If I could give negative stars I would the male pharmacist is extremely rude and not helpful he hung up on me and gave my doctors office a hard time! All of the ladies who work here have always been kind and helpful my rating is for the male pharmacist ONLY!!! -5

Dont get me wrong, they are very nice. the problem is I was out doing doordash and the old lady on the front register took 5 minutes to scan one item and wants to have a full blown conversation with every single customer in line. I wanted to get in and get out because I was on a time crunch. if she is going to be that slow, she shouldnt be dealing with customers and should stay on retirement

Dont use Rite Aid for covid testing. Wait time for results is ridiculous 7 days! Better off using another pharmacy.

05-29-2021. I wad given an attitude about essentially everything. I am told they cant take my rain check because it was for 3 of something and they only had 2. Would about changing it instead of 3 for 3 making it 2 for 2. Not complicated. Then I dont get the bonus cash for what I bought and they dont want to even want to look into it. This is not good customer service. Saying customer service seems wrong since there wasnt any service. Not the Rite Aid I have always known. Also you are now telling customers. Only 1 coupon total. I had different, not even slightly the same products and had coupons and I couldnt use coupons. Different products, different companies. There was no logical or justified reason to say no.

PRICES ARE HIGH HERE! PROBLEM IS YOU HAVE TO HAVE CERTAIN PRODUCTS. I AM AT A LOSS THINKING ABOUT WHAT ARE THE BARGAINS! I GET 2 PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED HERE AND THE GUY PUT THEM IN THE WRONG LABELED CONTAINERS! HMMMM.......
