I have been using this place to get my family’s cars cleaned for quite some time and have been very pleased. We usually get the cars detailed twice a year because of the weather and Jose C has done an amazing job. My wife has a black Jeep GC and he does meticulous work when detailing it in addition to all of our cars. I highly recommend asking for Jose C if you’re going to get your car waxed or detailed.
5 stars for the actual car wash, but their interior experience needs some work and line is always 20 cars deep. I am a member for both interior and exterior and they do a “good” job, but only giving 3 stars because they are slow to get you in and jam you through it once you in missing details. They also ask you “anything you want is to pay attention to?” and forget to do what you ask 99.999% of the time. Especially if you don’t buy one of the upgrades they try to sell you on. Be ready to spend some time here if your looking to have interior done no matter what time of day, or day you go. Also have a rag on hand to go over what they miss, example pic below. I mean come on!!!!!
Took my car and stated I wanted the interior detailed. When I got the car back there was still dirt, as well as coffee residues present. On top of this, there was rags and products left in my car. I returned home and talked to Chris stating my displeasure. He offered to have the whole thing redone. I took it back and Im not sure what they did. The coffee residue is still present, twice I have asked for it to be wiped away. When I got back I used a wipe and easily removed it. The seats and carpet were not shampooed again like Chris said. The dirt is still present and they left more rags in my car. For the money it is simply not worth it, I will no longer be bringing my car back and recommend the same to you.

This car wash is the best around. I have 3 cars on my unlimited car wash and have been very happy every time. I never had a bad experience and I recommend this place to all my friends in the area. Ron and Brian are 2 managers at this location and they go above and beyond to make this place a number 1 car wash in the northwest suburbs!! Delta Sonic is my forever car wash!!
Use the car wash all the time. Assistant manager Ron saw me wiping my car down after the car wash. He walked up, noticed some water spots on my window and hood and assisted me with wiping down the entire car. Great guy and great asset to Delta Sonic.Thanks Ron.
I got my car interior cleaned up yesterday. I had not had a cleaning since I bought the car. Angel was very polite and told me everything would be taken care of in 2.5 hours. Only thing is I never received a call to pick my car up so I just got a ride to pick it up. Well worth the wait and the price. Everything looks so new and looks fresh. Very happy how it turned out.
For our first time, there was a line but it moved fast. We bought a $20 per month all you want to wash your car deal. They do detail if you need and dry your car off for you. I think the staff was professional and friendly. Only took like 15 min to go from start to finish ... dint gorgeous to tip your helpers.
Inside floor cleaning, and the seats cleaned. Karen was very nice, helpful, and professional. She has excellent customer service skills; she deserves a raise. Javiere also really helped me. I gotin the wrong car wash line(right lane), and he let mehave a free wash.; and suggested I write a good review. They both deserve a raise for being excellent at Customer service; and Brian for helping me figure how to write a review ! Thank you all.

Paid 40$ for interior cleaning, I think wipe and vacuum included. Should be 30 min cleaning. They all done it in 10 min. While the car was going thru the belt. Not sure why pay 10 extra dollars. It seams that car is dirty. Had to ask to clean back windows after the car was given to me. Now came home and wife looked around and very unhappy. Some of the pictures attached. It seems that everything was cleaned with dry rag, inside the door handles dust, steering wheel dust, back of the minivan dust, dashboard dust, cup holders dust this is unacceptable!!! It used to be so much better few years ago, and now it is horrible.
Very disappointed in Delta sonic. Used to come here at least twice a month for both of my cars and Now I will not be coming back. Purchased a interior and exterior wash for two of my cars. The exterior I had to go in for a re-wash because of the very poorly done job, and after the re-wash my car was still not clean, I was not gonna wait in line for a third time and waste my time. For the interior not only did the prices skyrocket, it would be understandable if their services upgraded as well, But unfortunately both of my cars interior was not clean, wrappers were left on the ground and side doors were dirty still after asking them twice to clean it. Not worth the price, terrible service.

Visited wash on Monday to sign up for unlimited plan. Ran new truck through unlimited line and the gate closed on the back of my vehicle. After arriving home five scratches were found on the hood from the wash. Not even two hundred miles on the vehicle and the detail department had to buff out the blemishes. Manager couldn’t refund me and told me to call corporate. I will take my business elsewhere
I think Delta Sonic is a great car wash but they make up their hours on a whim. I have the unlimited inside and outside and Ive attempted to get my interior done more than 4 times in the last two weeks each time theyve closed early. I wouldnt be writing this if it were only once, even twice, I didnt even say anything the third or fourth time but now! Theyre supposed to be open till 9 and its 6:30, weather is great no reason to close early! I slightly understood two of the times as the weather was bad, although I did go to another car wash that was open, but I could kind of understand those times but today! Post your hours and stick to them unless theres some emergency, I dont believe that theres an emergency every day! If you dont want to work past 5 or 6 change your hours! And let your unlimited members know that your hours change on whatever whim you guys decide at the moment before they buy the unlimited membership!
I spent 56.99 on this “super kiss plus” and “super interior” ... I have never been more disappointed in my entire life at this car wash.It has gone downhill since I moved out of state... not sure if it was the poor training or lack of “caring”... I will tell every one of my siblings and also put this on “neighborhood watch”.They sprayed the interior windows... the girl was flirting with the boy that was vacuuming my floors... I got in it the windows were completely smeared... the dash was not wiped at all and spray marks all over... dirt marks still on the doors where I used my foot to push open my door ... all of this should have been CLEANED...ESPECIALLY THE WINDOWS... What a waste of my $57. Never again🤬

As a long time customer of Delta Sonic, my experience today was beyond compare to any experience I have had at this location. Jose C., a delta technician, was the individual who made my car cleaner than when it was brand new. I have unlimited plan for both interior and exterior for my car .I have always enjoyed my experience at the Palatine Delta Sonic, today the staff here went above and beyond. I was really not expecting this.As I pulled my car out of the exterior car wash before wiping off my car, the Manager Ron manager noticed brand new white car Was covered in dark spots ... possibly drove through road construction.They sent me through car wash 3 times and sprayed special stuff on it to remove the spots and they didn’t stop until all of it was off.Ron and his staff were amazing . Feels good there are still business out there that care about their clients . :)
Ron is very Professional and Treat everyone with a smile. He very great to his employees they did a great job to my cars. I been coming here fo over 20 years. I had my seats in my car clean. The person that clean it took his time and did a great job thank you so much.
IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME, CAR, AND MONEY GO SOMEWHRE ELSE. I was a member for the car wash for many of years. I brought my car in for a wash, half way through the wash in the tire cleaning area my cars rear right side started to sway to the right off the track, hitting my right rear rim and damaging it, the car wash was stopped 3 times to try to get my car on the track again. Not knowing that all the other cars were still in the track and moving, my car was also rear ended. They finally got me out of the car wash. The first thing I asked the manager was if my rim was ok....he said will take care of it.....Well they filed a calim and told me to get a quote and I did and now they are denying me the rim, and said that it was damaged due to a curb.....Not to mention the other 3 rims have not one scratch any surface damage to them, but for the one rim on the right rear passanger side that was off the track and hit......I will NEVER go here again, and will be speading the word that they damage cars and do not fix them. My whole family cancelled their memeberships due to this......TAKE SOME OWNERSHIP....AND DO THE RIGHT THING DELTA SONIC....THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR OR THE DAMAGE THEY DO TO IT.Response TO the owner: I DID AND WAS BASICALLY CALLED ME A LIAR AND WAS TOLD THE CAR WASH DIDNT DAMAGE MY CAR, A CURB DID......GREAT WAY TO GET OUT OF PAYING FOR THE DAMAGE YOU COST TO MY CAR. NOT TO MENTION ALL THE TIME I HAVE SPENT ON CALLS AND BETWEEN GETTING QUOTES AND DRIVING TO BODY SHOPS. I also posted this on my FB where my 1,000 + friends can make their decision on your establishment.
I have been a long time customer but from last 4 - 5 times every time i went for interior cleaning something was missing from my vehicle. Today when i asked to file a complaint then rude supervisor (JOSH) canceled my membership without my consent. He even told me to call the corporate office but nothing is going to happen as i run this facility. Such a shame. If you treat your customers like this then dont do the business. I am writing this review so others may be aware of their customer care services.
I have a monthly payment and package with them. I took my car here 2 times in weekends and wasn’t really well done. I thought maybe because they got busy. I spoke with the guys to make sure what I wanna them to focus on. They didn’t touch the places I wanted to be cleaned up. Took my car again this morning I thought it’s not weekend they got time, told them the back seats are sticking please make sure you will get it done. This is happening when given to many changes to get something well done. Back seats wasn’t vaccum. Very disappointed!
The outside wash is amazing, power wash first and then I do brushless, car is clean and salt is off👌Regarding inside, overall it is good, but it got a little slopier over time, so it really depends on the person you get. I still go there, and just point to anything that is missed when I review my car, I like that every time you are asked to review in case any spot was missed to make sure you are satisfied.
Ron the senior manager was a pleasure to see Saturday and as always he is extremely helpful and I will continue to go to Delta Donic because of his excellent customer service and recommend my friends and family to go there as well.

I cannot say enough good things about Delta Sonic in Palatine. Ive been an unlimited member for about eight years. Over the years, Ive developed relationships with employees and managers throughout the establishment. Rafael ALWAYS goes above and beyond for me. He knows how much I care about my car and if there are ever any problems or he thinks I am the slightest bit unhappy, he always does what is needed to resolve any problems. Because of how personable he always is, I decided to purchase the unlimited interior monthly package last year.Last month, I was involved in an accident in which another driver ran a red light and totaled my brand new car. I ended up calling Delta to cancel/freeze my memberships as I was left without a car. When I spoke to Rafael on the phone, he was genuinely concerned about not only my car, but my safety as well. After what seemed like forever, I came by today to wash my new ride. I activated all of my memberships and actually had a solid conversation with him.When I picked up my new car, the windows were tinted and the insides were all smudged from the tint installation. I asked if I would be able to skip the interior line and just get a couple of towels to wipe down the smudges since the tints were set. He took it upon himself to do it for me and ensure that my car looked perfect before I left. (With the help of Jonathon (Lvl 3) at the drying station) I really appreciate his ability to be down-to-earth and his attention to detail doesnt go unnoticed. I always look forward to coming in and seeing him!Thanks for always going above and beyond!

I usually never leave reviews but I wanted to write this one because of the great customer service especially from the manager, Brian C. I stopped by Delta because I was having a problem with my tire pressure and they have an air machine. I was trying to fill the tire but somehow it became more flat so I would have not been able to leave with it like that any more. I went in to tell cashiers about the situation and Brian was overhearing and immediately offered to help. He went out to help me and figured that the machine was indeed not working. He told me to pull up closer to the building and filled my wheel there and made sure everything was okay. He was very kind, professional, and always ready to help. He is a very valuable employee for Delta Sonic.
Be ready to carve out 2+ hours on the weekend to have the interior and exterior done. This location has outgrown its capacity and it is gridlock. Need to open another in the NW burbs

A full hand car wash is cheaper in other places with interior included. Way tooooooo expensive, my car was still extremely dirty, just disappointed
We waited 4 hours for them to fully clean our car. When we got it back, it looked as if it hadnt been touched once. I got a refund but I also would have liked a reimbursement for my time as well

I paid $60 just for them to wipe down my dashboard and vacuum my carpets, overall service and wash were Good but unless youre rich its simply better to do it yourself and save the 50+ dollars

They have definitely gone down hill in the past 6 months. I dont know if its new management or what. They scratched my window tint so a $35 interior cleaning just turned into $120. And on top of that the cleaning they did is not worth $35 I wouldnt pay $10 for it. What ever they use to clean the interior has left my car smelling like a dirty porta john on a hot August day. Im going to have to get it detailed elsewhere this is disgusting. Their exterior cleaning is just barely acceptable, but never use their interior Im disgusted by the quality of their work. Attached photo is of my window tint they scratched.IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER BELOW: No when I noticed the scratch on my way home and called, the person I spoke to said something along the lines of not covering window tint and not their problem. (Obviously entirely not satisfied.)
Went to Delta sonic this morning to get in exterior and interior cleaning. The service was exceptional as usual. Great customer service. All the people detailing the cars pay close attention to everything theyre doing. They clean the rugs really good. The windows look great no smears or smudges. Ron is walking around making sure everything is running smoothly and is not afraid to jump in if his services are required. He is very attentive to all the patrons watching their cars being cleaned. Ron always goes above and beyond all the time, and I am in there at least once a week. Great service I highly recommend this carwash. If you connect your Delta sonic rewards card to your checking account you get an awesome discount on fuel also. Not sure of the name of the man drying mt cat but be also did an excellent job. Thank you delta sonic for starting off my Saturday on a happy note.

Stanley was fantastic. Managers vet helpful and when I questioned something my detailed Stanley was doing they took care of it immediately. As an unlimited wash member had the unfortunate accident where one of my wipers was broken. Spoke with the wash manager Ron. Who walked me thru the process of getting it repaired. A Dealer was a block away. Brought Ron the receipt for the repair filled out a short form and was Paid immediately in cash for my cost of the repairSimply a great place to do business with
I’ve been coming to the car wash for years and the employee service has always been so awesome. I come almost every week and always get the super kiss with tires. Noah had concerns about my chrome rims getting greasy from the tire brushes and took notice that they didn’t look right and said to go for a rewash because they looked bad. I didn’t have the time to go for a rewash so he offered to wipe them down. He also hand brushed the tires back on before I left. I really do appreciate the outstanding customer care he has and I will always remember the awesome service he provided for me when drying my car.
I stopped into this wash today and was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Angel. He was extremely personnel and polite. I had a few questions about some services the car wash offered, and he took the time to go in detail what each service involved, along with Noe S. Keep up the great work! Hats off to Rafael for managing a great team!

I have the $20 membership. I get my car washed and interior cleaned about 5 times a week. Never had a problem. Car is always spotless. Staff is awesome and kind. Ron is amazing and helped me put windshield fluid into my car. All services are done very well. Will continue using their facility as long as they’re open.UPDATE: I have canceled my membership because they have raised the prices of my membership after being an extremely loyal customer. I tip every time I go in and they want me to pay $60 a month on top of that, no thanks!
I scheduled an appointment here to have these guys shampoo my seats and clean my cars carpet, as I was selling the car later that day to a private buyer. I got a call 4 hours later saying that while they were polishing the drivers side mirror the broke it off. How this happens I have no clue, because the metal bracket was literally broken - requiring ALOT of force to break.But, accidents happen, right? The frustrating part is that they require me to pay the $500 to fix it up front and then say I can try to ask them to reimburse it via a form that gets mailed to their corporate office. Before getting it fixed though, I was told I have to wait 7 days and then submit an estimate to corporate for them to approve for me have it repaired.This whole thing is going to take me 2+ weeks to get resolved because of the out of date and terrible process they have for this. To top it off, I now can’t sell the car for 2+ weeks until I get this fixed and reimbursed. Mind blowing terrible customer service. The service center number is ZERO help, and the staff at the store were ZERO help. Getting your car cleaned here is a terrible idea - if something happens while they are working on your car (even when you arnt even there and they are in control of the car), get ready to jump through hoops all over the place to try and have them make the repairs. Stay away!!!!
I had never used this car wash before and was given conflicted information upon paying for the wash. I requested to speak to the manager when Rafael came out with a huge smile, extended his handshake and promised me he would make it right. He took care of my car, (1 1/2 hour wait to do the inside of the car) with no wait as he did the work himself. He truly went above and beyond my request, and as a younger guy - he really knew how to solidify customer service. He would not accept a tip and told me he was happy to help, as that is his job. I was so impressed by this young man, and wanted to publicly thank him for terrific customer service skills.
I am very particular when I get my car washed, and all I have to say is that the Roberto gets that job done right! Some new employees here go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied as well. Mike and Rafa have the best customer service skills anyone can ask for if an issue was to ever arise. I advise to get unlimited service package it is well worth it, as I have had it for 11 years 4 cars 🚙

Ron runs an amazing shop at the Palatine Delta Sonic. These people are amazing. Palatine Delta sticks out because of their people. I wish I knew all their names but it’s been several years of consistent superior customer service across several vehicles. One time, Rafael went way out of his way to remove Tar from my car. Angel is always reviewing my best options to keep my wife’s vehicle looking good and protected. I’m fact, although I’ve been helped by many Palatine employees I cannot think of 1 person that was not about making customers happy. I think that winning culture comes from Delta Sonic corporate to Ron the manager to each employee at the carwash. My cars always look great...thanks Delta Sonic Palatine.
Better off cleaning your car yourself because they did such a poor job interior and exterior that it didnt look any different when it first went in.
I have multiple vehicles with unlimited exterior and interior plans. Delta Sonic Palatine hasn’t let me down yet! Great service from caring employees for a decent price. Too many employees to name by name but specifically have had Rafael (Rafa) help me with multiple issues. He is one of the best people they have there!

Ron was very professional and made sure my car was cleaned exactly how I needed it to be for the night! Accidentally ordered the shampoo instead of the leather cleaning. Ron fixed my order and did not charge me despite the shampoo cleaning being almost done. Appreciate the help and purchased their monthly cleaning option because i believe they will continue to take care of me and my vehicle!

I was at Delta Sonic on DUNDEE IN PALATINE THURSDAY August 14 I was getting my gas so I went into the store to prepay. I locked up my car. When I came out I realized I locked the keys in my car. I went back in the store to see if I could get help the girl behind the register was so sweet she got the manager Rudy he came out with some kind of tool to get the door open he was so nice and friendly he got the job done. I didnt get the cashiers name she was also very polite, and was a great help.This was the best customer service and has the best gas prices. Great experience

Not to mention they didn’t tell me about it, just hoped and assumed I just wouldn’t see the mark in the door panel it’s over 2,000$ to fix the claims adjuster was a absolute nightmare please don’t take your car here look at all the other horrible reviews they have this place is a nightmare never again
Went here today for the first time for a car wash the car wash is very expensive and not worth wasting your money because it did a horrible job there are lots of other washes that are cheaper that do a better job don’t go here for a wash
I had a Lexus that needed a lot of work last minute before I had a road trip. In the last couple hours of the night Rudy was the best! He got my car done exactly the way I wanted it done. Quick, clean and at a fair price since I had some special requests. Give this man a raise Delta Sonic! He’s a keeper!
This review is about Javier Sanchez, one of the managers who works at this location. But first, a story of the day prior.I took the minivan in for a car wash. Unfortunately, the bike rack on the roof got caught in the machine while going through the car wash, and ripped it off. Then the car behind our van ran over the rack and completed destroying it. Staff was great, we filed paperwork, nothing was damaged except the rack.Next day, my husbands decides he wants to try to retrieve parts after all. We go back and ask if they still have the rack. In comes Javier, who takes us to the dumpster- now filled with a Saturday’s worth of trash. With patience and a lot of digging, he retrieves the rack out, piece by piece from the bottom. Asks what else he can do to help, with a smile. We’ve always had good service at this place, but THAT gets him five stars.

My mom and I had a great experience when visiting Delta Sonic we had our consultation with Memo and the detailing was done by Nues, Chris, and Eddie. They made sure we were completely satisfied with all the detailing before we left. They were all patient and took the time to answer any questions we had. If you are looking for any sort of car cleaning, I definitely recommend!

I usually get good service. Not this time I want to get the outside washed and the inside cleaned but they only were offering the super interior did not want to spend $35 just to get my car victim doubt thats all it needed and I waited 20 minutes and nobody came to dry off my car so I left I guess its time to find a new place
Martin and Eddie were Class A amazing. Well above my expectations. Due to construction along Palatine Rd., fresh tar splattered all over my car. To my horror, I had tar all over my red GMC Terrain. I knew it wasnt something I could tackle on my own. I believe Eddie was was cashier/lead. Martin was the one who pulled off the miracle. Not only was my car cleaned of the tar, Martin actually went above and beyond by cleaning the wheel wells, the wheel rims and even the back of the car where it splattered up. My car looked like new. Truly not certain I would have received this level of service at any other Car Wash.
I have been going to the Delta Sonic in Palatine for over a decade now. Im always impressed with the excellent attention & detail they give to cleaning my car. Every member of their staff are exceptionally courteous and conscientious of their work. I would highly recommend this location.
Ron took really good care of my car. It needed interior done and a wax. They made my car look brand new! I was out of windshield fluid and he put it into my car. Noey let me know all the options that can be done and doing the 3 month wax and basic interior is all I needed. I got a discount for being a member. I really recommend going to this Delta Sonic they will take really good care of your car!
