What a great company to work with. Their work was top notch and quick. I had them replace the glass on my front windows which had broken seals, I also had them realce an eyes sore glass block window. The new glass they installed is very high quality and perfectly clear! I especially enjoyed the text message communication and scheduling tool they used - among the best communication Ive had with a contractor.

Had glass replaced in custom sized windows. Was very happy with Argos quick response to my request for quote. The glass was replaced in a couple of hours after waiting for them for only a few weeks. Last windows I had repaired from another vendor I had to wait the entire summer. Argo did a masterful job on our windows and patio doors; they look new and 75 percent of the frame was saved in most cases. Michael and his partner were very personable, honest, and hard working (very). They found a matching stain on inside and also painted the outside after reworking it and sealing it up against the weather. The sills they also magically replaced to perfection. This was a very practical solution and I am glad I had wood windows and patio which could be repaired instead of throwing away good glass and wood framing. Do Not use this company. Cracked the window during measurements and then backed out from doing the work. Also, they don’t keep appointments. You can find better, professional and quality companies out there.

They repaired a 35 year old wood window for us. Came out really good. Much less than replacing it out new. Also, its just hard to find windows currently. They are excellent craftsman for sure. Argo Window Repair did a fantastic job on our leaded window. The window frame was coming apart at the base from nearly 100 years of snow and ice and freeze/thaw cycles. They picked up the window and brought it back as good as new in just over a week. Installation went well. The workmanship was top quality and we couldn’t believe that they even matched the paint on both sides. (We thought WE would have to paint it after the repair.) We will definitely use them again as our windows are very old and there are not many companies that have the skill and craftsmanship to work on 100 year old leaded windows.

I live in a 40 year old house that has not had any window replacement to my knowledge. These windows are wood frame so I wanted them inspected to see which windows needed replacement and which needed repair. After reading the customer reviews I decided to call Argo. I explained my situation and an appointment was made for an inspection. I fellow named Paul came out and I again explained what I wanted. He didnt inspect anything. He barely looked at the frames on any of the windows. I know for a fact that 3 of the frames have rotting wood and at least two of the cranks need repair. All he did was take window glass measurements and gave me a quote for glass replacement. What a waste of time .I told him at least 3 times that I wanted the frames inspected but he payed no attention in fact I dont think he said 2 sentences to me while he was here.This company couldnt give me any windows.

ARGO window team is one Professional Group!!Our house is 50 YO. I had a 5-Section Bay window that had 3 panels cloudy due to leakage. I called ARGO and they sent an estimator. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and never pushed more than what I needed. I had planned only of replacing 3 leaking panels but the estimated cost was so reasonable, I decided to have all 5 panels replaced plus low E coating and new glazing.As promised, within 4 weeks the glass were ready and a team of 2 craftsmen came to install them. What a beautiful experience watching them work!!! NO wasted motion! Polite, professionals!! The lead man (Ihor) explained to me what he was going to do. They basically set up a makeshift carpentry shop on my driveway and went to work. 4 hours or so later… all done!!! I’m totally satisfied with their installation!!! Totally. Everything topnotch!!
