I have never walked out of this store disappointed. If this particular branch is out of something, they will call around to other stores to see if they have what Im looking for. No matter how busy they are, the people at this CVS always make you feel like you are getting individualized attention. Kudos to management and all the associates here. Thank you for all you do.

Its very clean, the staff is very welcoming and is always pleased to answer questions and direct me to the product I am looking for. Also I love their brand diapers.

Normally I wouldnt leave a 1 star review, but I actually cannot believe how this place operates. I am prescribed a medication I NEED to take on a consistent basis every day. So my experience goes as follows. I have an appointment at 8 A.M to renew my prescription. The Doctors office tells me they will call the medication in when the pharmacy opens. The pharmacy opens at 9 A.M according to every advertisement and store posted hours Ive seen. I call around 9:40 to make sure that the medication was called in, and a ETA on fulfillment time. As of this moment 10:25, I have been on hold for 50 minutes without an answer. I decided to physically drive to the pharmacy while on hold, and Ive been sitting in line for 10 minutes. I couldnt possibly imagine what is going on in this pharmacy, but as someone who works in customer service, I would lose my job if I let a call stay on hold for 50 minutes without addressing the customer. This pharmacy is a joke, and I personally will never use this pharmacy again and I STRONGLY advocate for anyone else to not use this pharmacy.

No external signage for COVID-19 testing. Needed to get out of car and go to front of store... there should be more visible signs to direct those getting a test or via email/text.

The new blonde pharmacy technician does not do a good job. For instance she is not very helpful, does not know what GoodRx is or how to use it, and I’ve had a poor experience with her. Ultimately I decided to switch pharmacies because their prices are too high and their staff is not helpful.

Its ok as far as service goes, but i would highly advise you get your prescription somewhere else. I paid 12 dollars for 800mg ibuprophen, when jist 3 days before at walgreens i paid 3 dollars for 600mg ibuprophen, i get the potency has increased by 2mgs but why did the price go from 3 bucks to 12?

All of the main store employees are helpful. They actually look for items when you ask if they have more of something. They do all they can to help you..

The pharmacy needs more staff. I was there almost an hour tonight. Only one tech and the pharmacist. I will say Mary was great but very overwhelmed.

Dont call here for your prescription expecting to talk to the pharmacy!! Been on hold for 45min watched a whole news session and still no answer!!! They need to hire more help!!!

Ive been coming here for my son since he was born, and my mom took me here for both of our prescriptions growing up. Ive only had one issue regarding insurance but it was resolved fairly quickly. Ive never had an issue with the staff or getting a prescription wrong. Every time I have gone prescription has been ready or the wait time they gave me was accurate. Wont change pharmacies.

Every month CVS has problems getting prescriptions right. Today was unusually frustrating trying to get a new med. Was told we dont have 720 pills so you cant get a partial prescription filled. I dont want 720!!! That would be a while years worth. 60 is one months worth with 11 refills. Couldnt get the brainless tech to understand. So frustrating!!

Its nearly impossible to get through to anyone in the pharmacy on the phone. I have waited on hold for upwards of 30 minutes and still havent even been picked up before hanging up.

Clean, professional, well-stocked. Love using their app at the pharmacy.

Went in to get a prescription filled and was told it would be 30 minutes if I waited. After 45 minutes I went to the desk to ask about it and was told they were still working on it. 15 minutes later I was told they didnt have the medication in stock. I wasted an hour of my life here for no reason other than their incompetence.

Chelsea that works in the pharmacy was very rude and didnt care that I had to get my 6 month old his medication in a certain time frame. They didnt have his medication ready until 2 hours after they said that it was going to be ready. The reason was because my insurance told them that they had sent it out in the mail I was in Ohio from out of state and I told them that when I called to have it sold but they never called me to tell me why they werent filling it.
