Regina and her staff are amazing! I have been a blessed to be a patient of hers for many years. She will always take the time to ensure that my hearing aids are functioning as well as fit perfectly. Her office assistants treat you like you are their only patient. I have recommended her to my friends and they all agree that she is the best, and was able to help them and/or their loved ones with their hearing needs. Regina will take what ever time is necessary to make sure you are hearing perfectly!

I had several hearing tests done and decided to purchase hearing aids for both ears.Everything concerning hearing aids was fully explained in simple language. The service I received was first-rate and the hearing aids have greatly increased my hearing. I recommend their work without any reservations.

Ive been a patient of Reginas and Hearing Care of Palatine for four years. I have had recurring problems with my hearing aids, and Regina has been very quick to work with the manufacturer to make the situation right after several years. And shes such a great professional that goes above and beyond for her patients.

I have the most difficult ears to fit, due to the extremely small and narrow ear canals. I had tried other audiologists and they were always trying to sell me hearing aids that did not fit. A friend of mine suggested Dr. Regina who worked diligently in an attempt to find the perfect fit. After several hours (and a bit of frustration on both our parts) she was able to find a manufacturer that made one small enough. She ordered that brand for me, and it appears to be a successful fit. I cannot say enough about her concern for me. In addition, the receptionist, Carolina, has a perpetual smile and attitude that always makes me feel welcome as I enter the facility. If there were more gold stars, I would fill every one of them for them.
