available.

I have used the pick up service many times and have never had an issue. This evening they missed $23 worth of my order and reported that I picked it up. Now I have to wait 10 days for the refund but I still need those items. I will never use this service again at a Walmart.

I had a cart that was almost overflowing with food and groceries..When I got upmto.the registers they were ALL closed except the self check out.....When I politely asked the CSR if they were opening any of them up because I did not want to self scan all that stuff she said she was new let me go ask a supervisor..I watched her walk to the self checkout and begin helping people....Never speaking to any coworkers much less a supervisor ...I waited and watched as she looked at me twice...After 10 minutes I went to self checkout...When it was my turn she said I could go to a self help lane...My response was she shouldnt have said she would do something and then not do it....its rude and disrespectful...The service in this store is worse then horrible...They have seen my last dime...

This Walmart is actually a very nice place to go. Very accommodating great staff. I think Im going to apply for a job here a lot nicer than the Sebastian one and much much nicer than the Vero Beach both.On second thought, nah...

Always busy. Never any parking. Very little fresh fruit. Pineapple was under $2🍍👌❤️. All Walmarts are the same, AZ, FL, NJ. Doesnt matter where you are. I used the pick up inside. It was fast and correct. Also went to quest for a blood test. Convenient.

They have less stuff then most stores in the big cities but staff is helpful and store is pretty clean. Though half the stuff is low on stock they are helpful with everything.

Great place to shop...just cant seem to keep Pokémon in stock that my children want.

I am done spending my money at Walmart. I recently purchased an Adult Tricycle on Walmart Marketplace and had it shipped to my home. It could not be assembled as parts were missing. I looked to see I could return at store, nope, after taking it to the store they told me Marketplace WalMart doesnt return at stores. I needed to go online and press a small tab Contact Seller and now have to wait up to 48 hours for further instructions. I am done with WalMart, and I wont enter another one again plus I dont want to have to check my own purchases, then have my receipt checked by one of your associates as I leave your store.

Wal mart is better online than stores. Very few employees and only self check out takes way to long.

Waited an hour after calling for pick up. There was no rain. Some people came after I got there and left long before. After an hour it was storming. But WHY AM I STILL HERE FOR AN HOUR WHEN THEY COULD HAVE GOTTEN MY ORDER LOADED UP?! Not very good time management as far as I can tell.

We started shopping for groceries at Super Walmart in Palm Bay. With the cost of food getting more expensive. We have decided to shop around rather than just shop at Publix Melbourne Beach.

Seriously, the line both self checkouts is ridiculous because of no cashier lanes being open! Most people are clueless when it comes to scanning their own items and the single person to help all the others was oblivious.

I was shopping there quite often. They sometimes have 0 cashier lanes open. Sometimes only one. This line is the longest. I will not do self checkout and will stop shopping at Walmart completely if this continues.

Had kind of a hard time finding what I was looking for. The website said the item was in stock. I found the location of the item but it was not there. I asked an associate for help, she scanned the location and said they had 8 in stock, but she couldnt tell me where they were. I ended up making the purchase on Amazon with next day shipping. It would seem they need better inventory control system.
