I went in to cash a lottery ticket for $1,000 and they refused saying the gentleman that cashes them wasnt there. When I called the ohio lottery offic to see if this was allowed they seemed upset and assured me they have to cash the ticket during the hours posted on the website and I was there during those hours. I would avoid this place for lottery. Im glad I reported this to the Ohio lottery.
