Honestly beat tack shop i have ever been too!! When I walked in i was lost at what i needed. After 1 min a lady came up to me and within 10 minutes of her help i had everything perfect to fit that i did need. Bonus she was able to help me save money!! This is now my main tack store. Very very helpful and most of all very nice!I was actually investing in a very good pair of riding boots for winter. I was in the store for a few hours because it is quite large and lots of great items. I put a pair of boots and a vest on hold and went to Dover to see what they had. My experience over there was not as pleasant!I was very happy to return to saddlers row and make my purchase of my boots. They gained me as an equestrian customer forever!I will also point out that this was my first visit in their store and at Dover and will always return to Saddlers Row hands down just because of how well they treated me!

This is my absolute favorite store ever. I live way down in southern Illinois and this is by far the best store within 7 hours. There is no where I would rather go if I need help fitting something. They also have a great consignment shop and an awesome leather worker. They have a massive in store selection and amazing staff that can help with literally anything.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. I was shopping here for my nine-year-old daughter as she was to be in her first English riding show and I needed a jacket and boots for her. Even though she wasnt with me the young lady was able to help me find something that would work. We definitely will be back

We had a GREAT experience at Saddlers Row! We went in hoping to find a new riding outfit for my granddaughter to wear in her upcoming horse show. We lucked into a gorgeous hunt coat, 2 shirts and a pair of jodhpurs in the consignment section. All were in perfect condition (some were even brand new)! All were priced very reasonably. The staff was all friendly and helpful. We were even offered cookies while we were there! We left the shop with a beautiful new riding outfit, a new girth, and some new horse brushes in girlie colors that my granddaughter loves!

I love saddlers row! I have ponies and they have a great selection of pony sized tack!!! Which is always hard to find. Their customer service is awesome, the store is always clean and full stocked. They also have awesome tack repair service that Ive had to use a time or two, they do an amazing job!!!

Great experience. On my most recent visit, they had a bit in stock that I couldnt find anywhere else -- including online. When I was checking out, they reminded me that I had a store credit that Id completely forgotten about. Staff is knowledgeable and always helpful.

I am new to the horse back riding scene so with this experience at Saddlers Row the sale assistants were really friendly and were able to answer my questions. I really enjoyed the fact that I had asked a question regarding gloves and the assistant did not try to sell me the most expensive pair but suggested ones that she enjoys. I really appreciated that! I will be back to this store for future purchases, you can bet on it!

I was greeted right when I came in the door and at least 3 employees asked if I needed help but also let me browse on my own. I never felt like I was being watched and hovered over which I appreciate. When I did make purchases everyone was extremely courteous and friendly. Great selection!

I just shopped on ebay for cute presents for my farm family and fell in love with the hunt scene mini tack box jewelry box. It is beautifully crafted, adorable internal additives of the mini tack box and such and wrapped and protected nicely. The free shipping was appreciated as well! I go in here once every 5-ish years. I typically go to this store out of absolute necessity only. The service is very bad, and I get annoyed every time. I have to work way too hard to get help when I am here. The selection is good, the store is neat and very well stocked, and the prices are reasonable. Its the service that kills it for me.

This is my wifes favorite saddle shop. She travels over an hour each way to go there, but she finds every thing she is looking for and always is impressed with the staff. They are always helpful and are able to answer any questions she has.

The staff is down right rude. The minute you have a question for the owner about something she has an attitude. My daughter and I were looking for something very simple, and when we asked one of the girls who worked there she went to ask the owner. The owner KNEW we were standing there and waiting to speak to her and she just carried on her phone conversation for minutes even after she saw us. She was rude and cold when we asked her if something was a possibility. She laughed and said no Im not giving you that information or phone number, which is not what we were asking for. Ive been told by a lot of people that this store to notorious for their snotty attitude and rude demeanor, so it wasnt a complete shock. What was shocking is that the first time we were in there they went out of their way to be nice. Every time after the first experience has been utter let down. Ladies try to remember that these are paying customers and if you want them to return you should treat them accordingly.

Always love my trips to Saddlers Row - I drive almost an hour to get there so you know its worth it. They do a beautiful job washing and repairing blankets. You carry a huge variety of horse related supplies for all disciplines. The staff is always friendly and helpful!

Love this place...theyve always gone the extra mile! Last weekend it was too hot to ride so I called to see if I could make an appointment for a saddle fitting. Absolutely, come on in anytime! Bring a tracing and some pictures in with your saddle and we will see what we can do.Judy was awesome! She made sure the shop floor had coverage and then off we went looking at all the pics and tracings. She was so thorough! I have an adjustable saddle with risers so we opened it up and added some inserts, and she told me what more to do if that didnt work out.I asked her to recommend some cleaning products and my saddle has never looked better!! Thank you Butet Saumur!!! I dont usually spend $50 on leather conditioner but when I do... Its for my horses stuff/not MY shoes!!!So so happy!! Wish I lived closer to this place!

My first trip to this store included me looking for my very first saddle. Rebecca and Paula both took their time and personalized my experience while including my mother and teaching both of us about saddle fits. I love this store and I drive 300 miles to come visit it. I live out of state and I stop in Saddlers Row every time I am in town. The staff is knowledgeable and professional and will give you forthright opinions on the various tack and equipment options, based upon your expected use. Everyone here is welcoming and knows their stuff. I have purchased my childrens’ saddle through here and my own; and with both saddles they worked with me so that I could have a few days to bring them back home and try them out to make sure the saddles were the right fit. I did not have to return either one because the ladies here were so thorough in helping me pick out what my family needed. These are the peoe I know and trust. You should stop in this store.

They took the time to not only ask what we needed but to educate us on proper fit of coats, jods, garters, and shirts. we made purchases in both the store and the consignment shop. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating to what we needed and our budget. I have been to other shops that were very pushy and insistant that I buy the top of the line products. No pressure at all here. The consignment shop was recommended as soon as they heard it was my daughters first show. And I love that when she out grows items we can bring them back to put in consigment. We will be back for all our future equestrian needs, Thank you
