The salesperson who helped me was very informative, helpful and professional. He explained in detail the differences in the mattresses. I would recommend Mattress Firm to anyone interested in buying a new mattress set.

Parking upfront. Good location. Little expensive but still much better then other places. Little hard to deal with the warranty guys as if when something goes wrong they wont replace it very easily. once you buy its hard to get a replacement so make Sure you use it very carefully.

Eric was very knowledgeable, showed me several different models. Store was very clean and well organized.No 5 stars as they charge $99 for set up and removal of old mattresses.

So far a great experience. Delivery next week and will know more then. The store was clean and the sales person was friendly and patient.Update: the delivery went well but some of the adjustable bed features were not connected. Need to call store back.

Be careful and do your research. They wont hesitate to lie and decieve to make sale, I found out the hard way when I got a non-refundable deal that I knew was too good to be true.
