This place is worth a 4.9 almost perfect... just gets a bit traffic hectic at odd times of day

The gentleman at the desk, Scott, I believe, took the time to manually enter my numbers for a crumpled and defaced ticket. He was extremely attentive and kind to each guest.

The employees at this location are very low in intelligence. They are also terribly rude people. Ill definitely avoid this dump in the future.

Stopped in for a quick sandwich... 20 minutes later hes just now starting it. If you have new kids that arent up to speed yet. Please schedule them with someone more experienced.

Getgo on mentor avenue in Painesville Ohio there are at least half the people getting coffee with no mask on. There are signs all over the store that states Masks are Required. I have seen customers walk up to cashier with no mask and still get service. What’s the use of having signs if the rules are not being enforced. I went in one morning and saw a customer with no mask who was coughing all by the coffee machine. I’m at the point that I’m afraid to go anywhere because so many refuse to wear mask even when the signs state masks are required to enter. Maybe if business would enforce the mask and social distance rules, the numbers would go down. Something needs to be done about Getgo on Mentor Ave in Painesville Ohio. Thank you

Shout out to Gail for giving me the absolute worst customer service I have ever gotten in a gas station. How rude and condescending you were gave me the best experience. I will never be returning to this Get Go. You should totally get a promotion! Great job Gail.

Quick and friendly place . Clean restroom great place for a quick lunch cup of coffee or other beverage . The chicken pot pie is great you must try one . they have prepared salads which are good but you’re only choices for dressing is ranch wish that they would give you other choices with out having to buy something else

Absolutely terrible! Employees don’t even wear uniforms, they just wear pants without a belt and sweatshirts and t shirts. I thought some homeless person was ringing me outUpdate: after my above review the business has improved. Employees are properly dressed and the seem to be better at service .

Its a GetGo. Theyve got a good variety of convenience foods and relatively clean restrooms.There are two air refill stations for your cars tires.

Excellent place with a lot good items, BUT bad customer service; two different days I have to wait over 6 minutes for same cashier, because she was chatting with someone else outside, when I called, she was very rude.

Went inside to pay for gas today. There were 2 lines..both pretty busy. Finally almost got to the cashier when the cashier tells me and the lady in front of me to move to the other line because he is about to close his register...so we both had to stand back in ANOTHER long line...and then he has the audacity to take other customers. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Extremely disappointed.

Shout-out to Fred the cashier for the friendly and attentive service! I always receive excellent customer service from all the employees at this location.

I get there and cant order food because they only have one guy on and he cant leave the register because the cashier was in the bathroom apparently taking a half hour break. Then when i was able to order food there was a line because they only had one kiosk open to order off of. So needless to say i left and i will not be returning to order food ever again.

Many of the people behind the counter dont seem to understand the fuel perks and continuously cause getting gas to be more of a hassle than it should be, but otherwise very convenient.

I like it because its always clean. Very attentive your workers.

I Always ask to get change here since the ATM always gives out 20s, and Pat, one of the cashiers flipped on me and said no one is supposed to give change even though no one else has done that.
