I was shopping for a car and Express Motors of Illinois had the exact car that I wanted. I called and the salesman was very responsive and provided great detail about the car. I setup a time to come see it. When I arrived the car was in the condition as described and the price was better than for a similar car anywhere else. The salesman and finance manager were very accommodating with getting everything done in a timely manner and setting up financing for me. Overall, I couldnt be more pleased with the car and the transaction. Definitely will come back next time I am looking for a car.

I had a flat tire on the coldest day of Chicago land when it was -40f outside. The wheel was stuck and couldnt take it out. Went to look for help at the dealership and the owner was just closing, bit after explaining that Im across the street and need help (had my wife and little son in the car), he just said sure Ill help you out. Really?! The man spent 45 min with me outside, couple of trips to the shop, trying to get the wheel off using different techniques and finally the wheel came off, and we put in the spare. There are still good people left out there. Thank you!!!

These guys are 100% scam artists. They sold me a car that burned a shi$ ton of oil right after a cold start. Lucky for me it was only a $10 part to fix the car. They went through more of an effort to scam me than to actually try and fix the car. They are good con artists, however, apparently terrible mechanics. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I recently purchased a 2008 Bullitt Edition Ford Mustang GT from Express Motors. The car is gorgeous and the price was right. Since I was 12 years old the Bullitt Mustang has been my dream car. I used to draw pictures of it on my school notebooks. I used to build detailed model kit replicas of it. In college I would watch the Bullitt movie car chase on repeat. I even have the Steve McQueen Bullitt movie poster in my living room. I have Ford Mustang T-shirts and hats and now finally at 31 years of age I have the car to go with the dream. I plan to keep this car for a very long time. Its the car I hope to share with my kids one day. Thursday February Eleventh will mark one year since the passing of my Dad and I wish more than anything that he could see the car and enjoy it with me. He would absolutely love it. I purchased a 2001 Cadillac DeVille DTS for my son from this dealership. The sales person told me that there was just one previous owner of this car. When I asked for the CARFAX, it showed TWO owners, but it *was* a clean CARFAX. There were a few issues - a gas gauge that didnt work, a passenger seat that wouldnt come up from the reclining position, and a DEMAND that we not turn off the car.They *did* work with me on the price, which made me not be too upset when I had to immediately replace the battery.As is true with any used car purchase from a corner lot, buyer beware. Know what the value of the car is, and be sure to check EVERY aspect of the vehicle before you drive it off the lot.*EDIT* We have now had the car for 30-days. Although the sales person assured us their mechanic had thoroughly checked out the vehicle and there were no engine problems, in addition to the battery replacement, weve had to replace the water pump and fuel pump ($1,200+) and are now being told we have a head gasket issue. There is NO WAY this dealer could not have known about these significant engine issues before selling us the car.We are now proceeding to request the dealer buy the $3000 LEMON car back from us so that we can get a vehicle that we can actually drive.
