This is a very nice Starbucks. It has probably the most friendly staff I have seen so far, the wonderful Barista I talked to ask me right away if Id like a suggestion, thats never happened before and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was darling that they have little plants out on their window ledge what a nice touch. The details matter to me and this was a sweet Edition. My mocha coffee frappe was done to perfection. I really need another one in my life immediately.

Pro tip - go inside the store and order as the drive up lane is frequently backed up around the store. There is a small patio on the front of the store, and the inside is just a fairly typical Starbucks.

I have never experienced a happier group of people working at Starbucks in any city Ive been to EVER. I want these folks working for me, they had a flow down and genuinely worked as a team. Impressive! Keep up the great work!

I guess they dont discriminate... Their employees can look and dress however... But referring to the order... Mine both were made incorrectly and I was told they do their drinks different at this location and then walked off on .. no remake nor apology nothing and my drink was like water

Service & product was good. Usual Starbucks experience. Only issue is the wait time and the drive thru line moved slower than molasses. Great experience when we reached the window & got our order though.

Avoid this place if you don’t have enough time and patience to figure it out.I can understand if they don’t have supplies … but they’re so many people, and they don’t care at all… on top of that it’s construction work around!

Last year I moved to the Mentor area from Willoughby and it has been impossible to find a good Starbucks! I always order the cold brew with cream, however when I get the drink it is basically milk with ice. So I started asking for *light* cream (something I never had to do at the Starbucks in Willoughby) and when I got my coffee today it was the color of a piece of paper! Starbucks I want to love you, but you’re making it really hard! Just don’t want to have to drive to Willoughby everytime I want a decent coffee :(

Sometimes drive-thru can be lengthy but its definitely worth the wait. Unsure as to why EVERY single time we patronize this location, they are out of the birthday cake pops. The last 5-6 visits, out of stock. Supply/demand. Clearly its a hot seller so perhaps they need to be making more so their stock Is replenished for families like us that usually buy 4 each time. Strawberry Refreshers..yum. Mango-dragon fruit lemonade..delish. Mocha frappe for the hot days is delightful too!

Killer great black ice tea.

This drive through line is long. And thats fine. Ill sit through any line to get Starbucks...well, the NORMAL Starbucks. But for pitys sakes, can someone teach the kids here how to make a proper drink? Im getting tired of the 50/50 chances at this place. Ive got a caramel frap right here thats water, ice and coffee. Bitter as heck and undrinkable. For the price and wait, this should y happen.

I was disappointed- I could see the barista forgot the foam on my coffee & had filled the cup (including espresso shots added) - instead of remaking it, she dumped out a couple inches to add the foam. Which would be fine if she didnt already add the espresso shots I paid for. Kind of annoying when Im paying about $1 per shot & who knows how much of it went down the drain.

Fast even know the line wrapped around the building in the afternoon. Tons of great iced coffee options!

I love Starbucks...but...is there supposed to be this thing in a salted caramel drink???. My nephew says he thinks it is. I think its gross.

I was rather disappointed with this particular Starbucks location. I went in for a coffee and got all the fiber I need for the day from all the grounds I got in my cup (see photo). If I had known that I was getting the bottom of the pot I would have either waited for fresh, or just gone home to Mr. Coffee. Please make the simple task of professionally baristaed made coffee a little better than I can do at home. Everyone should check it out. You can just go for yourself!(~);}

I was here Friday, and I asked for a strawberry creme frappuccino. What I received was the funnel cake frappuccino that was so bitter and unsweetened that I could barely drink half of it. Hey, at least my dog liked his puppuccino.

It would be refreshing if starbuck employees were more concerned with providing fast and efficient service then trying to out do each others indvidual wierdness. Im more interested in recieving the product I ordered and payed for, and not interested in the least with a person individual uniqueness. Starbucks I beg you, please start hiring and rewarding great employees and stop encouraging people who have social agendas to preach.

The line is super long for the drive through. We ordered ahead for pickup, but our coffee was a bit watery from the ice by the time we got through the drive through.

On Friday, May 14th, I tried to place an order through the app. I made a mistake, and I was very much in a hurry. The cars were wrapped around the store out onto Crile road. So I went into the store. I told a barista I had made a huge mistake in my order, and that I was in a big hurry. The store was packed with waiting customers. The manager came and took over. She calmly fixed my error and filled my order. I could not thank her enough and wished I had gotten her name. I was meeting my daughter at a spa as part of a Mothers Day gift, and coffee for all of us was part of the treat. I will stop in the store located on Crile Road in Concird Township and get her name. She really saved my morning.

This Starbucks is always busy. The drive thru is always backed up. Your best bet is to order ahead and go inside to pickup your order. Friendly staff and your normal Starbucks coffee and snacks.

Of every Starbucks I’ve visited, this one might be my favorite. The staff know how to take an inconvenience and turn it into a positive experience in and of itself.I had ordered a grande size Strawberry/Açaí refresher, but they ran out of it before I got to the window. They employee, name Makaela, apologized and offered to replace it with something else of my choice. I switched to a Dragonfruit/Mango refresher, and they had it ready in no time. Not only did they up the size to venti, but they gave it to me for FREE! I left feeling more valued and satisfied than I would have had I gotten what I originally ordered.I’ve frequented Starbucks for nearly two years, and I have yet to be underserved.

Busy Starbucks on Crile Rd in ConcordWell staffed and relatively quick service by going into the store. Not allow to sit inside this Starbuck at this time due to Covid restrictions. There is a small outdoor patio with several tables. There is usually a 15+ count of cars in the drive thru lane.

My order is always right and service is fast.

Love this place they are faster than most. Very friendly. And most important they always get my drinks right.

Awesome morning with yummy hot coffee

We visit several times a week and take or son for a dessert. Comfy chairs, quiet relaxed atmosphere but there is never enough sugar. With as much as we pay for coffee and good youd think they could not a sugar dispenser???

Easy, Quick and Great Service

Ordered a tall white chocolate mocha. The friendly barista handed me the drink, felt lighter than I expected. Did not drink out of it, got home, took off the lid and discovered the cup was half full. 2nd time from this location. Next time, I will be checking before I drive off.

This Starbucks is always a pleasant experience, with efficiency, customer service, and overall atmosphere. They introduced a similar drive thru system to Chick-fil-A where they have employees mobile with iPads, which allows for the line to flow much better!

Always a long wait. Doesn’t always have what I wanted weather it be a specific sandwich or cake pops. Will start going to the Chardon location as soon as it opens.

They seem to miss orders often. I do not like to wait 35 minutes for a coffee unless im brewing it myself. No complaints on the taste of the cold brew.

Slightly watery nitro cold brew. But no soap in the bathroom and no alcohol-gel for hands anywhere on the premises. Get it together ! Safe use of public space will keep things opening up.

The Batistas here change frequently but the regular non-seasonal staff is consistent. Friendly, polite, and genuine. Atmosphere is laid back and casual yet sophisticated so most any one can go without feeling out of place.

Service seems slow. Cars were backed up around the building, out the parking lot, and backed up onto the road.

The Concord location is probably my favorite Starbucks to visit. Sometimes when I walk in they already know what I want, because Im a regular, and already have it started for me. The staff that works at this location are super friendly and attentive to any customers that have any kind of issue. Great place to stop for a cup of coffee.

We seem to have the best Starbucks around the Lake County area. They are super friendly and fast. If they are out of the fruit in the ice tea I drink, they warn you up front. No ugly surprises here. If there is a perfect place, this is it.

Good coffee but awful business practices, the store has a massive sign that reads “open inside” and even online it read that the store is open. But sadly the store looks like a ghost town right now. All lights off locked doors and not an employee in sight. I hope this review can steer everyone clear of this horrible starbucks location

Nice, bright and spacious, friendly fast service! Plenty of good seating as well. Have returned several times when passing through the area. Always great, friendly, fast service! Never wait long for food and beverages. Never have that annoying sense that mobile orders take priority over walk-in customers.

I love Starbucks and all but I went there with a few of my friends and when I walked in my friend told me that they messed up one of our friends order and she had to get a new one then we went up to get our drinks and (keep in mind where both lactose intolerant) she ordered her coffee with coconut milk cause it has no lactose and I ordered my frappuccino with soy milk and no whip again cause it contains no lactose we get our drinks and then when Im half done with mine I realize that mine has whip cream and Im pretty sure that mine has normal milk cause whip cream doesnt bother me that bad and her stomach started too so we realize they messed up both the orders and it was too late to correct them I hope it doesnt happen again cause I love Starbucks but Im disappointed they messed up 3 out of 4 of our drinks imagine if I or anyone was deadly allergic to something and we asked not for it to be put in and they made that mistake imagine what would happen

Efficient and accommodating! The staff seems to always be having a great day and it shows! My dogs even know when I am pulling in for coffee! They love their puppachino ❤️

Stopped here while driving back from a trip. Needed caffeine. The drive thru line was long, but moved quick. Service was friendly, order was accurate. Its what I expect from a Starbucks

Nice enough staff but the service is extremely slow and drinks made wrong more than one occasion. Store was kind of dirty too and I’ve never seen that at Starbucks before.

This review is for the Concord Ohio location. Not Starbucks in general. Whoever the buyer is there needs to be fired. They’re always out of everything that matters. The staff is less than friendly. The coffee taste terrible. It isn’t consistent. My husband says he gets more consistent and better tasting coffee when he is out of the country in Korea.

Stay away

Very awesome Starbucks. Go here about once a week on my way to work. Very little space to sit down and work but that doesnt bother me as I always place a mobile order. The coffee is always good and they have never messed up my order.
