I called another big box sign shop that popped up in my google search hoping to get something done today. The salesperson was kind and stated it would take a few business days and their work load was heavy. After emailing back and forth I drove to their shop and they stated the salesperson was out and I could wait, nobody helped me as I sat around for 20 minutes. I decided no biggie I would search again. I called signs today and the phone was answered by Ellen who invited me to stop in since I was close by. I emailed the graphic from my phone and she came out and took a picture of my vehicle to to scale it to the correct size. After it was to my liking she let me know it would be about 30 minutes until it was ready! When I came back she not only had my graphics ready she demonstrated some tips on the installation! WOW what a cool place! I enjoyed dealing with somebody passionate about their job and so helpful. My google search for my sign needs are over! Thanks Ellen, you’re awesome!

As owner of Signs Today, I am greatly disappointed by the review from the DeWitts. The damage they refer to was caused by the company the originally installed the sign, years ago, not Signs Today. I believe that the DeWitts were aware of this damage when they contacted us for the sign removal. They were only looking to blame another party for this damage so we would cover any potential costs to their landlord at the time. I feel this way as I attempted to repeatedly show the DeWitts how the damage was caused by using their old sign and explaining how it was installed.They were not interested. All they cared about was how much money I would give them for the damage.I regret doing business with the DeWitts, and would avoid any business with them in the future. I recommend that anyone be cautious of doing any business with the DeWitts.
