If I could give 6 stars, I would. I had a quote from the dealer for some repairs. I took my car to Champion and received prompt, professional service for half the price. There was an issue with one of the parts that Champion installed. It was a used part but guaranteed. When the problem arose, Champion promptly fixed the issue which actually involved taking my car to the dealer to get a computer module re-programed. All at no additional cost to me. Champion has earned my business through honest, upfront, prompt service. I cant recommend them highly enough.

We needed a tire.. turned out to be just the valve steam. The guys were funny but still professional. Loved that. Very honest people.

The mechanic seemed to know what he was talking about when I took a ride I had just put new suspension on in for an alignment. He came back smiling about how tight the steering was. The truck hasnt tracked straight since. Pulls to the right hard the whole day after I took it out on the highway and into some dirt to see how it felt. I cant believe this dude pulled back in and just let it go like that. He drove it down Babcock toward Malabar and was back in 10. Thats long enough for a pro to have felt what it was doing. I am dissapointed.

These technicians are so honest. Ive been going to them for years. A couple of times the repair took only a couple of minutes and they charged me nothing. I have never been unhappy with the service. But the great blessing is that I know they wont swindle me. GOOD PEOPLE!

They have always done their best for me. I get my oil changes at reasonable prices and quickly. They have also done other mechanical work on my 2005 Forester. They tried more than once to correct an issue with the hill holder feature. Not an easy fix for non Subaru shops.

Found myself in a pinch last night after my brand new tire blew up. Called several shops and they had what I needed and we’re open after Christmas Eve. Super thankful for that. Everyone we spoke with was nice and helpful. When I need a tire I know where i will go.

Everyone here is really nice and helpful. The lady up front I’m sorry I don’t know her name but she is really nice. I called one week to ask about a tire I had put on and when I came in the next week with no appointment she had my paperwork already and they were able to help me out right away. This is my second time there and both times I have been very pleased. I will be getting new tires soon and I will absolutely go back to them. I highly recommend them. I have had to File with the Attorney General’s Office, Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, and the Better Business Bureau for them destroying my 2006 Volvo Engine. We are extremely disappointed in how they handled their failed Repair. We tried so hard to avoid this we really did, but they would not accept responsibility for what they did. The heart break this has caused us is enough to write a book.

Champion Automotive is the best repair shop I have ever dealt with in my life...and I am a grandmother, so I’ve been around. Their work is excellent...they are unquestionably honest...their employees are very friendly and knowledgeable with no hype or sales pitches...same day service...great trustworthy! They were recommended to us by locals 3 years ago and since then we’ve serviced 3 cars there. They always fix our cars at very reasonable prices. So happy we discovered them!

Went for a tire plug or patch and left with a used tire. Was not asked or consulted and Im not a person to argue. If the tire was not worth fixing I understand, but let me know so we can talk about it. Maybe I would have change the other front tire as well so they match, but now I have 3 Michelin tires and 1 Goodyear. Besides that, the tire replacement is fine with good meat on it and the price a bit more than what I had in mind but not a bad deal. Thought about leaving a 3 stars but left a 4 because of the tire. Customer service should be better and neither the mechanic or front desk guy was apologetic about it.

I got a nail in my tire which caused a flat on a Saturday afternoon. Got AAA to tow my car 15 minutes before they closed at 5pm and they graciously took me in and was able to repair my tire. Thank you Champion Automotive for saving me when I know a lot of places would be closed on a Sunday leaving me to wait till Monday. I’d definitely recommend.

This is the only place I will bring my car to be worked on. They are the most honest mechanic shop Ive ever dealt with, they have toys for kids to play with, a nice air conditioned lobby, and consistent service. Ive never once been misled or let down by them in anyway. I cannot say enough good about these people, especially the owner who is a great guy. On top of all that they even accept AAA, and sell used tires.

Dropped my Honda Element to have the brakes worked on and get an oil change. One day after having picked up my car it was leaking oil in my newly power washed drive way and smoke was coming out the right rear tire. Now the caliper that they replaced on my rear brake it rubbing against the brake pad. I am done with these guys. Honda dealership only from now on.

I broke down coming from Orlando, going to Key west. I called a bunch of car mechanic places and none of them answered but this one. They told me they were booked for the day and that they could take me tomorrow but as soon as I told them I wasn’t local they went above and beyond to help me. They even stayed after hours to fix my car for me so I wouldn’t be stuck. The front desk lady was very sweet and knowledgeable. And the guys working did an amazing and fast job figuring out what was wrong with my transmission and fixing it very fast. Thank you soo much!! I recommend them over anyone else in the Palm Bay Area.

Brought in Mercedes wheels/tires to have the tires replaced. Rims were 100% perfect when they took them in, they came back out with big scratches through the finish, in a round pattern, on both wheels all around the edge of the wheels. Owner claimed it couldnt possibly be their doing, and just walked away. I wont be going back.

My friend and I got stuck on the highway at around 3:30 and were towed to this repair shop at around 4:30 (they close at 5). Before we even got there we spoke to them on the phone and they told us they would stay open to fix our car so we could get home safely that night since we were still 2+ hours from our destination. They were so incredibly kind and helpful and didnt overcharge us at all. Their prices are amazing and service is absolutely excellent. I cant say enough good things about them!

I went to Champion on Monday to get 2 used front tires. On Tuesday night, the passenger side tire blew out. I went back the next morning feeling defeated because I know the used tires are sold as is. Turns out, the air valve on my tire was broken. All I have is $10 in my pocket. The valve costs $8. The owner replaced the tire for free and told me to bring the $8 back when I get paid. I almost cried right there because I am already going through alot of financial hardships, as is. This restored my faith in good people. Even though it wasnt their fault, they still helped me. Thank you so much to the gentlemen over at Champion. They have my loyalty and a customer for life. 🙌🙌🙌🙌

On a Saturday at noon, with a full lot, they were able to squeeze me in for an oil change and new tires - all at a good price - and had me out in about thirty minutes (one of the techs delayed his lunch and you could see everyone pitching in for ALL the customers). Theres a reason I keep coming back here.

In our six or seven dealings with Champion were finally 100% convinced they operate very honestly and very reasonably. Never any pressure and always an honest assessment--by showing us on the car--what theyve found. We strayed recently and went to another mechanic shop (a friend of a friends shop) where we were misdiagnosed and over-charged. Will not make that mistake again. Thanks, Champion!

Scott is knowledgeable and HONEST. Was in town from Jacksonville for a soccer tournament, dont know anyone or any place to go after my Transmission gave out. Had truck towed to this garage. When I showed up nezt morning, Scott said transmissions where not their specialty but would check it out. Called me a few hours later, bad Transmission and could give me a quote, did not try and sell me. Love the honesty.... end the end I move the truck to a transmission specialist but these guys are the real deal and incredibly trustworthy. We need more garages like these guys AAA PLUS rating from me.

I was towed here by AAA last friday after having car trouble on 95 trying to get home to Canada. They saw to us right away. They were very helpful and fixed our problem right away.They cleared a code free of charge and had us back on our way home. If I were local, I would come back here. Seems like a lot of locals used their services as well.

I always believe in giving businesses the benefit of the doubt, and champions was no exception. My first time as a customer, I needed to go in for an alignment. I asked the front desk clerk how long it would be and he informed me about an hour. I was happy to wait the time, I didnt have an appointment so I understood there would be a small wait. 4 hours later, as the entire staff was eating lunch right in front of me they informed me that all of a sudden the mechanic who does alignments got busy. The front desk clerk offered me a discount to come back in another time. So, I came in the following week at my scheduled time and my car was taken up onto the lift. The mechanic came to get me to tell me that my ball joints control arms and tie rods would soon need to be replaced, and that he was unable to do the alignment. I found it to be very interesting as I just had that work done less than 2000 miles prior. So, okay I decided to give them another shot. Several months later I needed a set of tires for my vehicle. I had called and spoke to the owner Dennis who had advised me he had a nice set of used tires that would fit my car. So I brought my car in and the mechanic who is selling the tires informed me that those tires would not fit in my car and that they didnt have any tires that would. He told me that Dennis quite often will try to sell tires that may fit the rim but would be too thin or thick. The mechanic advise me this would be unsafe and he recommended against it. That was the extent of my dealing with Champions, however my wife had one dealing of her own. She was interested in a vehicle that was on sale in the parking lot. She called and spoke to Dennis and he informed her that he had no idea what was wrong with the vehicle but it wouldnt run. Really? a mechanic who has no idea whats wrong with the vehicle. This was it, no more chances Im done with champion and every time I get the opportunity to tell someone I inform them exactly what happened. Ive also contacted AAA with hopes to get that partnership dissolved, AAA should not want to be associated with people who do business like this.

As you know, we do NOT warranty parts that customers bring in BUT did try to do the best for you because you were a long time customer. A good solid deal and inventory, quick service!

I work at a shop in Colorado, however, when my parents found their RV broke down with a bad tire and a blown transmission this shop took better care of them then I could ever imagine. They charged them more then a reasonable price for the work, and even allowed them to stay in their RV for a little while waiting for the parts to show up! This shop by far exceeded my expectations, if you are in the area, local or from out of town, I could not recommend a more honest and compassionate shop. Thank you for talking care of my parents while I was half way across the country!

I had to get a couple of used tires to hold me over until I can get afford to get new ones. The service was excellent, thank you Tim! The owner(Dennis) was hands on and amicable during my visit. Looking for used tires or to have work done on your vehicle, this is the place to go.

My mom ran over a nail in the back passenger tire. We were planning a visit to Palm Beach Gardens to visit family on Saturday, so Friday we set about fixing the tire. Usually mom takes her car to the big box store on Palm Bay Rd for plugs/patches, etc. But weve been trying to buy local and gave this place a try. Ask for a plug/patch and they obliged. Said nothing about plugs not being effective on the newer tires, didnt take the tire off the SUV, just shoved a plug and collected $14.Of course, we wake up to a flat tire. Thankfully it didnt spoil our trip. But this is where a baby step of info or seeing that we had a 4 y/o in tow and giving some safety advise would have resulted in a Happy - well be back - customers. Instead they get two thumbs DOWN and posting link to this review ALL OVER my cyber world. Sorry boys.

I went with my car hoping to have it run for one month after an accident and they were truthful and they told me that if they did what I was thinking, I would be losing more than $1,000 for nothing. They were honest instead of taking the money and do the job.

I just cant describe with words the excellent service at Champion. I brought my car after going to 3 different places around the area with an exorbitant quotes. As soon as I entered to the lobby I was greeted by the owner and employees like if they know me from years and I explained to them my situation and in a blink of eyes they found out exactly what my car had. Wow still cant believe that I just had to paid around half of what I would of have paid at the others shops I went. Car (my only car) didnt start on Sat. at beach. AAA (via eau Gallie Towing) had it towed to Champion. They stayed open to accept the car and put it under cover. This am they said they thought it w a a bad key so I got a ride to Champion with spare key. It worked and no charge! Awesome service from talking to Amber on Sat. to quick service and solution today. Highly recommend this business! They have a new customer in me! Thanks so much!

Daughter was down in college 200 miles away from us. Needed a new alternator $454.61 for a New alternator with a lifetime warranty, later on when the car changes hands to me I find out that the alternator installed was re-manufactured and the cost to get back down wouldnt be worth it and it seemed to work just fine. About 50k miles later it died and now need a new alternator. Bad enough they over charged for the product but, they gave me the cheaper one and screwed me over. Stay away! BTW this is coming from a mechanic, I am replacing their mistake. I feel like demanding a refund/repayment for a replacement.

This place is awful. My fiance called to see if they had tires for our car. The owner (Dennis) said they did. He got there and their mechanic said they were too small. He also said the the owner constantly says they have an item that works, and really doesnt. Or hell say its one price, and itll change when the customer gets there.A couple months later, I went to check out a car they had for sale. I talked to Dennis, again. He said he didnt know what or if anything was wrong with it. So I asked if he knew who the car owner was. He said it was his. How on earth would you not know if something is wrong with your car when you own a MECHANIC SHOP?!? Theres something shady about this place. I wish I could give it zero stars...
