I got late in posting this review. I want to really thank them in helping me getting my first car in the US. I found the ad on an online app about the car that I was interested in (2018 Nissan Rogue). Me and my wife called to set an appointment for a weekday quite near to the closing time. When we visited around 7 PM, Dean was already outside the showroom waiting for us and gave us a warm welcome. We directly went to look at the car and Dean helped us explore and explained all the features, test drove it and decided to go ahead with it. Dean and his team helped us a lot with the decision to finance as we were not sure how that worked until then. Within 2 hours, all the process was done and we were set to take off in the clean car. It was a very nice and smooth experience. Thank you!

Just purchased an amazing 2019 Chevy at Palatine Chevrolet (Leader) ! Dave was so patient in showing me everything they had that met my checklist. More options than any other dealer. Eddie in finance got me a great rate and term, so nice to work with. My suggestion is to ignore the chat girl online who was frustrating with slow responses and incorrect info. Go in and see the team- all were super nice and I never felt pressured, they will help you find what you are looking for.

When I purchased the car I liked it because of the tinted windows, but when I went to pick it up I noticed that only 3 windows were tinted . I called the dealer to get that fixed and all they said was “my service people would never do that. The only thing I could do is peel the other window for you”. Talk about Great customer service!

I called to make an appointment for an oil change since I was visiting from Naples Florida and returning home in a few days at about 46% oil life. I was pleased I could be accommodated due to a last minute cancellation. When I arrived to check in I made a special request that while my car is in service that they should refrain from stepping on painted part of the door sill and kept unmarked of footprint or debris that could mar or scratch the paint. Basically I was asking for anyone who enters the vehicle to lift their feet and used the side steps in the car if needed. The service advisor said no worries since they know how to get in and out of the car.When the oil change was completed my car was waiting outside the parking lot. I paid for the service and proceeded to leave. Upon entering my car I noticed they had plastic cover on my seat. Terrific. Dirty Paper floor mat with grease and dirt from the Techician’s or mechanics work area. No problem. Dirty paper floor can be pitched. Maybe they had no time to remove. Then I looked down on the painted door sill. Grease foot print that matches the grease and dirt on the paper floor mat. I was able to clean the dirt but there was a tiny mark left behind on the clear coat. Either a tiny fragment that had embedded in the technicians shoes and was unaware but maybe just don’t step on the door sill. This usually happens when they are in the process of getting out of the car and the door is open and their foot is resting on the painted part of the door sill and not thinking to much about it since it’s not their car. I bet if you look at their personal vehicle the painted portion of their door sill is all scratched and marked up with grease and dirt from their service area. Aside from this Chevrolet Silverado High Country we all have other vehicles of different manufacturers at home. I don’t have this issue when going to service with these cars. I have not had a Chevy since 1988 and see nothing has changed in the service dept once you give your car for service. It is very stressful going to a Chevrolet dealer for service. Unless it is a warranty issue this will be the last time this truck will see a Chevrolet dealership. Maybe if the service advisor would have passed on my request to whoever drives my car to be careful with my door sill painted area as they get in and out and we’re all good. Maybe the service advisor or someone dedicated to check the quality or condition of the car before handed back to the customer would have also helped out a lot which can count towards Customer satisfaction goal for the dealership. I can be reached by email or you can schedule a call with me if you like. Overall customer experience would be 1 star at best. I know it’s no longer 1988 and truck prices have sky rocketed but service quality in handling my car is unfortunately is not any better than in 1988.

I’ve given this Service department multiple chances purely out of convenience for myself since the dealership is right down the road. But I had a scheduled appointment for a simple oil change and my car sat there all morning while I was waiting and the service was never performed. Worst part is you can never get through to them by phone and when you do you get put on hold for over ten minutes. Plan to leave you’re vehicle all day even for an oil change…

I was contacted by the service director Chris last week and he informed me that the car they sold me had somehow not been inspected at all before selling…red flag. Then he offered to give me a free oil change, tank of gas, $100 gift card and a loaner for the day if I brought it back for the inspection. Brought the car in a few days later, no one in service had a clue that we had an appointment and they didn’t have a loaner for us. We waited around for about 4 hours and when we got the car back they refused to give us the gift card and tank of gas that had been promised because they couldn’t get a hold of chris… This all seems extremely shady and misleading to their customers. STAY AWAY!

I purchased a 2018 Kia Optima from them on August 28th and the car has a dent by the driver door with rust issues and it has a motor rattle when cold starting. I wish I could get some assistance about these issues. P. S. I never received my registration card for the vehicle either. It seems that once you buy a car youre on your own.

There was only one service rep which seemed like not enough help every time I went in for my trucks engine to be rebuilt. He seemed like he didn’t really have the time or resources to get me the info needed to help me coordinate with my extended warranty company. I never really got a detailed report of what was wrong with my truck until after the engine was already rebuilt and I had to pay for it to get it. Emailed, digital copies and more detailed descriptions of the diagnostics done to my truck should be second nature in our digital age, but I guess not.

Ive always gone here to get my oil changes. Even when I dont have an appointment, you guys are nice enough to still do a service on my vehicle, which Im very thankful for. But last time, the service wasnt any where near any of the time Ive gone. I hadnt made an appointment because Im working on state border so Im out of town 5 days a week. I had Saturday to get it service. I had mentioned that there was a unpleasant screeching noise coming out of the bottom of my truck. I mainly went for the oil change, but asked if they could check it out. I was told that It may or may not be possible to check it out that day... So I left it there to get it serviced and hopefully get it checked out. I then realized that its closed Sunday and I have to get back on the road Monday morning. So I asked them to skip the diagnosis if they werent gonna have it done for that day. I was then told to bring it in another time to get the diagnosis. So I asked if I could bring it next week, he said no its busy... the following week?... no its still a busy time.... He then added, and I quote If the noise is really unbearable, then bring it in......Like what!!!I have to drive around with this ugly noise for a whole month before I finally get it fixed!! The only time I have to get it checked out and thats the responses I get?... no thanks, this may have been my last visit there. Ill take my business else where.

1. I was told I needed front and rear brakes. Estimate was well over $900. I took my car elsewhere, and was told the rear brakes were fine, and the front ones should be done soon. There estimate for front brakes was well under $400.2. I needed a new air filter. Since your price estimate to replace that was ridiculously high, I bought my own. The other mechanic shop not only installed it for FREE, but also told me that whoever last had that open didnt install it correctly. THAT WAS YOU!3. The last two times Ive been there, service has been slow. This last time, by car (oil change) was ready, but then I had to wait around another 10 minutes for the guy to get me an estimate for the brake job.I have lost trust in you.
