These are some good guys. Always very respectful. Never a bad attitude. They know what theyre doing. Theyre very expensive. But, you pay for what you get. Get there early, too. The line starts before they open!

Absolutely worst customer service ever. Waited two hours and then ended up leaving because they still hadn’t even brought my truck in. I was there for an oil change. I get being busy but communication is key… something along the lines of “hello new customer… we’re acceptionally busy and it will be a long wait for said oil change…” would have done… instead they stay quiet hoping that you won’t notice how many TV shows you’ve now watched.Disgusting. They should be ashamed of themselves. Worst customer service ever. I will not be back and I will never recommend them to anyone… ever.

Drew’s is awesome! We are here from out of town and had a low tire. Brought it to Drew’s after taking it to the Ford dealership (who told us they didn’t see anything wrong with the tire) and they found a nail in the tire and fixed it in a short period of time. So thankful that they were able to fix it and didn’t try to sell me a whole new set of tires! (The Ford dealership tried to tell me I needed a whole new set of tires.)Thank you Drew’s for great service! Your staff was kind, professional and knowledgeable!

Delightfully competent and courteous despite being super busy! This was my first experience with Drew’s.I drive as part of my living and have had service all over the country. I was impressed by Drew’s.I got there 10 minutes after they opened and there was a line ten deep - even though this meant there was a wait I was happy to see they are in high demand despite competition in the area - means they must be good... and they are!Everyone was really nice though obviously multitasking. The gentleman who did my trailer tires (young, Hispanic maybe, and had tattoo sleeves) went out of his way to answer my questions and even demonstrated how I could lube my hubs myself if I ever wanted and talked me through maintenance for a trailer. It was like talking to a friend and I didn’t get the impression that I was bothering him even though I was asking questions while he worked... which is generally super annoying.I’ve read some of the negative reviews and wanted to extend this longer 5 star to highly recommend Drew’s. I had fabulous service and will return when I come through again for work in the fall.

Ive had limited experience here. But thats where Im ending my dealings with this shop. I had an alignment done on my car over the Memorial Day weekend. Once done, my car had the same issue as it did when I went in, it pulled to the right. Not terrible, but pulled right. Its been a few weeks, about a month. I returned today, I wanted it checked out. I have new tires (installed just before alignment) and dont want to ruin them. I waited about an hour and a half for nothing. Car never left the parking spot. I get it if theyre busy, but to recheck a job that was already done? 10 minutes? Maybe correct the obvious mistake? Nope, Ill now be forced to spend money for another alignment elsewhere. If it is fixed by another shop, this review will only be the beginning of my complaints. Ill let everyone I know what happened. All they had to do was deliver SERVICE.

I called Drews to inquire about service: alignment and tire rotation. I was told to bring my car in immediately and they could get started. When I arrived, I was told that the process would take an hour and a half. Without a car and being too far to walk home, my wife and I had to kill time. We went for a walk, then headed to Irenes Casino for lunch (which was a decent experience). After lunch, we went for another walk to give Drews ample time to finish the car. We went back to Drews after 2.5 hours and were told that the car was not finished. They said the alignment was done but not the tire rotation. How does the easiest part not get finished? Secondly, they told me 1.5 hours and it has been 2.5. Third, do they not own a telephone so that they could give me a courtesy call to let me know they were behind schedule? I asked the guy at the desk how much longer for the tire rotation and he said probably a couple hours. Are you serious? I said forget it, give me my car back. He took my credit card and charged me for the alignment--though he failed to deduct the $10 coupon that I gave him that morning. Upon driving home, my car pulled even MORE to the right than it did before their work. Did they even drive the car afterward to ensure they did anything? When I called to express my extreme disappointment, the guy said why dont you bring it in right now and well get started fixing it. Gee...where have I heard that before? This place is awful. I cannot understand how they have received any positive reviews unless they give them to themselves. These are the auto repair guys you hear about and hope you never find. Avoid them like the plague they are.Response to owner comment:Yes, you were so busy that you couldnt make a phone call, apply the coupon, or have employees that arent rude. Businesses all over the country can make phone calls, its called customer service. You should look into it.

They have done oil changed on both of our cars and they did a fantastic job. We also just recently purchased a used pick up truck and brought it in for safety check, new tires, super major tune up, shock absorber replacement and MORE. Again, they have done awesome job. I am a very satisfied customer and Drew, thank you for taking care of our pick up truck.

I have been to Drews several times and they have been very helpful. They have even said I can get my warranty work done at their shop... Appreciate that very much. Had my car aligned and will have to see how that goes, if all stays good with it.

I have a road warranty with discount tires and could not get car to Vegas for replacement. Went to Drews and they replaced tire. I got road hazard with the contingency that if Discount Tires covered it that Drew would refund the warranty and was told that they would. Discount Tires covered the new tire so I went to Drews for refund AND a refund on the Hazardous Waste Tire charge that they should NOT have charged me since I took the tire with me, but they refused to give me my refund because they gave me a discount when I bought the tire. I was given the discount BEFORE the road hazard warranty was offered and I had a verbal commitment for the refund. You should be ashamed of taking advantage of seniors. If I could give you zero stars I would.

To sum it up these guys are great. Our experience was all good. They took us in and changed out tires right away. Brett was excellent he made sure we got taken care of I definitely recommend this place

ID STAY AWAY! I will never return. Theres other shops in town.1) They are argumentative and have zero customer service when they screw up2) They left a mess of mounting lube on my tires and wheels and said it doesnt matter3) They did not provide a printout for alignment, and made excuses about it.4) They never called me after my car was finished5) They botched the alignment job. I have to take it somewhere else to fix itSo, according to them, its ok to leave a mess on customers tires and wheels, its ok to not provide a printout of the alignment resultsPrintouts are important for two main reasons:1) You as a customer know that work was performed, and youll have some knowledge about the car2) If the alignment is off after the work, they can go back and use it as a baseline. They have no record of what the alignment was before the changesThis is sloppy work.

I thought I needed new brake pads on my Passat. As with all new mechanic experiences, I was hesitant. When I went to pick it up, they told me I probably just had gravel/sand in between the brake pads and rotors. Brake pads were good at 60%. They inspected each one, cleaned them and sprayed the with brake cleaner. They could have EASILY just installed new brakes and I wouldnt have known the difference. I appreciate their honesty. I will def be back and highly recommend.

Robert helped us figure out if our tires were OK after a case of low tire pressure. We couldnt tell if it was a flat or not but he provided insight and was very helpful

I recently had Drews Pro Tire Guys put a new set of shoes on my Lamborghini. They are the most professional, courteous and honest shop crew in town.

Analyzed my brake issue quickly. Repaired my rotors while I waited. Very well pleased.

Drews Tire got us in quickly to service our motorhome tire that was leaking air. They were fast, friendly, and very cost effective! Ray was awesome! We would totally recommend them and will use them in the future.

Very helpful. My low pressure light came on. They filled up my tires for free and let me know how old they were and to come back when I can.

They was extremely friendly, and upfront on how long. It took 2 hours for them to get me in for my oil change, but they was busy with customers, and offered to give me a ride in their shuttle. Great place to get work done. I will definitely bring my truck back for all my services. Thanks guys.

This shop used to be the old Big O Tires that was ran originally by Drew, now its Drews tire pros, they are very good at what they do some things may be a little pricey but Drews guys know what theyre doing and they have been serving Pahrump for many many years, I do suggest getting there early and plan on dropping off your vehicle as they get very busy. Not only do they order wheels and tires for you but they also do lift and lowering systems. When it comes to anything suspension and more this is your place.

Not a fan. Unimpressed. I gave 1 star because the shop guy was friendly and knowledgeable. I pulled in around 710am for a tire repair after seeing the bay doors open. While asking a few questions of the guy working in the bays, the store opened. When I walked in, the guy behind the counter sat chomping his breakfast at the computer. Never acknowledged me or made eye contact, while i told him why I was there or while taking my info. I was totally bothering him, that was loud and clear. Just bad business. I took my keys back and left. This isnt the only tire shop in town. I didnt get the name of the guy in the bay but the name of the guy behind the desk was Drew.

Two stars due to OK past experiences. Had tires balanced. Very little vibration beforehand but heavy vibration and shaking after.When I went back the owner said that theyd try it again, about a 3 hour wait. Fine. But a number of customers in the small waiting area werent masked along with an employee at the counter. I didnt feel safe passing hours there and asked if I could just be refunded and go somewhere else. Nope.Covid-19 cases are surging in the area now and a statewide indoors mask order for businesses is in place. The owner, to his credit, was masked as were most of the crew coming and going from the shop. But having an employee closely interacting with the public (many elderly) all day without a face covering during an epidemic is irresponsible. I told the owner as much and was dismissed. I went to another shop (everyone masked) where the problem was found and corrected. But Im out $50 Ill never see again.Why wont everyone just buck up and do their part? I dont enjoy wearing a face mask any more than the next guy. I do it to protect you and you do it to protect me. Thats how we get through a situation like this.

I called the shop and requested an oil change. I was told to bring it in and they would be happy to change the oil. I took it there at noon and they said 3 hours. I went back at 4 and they hadnt even begun. From that point, it took them 30 minutes to complete an oil change. I hope I never have to go back there

After moving here from Vegas, I needed a good place for basic maintenance on my trucks... These guys have been absolutely top notch on all services I have needed. I recently brought my Tacoma in due to a very annoying clanking coming from somewhere in my suspension... Not only did they go the extra mile to figure out what it was, they even warrantied the part from work they did over a year ago!! I highly recommend them for all you maintenance needs, not just tires!! Thanks guys, you have a customer for life!!

I have taken all of my vehicles here, and theyve always taken care of me. My latest trip I took the car I drive to work and back for an oil change and a tire rotation and balance. The oil change went without a hitch, however the rotation and balance seems to have made the car shake more than when I brought it in. I will have to take it to another shop for rotation and balance.

Easy access, plenty of parking, if you have to leave the vehicle they will provide a ride home. The work was rear wheel adjustment brackets and they got the car in and out in 3 hours! Awesome job, the car drives better and it seemed to be a fair price.

I had an issue but it was corrected but little communication between employees. This is why i had an issue here. Yes i understand that we are human but you are also a business and was hoping the review could help with an issue you have, so that you may have more satisfied customers, thus a successful business. I could have also put that there was four other customers that had the same issue with miscommunication while I sat in the lobby waiting for my issue to be fixed. I hope that you see this as a helpful review to fix the communication issues that has caused unsatisfied customers.

Drew runs a very good repair shop. He is always fair and honest. The work that I have had done there is top of the line.

Im pretty happy with the service I got from Drew and Brett. Im not excited that they found issues with my tires, but Im glad they did.I spent waay to long here today, and Ill say that their service is a little slow... only because it seemed like the techs actually doing the work werent in any hurry, after I had already been there for a few hours.Now Im not complaining on the actual time it took, I understand that they had a bad tire they were trying to balance. And they treated me well in the end. But watching the techs through the shop door, they seemed like they wanted to do as few jobs as possible. (Its the day after thanksgiving, I cant blame them either) But after a customer has been there for 2 hours, maybe pressing a little harder on work ethic might be nice.Prices for the tires were higher than what they should be. Might just be the brands they have. But I really really really did not want to spend $460 today. I came in wanting two new tires, expecting ~$150 ($75 a tire)... where after all the costs it was going to be $280 ($100 a tire, and m/b etc). ... after finding all four tires bad it was too late I had to replace all.

Called ahead to see about cost of removing a bolt that was stuck in the center of my tire. They said flat fix is free. COOL. Got there, they said its $15. NOT COOL! Agreed to charge. Told them it was drivers rear tire. Came back 20 minutes later and said they couldnt find any leaks or bolts in tire. They were looking at passenger rear. Had to show them the bright shining bolt in the center of the other tire. SMH:(

I was very disappointed with the service I received from Drews Tire Pros.We had an issue with our car on a Friday night, had it in their shop before they opened on Saturday. They said it would be a couple hour fix, but by the end of day Saturday they still didnt have it fixed. I asked if they would be willing to stay a little late to get it fixed (we were from out of town and stranded till our car was fixed) but they didnt seem to care and told us it would be fixed first thing Monday.I arrived at the shop as soon as they opened on Monday and was told my car would be the first one to be worked on and that it would be done by 11:00 AM. They didnt get my car back into the shop until after 11:00. I asked multiple times when they were going to start but was given the run around about why they werent working on my vehicle. My car wasnt ready until after 2:00 PM. I spent 6 hours waiting for my car, 3 of which they werent even working on it.Once I finally got my car, I made it about 15 miles out of town before realizing I still had a leak. We had to make it back home, so we drove the 6 hours without power steering. I took it to a mechanic once I got home who told me that there wasnt a gasket installed and the bolt holding the hose was only hand tight. He fixed it and had me back up and running.What should have been a couple hour fix left us stranded for 3 days while not getting any help or information from Drews Tire Pros. I wouldnt reccomend them to anyone, especially those who are from out of town. They will not take care of you, they will not go even remotely out of the way to help you out, they dont do a good job, they do not care.

Got my alignment done here they did a good job car drives strait.

Went in for 2 new tires. Was quoted $265 and some change that with tax. Got to Drews tire at 8:22am. They pull the car into bay waited in job 45 minutes later was told that they doing an alignment without even informing if I needed or want it. Come around 10:06 am was told the tires on the car was done. Employee thier Adam smacking on chewing gum rang me told me the bill was $296.34. Walk to where my car was park, car doors where left unlock which bother me due to work gear was in the back seat, and a/c was on full blast when I didnt even have the a/c on in the car when I pulled on property. Very dissatisfied.

Service has dropped in last few months. Noticed that tires hadnt been rotated like theyre supposed to with oil change. No new sticker to remind me when to change again. Also, they few times now they didnt reset my check engine light. So I took it back for the rest & noticed they hadnt applied my coupon discount!Ive been a customer for several years & am considering a change.

If I could I would say zero stars do not go to this place. Very rude and condescending. They will lie to you about how long it would take and change the piece as well. Youll be sitting there the whole day. They tried to sell me a piece of junk tire. Told me it only be an hour. And apparently there are people sitting in there for hours before me. One lady left came back they told her itd be another hour. And a couple that was there before went and bought pizza. so basically if you have a whole day to spend waiting to get a tire fixed or replace this place is for you. But dont forget you get this wonderful customer service where employees are condescending rude. Oh and be careful with pricing because theyll change their price on you as well. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Poor service. Drew the owner, made a huge mistake and expected me to help fix the other customers problem with expediency when we were both done wrong. I was treated as though I had made the mistake, though my car had the other customers tire on it!!!! I spent over 10 hours four different times in the waiting area for one tire!!!!!! Then he put someone else’s tire on after all that!!! I was given the bums rush out the back my car was a mess and I STILL don’t have the tire he said he was getting for me, that I paid for!I felt drew was letting his workers screw him over but in fact they were just doing what he told them. Drew is all about getting the $$$$ then worrying about giving the product that was paid for.I also felt that being a woman had a lot to do with my treatment!!!!They rush around like chicken with head cut off and getting no where fast.I purchased roadside tire service but was given no proof of it. I’ll go ask for it and report back!

Extremely slow service rude to customers I witnessed a man ask how much longer and the owner drew yelled at him. The guy was just asking he sat there over 3 hours. I went in for an oil change and sat 2.5 hours. They took in all flat repairs before a simple oil change. I HATE that place and wont be back. I would give it a 0 rating if I could.

Only shop I bring my vehicles to, I have a 2017 scat pack challenger and a ram 1500 truck, they do my oil changes in a timely manner, no appointments like you have to do with the local dealer and no up selling, They are honest and trust worthy, reminds me of the old days when you had that local honest mechanic your grand parents brought their car to.

I was told a used tire would be the same type tire and it wasnt, they through it on and left it nasty, the owners brother only saw it fit to tell me how long he has been doing his job and wanting to compair his to mine, he was told I spent 21 yrs fighting for my country flying apache helicopters among other things. Its sad to me that we cant rise above the issues in our country, but we must not stop trying.

I have been coming to this location for over 9 years even though they changed from Big O tires to Tire Pros it is the same great people they have help me and my family out when we have needed vehicle service sometimes it is not cheap but they have worked with me to keep it low as they can. They have always been fair to me and my family.
