Amazing fruit. Fresh as ever, and the work done by the two employees I see in the back is very commendable. As well as great customer service when I ordered, and went to pick it up.

I placed an order to surprise my wife and lighten up her day after a rough past couple of days. Im thinking everything is going according to plan when I get a random email that they are looking into my issue. The driver delivered the order to the incorrect address. I call at 454 only to be told the store is closed and it will be addressed tomorrow. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. I would recommend looking at another more reliable business to surprise your significant other.

Never saw the end result of the item I ordered. Never received verification that the item was ordered. So I really can’t say if fruit was fresh or if it was delivered One thing I did receive was the bill, paid in advance

When I get my order first time delivered unorganized and not so fresh I let it go. But this time I wouldn’t. I’m not gonna write anything else just see the picture expectations vs reality !

What a great experience with the store and delivery! They were so very helpful and kind. The recipients absolutely loved it and said it was oh sooo good.

Our arrangement came with an add on of balloons. I had sent someone else to go pick it up the same day it was needed. The balloons were not given to her with the order. We needed them for work so we could not leave to go pick up the balloons. I was not mad knowing that things happen, and we were pleased with the arrangement itself. I called for a refund of the balloons and was asked to come pick up the balloons, since we were at work I could not just leave and just asked for a refund of the balloons. I was told there was no manager and would have to wait for the next day. The manager calls at 8 am (I’m second shift so this actually woke me up) and asked for us to pick up the balloons, I told her it was needed for the previous day so it was too late. She asked if the person picking up the arrangement was aware there were balloons, I said I had mentioned it to her. The manager proceeded to tell me that it was half her fault, she should have asked and said something so half the blame was on her. That’s very unprofessional to blame the customer! The store did not properly review the order, they gave us an incomplete arrangement and it seems like they do not have a system when it comes to making sure orders are complete. I’ve worked in customer service in the past and can’t see myself blaming someone else for my mistake. The customer is always right! Very unprofessional!

My husband sorprice me with this amazing one and I was so happy. I love it! The fruits had a good taste and sweet. For me alone that was to much fruits but I gave some people where I leave some and they love it. So, its really nice arrangements. I think that the price is to expensive for 3 Ballons, some fruits, and deliver and other extra prices. But for once its really nice to get something like this. Thank you for making it so nice.

Went in this morning to buy a dozen chocolate covered strawberries. After serving for dessert this evening, most of them were rotten with fungus. Tried calling, there’s not even a voicemail option. Please reach out to me to amend this issue.

I have used this location a couple of times in the past few months.1st time as a walk in and just selecting a premade basket with a few little extras.2nd time I ordered ahead a ginormous holiday sleigh fruit basket with tons of chocolate covered fruit,ready for pickup on time and looked better then I could have imagined.Awesome store and I really enjoyed talking with Shannon,who,like I,is a cancer survivor!!!Thank You Thank You

I paid 13 extra dollars for the delivery guy to go less than 2 miles and still they were late n I didnt even get my money back .. never again.. plus the manager was not trying to compensate

While the order was made on time and looked beautiful, the fruit itself wasnt very good. Not sweet at all, very disappointing for the amount of money spent.
