Stopped here as I was nearby and needed parts to repair a leaky valve in my laundry room. The staff was very helpful and as I had the old part with me they made sure that the new one matched up perfectly. They had a large selection and the price was not bad.

Stopped in today to buy bar oil for my chainsaw. This is not the store I normally visit, but it is the closest Stihl dealer to my house.No one spoke to me. I found what I wanted, but the card reader would not accept my card via Samsung Pay. I tried 10 times. The woman at the counter never spoke to me. I left the bar oil.There is a reason I drive 10+ miles for a Stihl dealer and that is it.Unfriendly staff.I used my phone to pay at several other places today without any problem, the issue is 100% on Crile Hardware.Ill not bother to return.

Nice helpful staff at this hardware store. They also have a very large selection of fasteners that you dont find at other stores. They also carry quality still products! They have a little bit of everything. I highly recommend them.

Staff is very friendly and helpful nice clean and friendly place. Not as large as it use to be but cleaner and better organized. Smaller than a big box store but with a more knowledgeable staff

Good prices, friendly staff, confusing business practices. I went there to fill 3 propane tanks with an online-printable coupon for $5 off $30 purchase/ $2 off propane refills. I wanted fill all three for $7 off. They said one or the other, so I only filled two. They could have made another sale on the spot for $2 off, but instead now theyll have to wait several weeks to fill it for $2.50 off when I have a second empty tank, or lose the sale all together if another place has a better price.(I ended up finding a better deal at Embers when it was time to refill.)

Cant find that thing-a-ma-jig at the big box stores?? If you cant find it at Crile Road Hardware, then they probably dont make it anymore. I love to just look around and see things that I havent seen in years, get exactly what I need when I go, and everyone knows everything about everything!! Friendly, very knowledgeable, very helpful .Why buy new when you can fix the old? Thanks everyone. Some things you just cant replace with new. Oh.... and usually Made in U.S.A.

This is my go to place for all those weird fittings and fasteners that no one else has. I mess with a lot of metric and oddball stuff and am almost never disappointed when I come here to look for it. The, guy, who am assuming is the owner knows his stuff too.
