I called these guys for a 2nd opinion because I didnt trust first company assessment. Abden was great, was professional and gave me both a option that would fix it that was cheaper or cost to replace whole thing which was more. The place I used before All-Right garage door just wanted me to buy a $600 replacement and when I asked them to just replace the part they did it wrong then said see need a new one. 12/27/2016 My cable connecting to the pulley unraveled on 12/26. I called the next day and a technician, Abdel, was able to come within two hours. My garage door came off the side rail and got jammed at an angle, half way down. I called Dynamic Doors and they were at my house in about 20 minutes! They quickly identified that a bracket had failed, causing the door to derail.Abdel really know his stuff! He showed me that the root cause was that the original door rail wasnt installed properly. The old rail was mounted so close to the garage door that there was not enough clearance making the bracket rub against the rail, damaging it and causing it to ultimately snap. That made sense because for months, I heard a terrible metal grinding noise every time the door opened and closed.The Dynamic Doors guys were able to quickly install new rails, showing me that the door and rail system were properly aligned. The garage door has never operated so smoothly and quiet! All this for a great price!I highly recommend the guys at Dynamic Doors in Palatine! They have a lifetime customer!

Awesome service! My garage door stopped working Friday evening, I called Dynamic doors on Saturday, They told me they will be at my house at 1 PM and sure enough they were right on time. They replaced the gears on my garage door opener, and checked my garage door to see if there is anything else that might be wrong. Overall it they did an excellent job; very professional, very knowledgeable, and great pricing. It was very nice putting the cars back in the garage especially with all this cold and snow. Had a small issue with my garage door as it just started rocking while opening. The individual that came spent 20 minutes, charged me nearly $100 for those 20 minutes, and spent most of his time trying to up-sell me on newer technology. Yes my garage system was the same as when the building was first built, but the focus on up-selling was bothersome. Not a good $100 spent.

Dynamic Doors came to my house on a Saturday within an hour of my call. The service man fixed my door without causing further damage. He replaced my cables and my springs along with some other parts in about an hour. The cost was high at $400, but it was an emergency call.
