Took riding class...I was the 2nd member to leave day 1.Gravel and mud on course, pushed to continually go faster out of my comfort level. Basics need to be primary. Bike introduction was minimal. Courses need to be restructured to beginners or intermediate. Smaller classes for beginners.

OH My... I cant say enough good things about this H-D dealership. Oil filter failed they came picked me up and got fixed, cleaned and back on the road within hours. Bailey and Hooper where just a couple of the fantastic staff that helped me during my journey. When I buy again they are who Im going to, even from my home state of Colorado, they are that deserving.

These guys are always there when I need them. Any problems I have they are willing to bend backwards to make sure they take care of their customers. I bought my Harley from them and I have let only them work on it. They have always gave me the best prices available.

Hands down the best H-D dealership Ive ever been too. I bought this beautiful 2005 dyna wide glide for $9300 out the door with only 7546 miles on the bike. When I purchased the bike, the fuel pump went out and they let me borrow one of there soft tails until my bike was fixed. They also covered the cost of the fuel pump and labor. Not many dealers I know take care of customers the way Four Rivers H-D does.

Great place! Great people! I took the riding class and I HIGHLY recommend it. It is a great class for ALL skill levels. I had never ridden a motorcycle before. By the time the weekend was over, I bought a bike and rode it home.

First day of trip had problems late in the day with my road glide. Nate got me in and back on the road quick. Cant Express enough my gratitude.

Came for the event.. the bikini bike wash was 1 woman... There was no slow race... (Not while I was around)... And they wanted almost $4 for a chip. Shirt prices are insane.

After checking with dealerships in Ohio, Northern Kentucky, Nashville and Clarksville Tennessee, I talked to Trent about a fork rebuild and 50k service on my Road King. The pricing I got made me decide to drive 2 hours out of my way to let Four Rivers work on my bike. When they called and said it was done I asked if they had found anything I might need to take care of in the near future. The mechanic, Nate I believe, said no sir. I went through it from one end to the other and everything looks great. That comment surprised me. I’m not used to a shop of any kind not taking that chance to give a laundry list of things needed. When I went to pick it up everyone was friendly and accommodating. I won’t be taking my bike anywhere else to be worked on. If you want great service, honest mechanics that won’t try to gouge you for stuff you don’t need, and a place that makes you feel comfortable, This is the place! Their pricing is unbeatable and everyone that works there is friendly and helpful!

Had a blast, took the motorcycle safety class. I highly recommend this if you are ever planning to own a motorcycle or want to get your motorcycle license. The coaches are great guys. The HD Staff are amazing people... They supply the bike I think we road 2021 500 ccs callem theyll give you all the details. Classes book fast.

I cannot tell you how amazingly awesome the staff were here! To name a few are, Chad, Mandy and Jake. These 3 treated my dad and I like family, maybe even better! My dad purchased his Harley just now and during the whole time we were just amazed on how we were treated and care for. I highly recommend anyone thinking about buying a bike to come here you will not be sorry. We will be bringing our bike back here for all maintenance even though we live 3 hours away.

Started out talking to Trent. He knew exactly what I was looking for, recommend a bike, and I loved it. Aneta took over from there, got everything started and set up. I made the 5 hour haul from Indianapolis, walked in, and was politely greeted. Checked the bike out, got the tour, went down to the finance office, where Becky did a great job being quick, funny, but still making sure I understood everything. Loaded the bike up and headed back to Indy! Such a great experience. Even being 5 hours away, I will do my business at Four Rivers from here on out. Thank you so much Trent, Becky, and Aneta! I just Stopped here to Pick-up a new Jacket! The young lady that helped me was GREAT! When I went back out to my Trailer, I noticed My bike had moved! I went to the parts department and ask if they had someone to help me! Jake sent Greg out to help me, better known has “Watchout”. His father’s name is “Lookout”. Watchout helped me and I am back on the Road! If you live in the area, use them for all your needs! I wish our Dealer at home was this good!

Most Harley dealerships I have visited have not been like the one I have in my own back yard. I watched how a few people came into the dealership and no one acted like we where there. I will not go back.

Great service. Stopped in while in the area on a saturday afternoon and asked about oil change and service. They got me right in so I wouldnt have to make 1 1/2 hour trip back on another day. They told me everything they was going to do and the price up front so there was no surprises. Service department is great!!

Had an appointment to have engine guards installed and a GPS installed on my new bike. I arrived 20 minutes before opening. The service manager let me in early and offered me coffee. Work on the bike was done in 30 minutes. The service manager and the mechanic were both great people to talk with. Super great experience. Highly recommend both the sales department and the service department a Four Rivers Harley-Davidson..

Very good dealership to do business at. Dealt with Chad on my purchase and he is the best. Nobody (Jeff) talked to me for a bit and assured me they would take care of me with my purchase and he wasnt lying. Had to take my newly purchased bike back the next week for a service on them. After a short bit i was called to the service dept and was told they had found a few things that needed attention and they would need the bike the whole day. So, put me on a sweet loaner bike and at 430 whel i got back they had me all fixed up and bike washed up and ready to go. Very very friendly staff thru the whole building as well. Ill definitely be keeping all my purchases with them

I went in for a front tire on my bike at my scheduled appointment time. I asked if I could get a different brand than I had previously ordered. They looked and had the one I wanted and said sure. I went a head and added a rear tire since they had it in stock also. Very polite and helpful service! Got me out of there in less than 2 hours. Very happy and will always return to FRHD for all my Harley’s needs!!!

The service staff was great. They got me in quick and finished fairly quickly too. It was a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Good maintenance isnt cheap and cheap maintenance isnt good. My bike will be back the next time it needs service.

Came in while traveling with friends who needed a new stater put on. We knew we would be here for awhile. I am shopping for a new motorcycle for myself so this was a good opportunity to do that. After checking out a couple of bikes I was interested in I decided to get a cup of coffee and sit down in the lounge to mull over which to choose to take home with me. I glanced around and saw the coffee bar where there was no coffee so I asked an employee for some water and she said “I’ll get to it when I have time, I’m with a customer. I thought even though she was curt with me and there was no one else to assist and I really wanted that coffee for my contemplation session so I sanitized my hands and began fixing a pot. She came up to me took the pot dumped the coffee I had put in the filter basket and said we usually keep this area closed off due to Covid I make it in the morning and when I have time in the afternoon. First of all she wasn’t busy at all I watched as she haughtily walked away and went to hang out at the counter with 2 other employees. I could tell she was relaying how she “dealt” with me. Pointing made it obvious. If the coffee bar is closed where’s the sign saying so. If she is actually concerned about customer safety then why is her mask around her neck and no other employees having one on at all.This woman was very insulting and an embarrassment to your store. She lost the store a cash sale and my friends didn’t buy the merchandise they had intended to. My other buddy would have taken his bike somewhere else to spend his $600 if it hadn’t been on the mechanics rack already.We will never come back here again. Hope the power trip was worth it

I had an appointment to have my 1,000 mile service for my new Street Glide Special while traveling to Sturgis. Hooper, the service representative, got me in and to the technician without any delay. The technician got the job done right on schedule and answered some questions about my infotainment setup.I feel comfortable recommending them to others. Staff was knowledgeable and pleasant to do business with. Prices seemed fair.

One of the best purchasing experiences Ive had at any HD dealership. I had stopped in a few weeks ago to buy some parts and the staff was extremely friendly and ready to help me with any needs. I was browsing bikes there and had several sales personel stop and make sure I didnt need anything, and Ive been to several HD dealerships that struggle to do that. When I started looking to upgrade bikes, I seen FRHD had a bike that meet what I had been looking for to upgrade to. When I reached out to them about that bike, they were closed due to the weather but I was surprised when I had a response from Aneta within a matter of moments. She worked with me all day over the phone and the next day we were able to close the deal. The friendliness of the staff on that visit a few weeks ago and the helpfulness from Aneta sealed the deal. Would recommend anyone to purchase from FRHD.

I was on my way to the dealership when my bike started to act up. I was able to get off an exit and to a gas station. I called the dealership to see if they could pick up my bike and get it to the shop. They told me that their trucks were all out. They didn’t stop there. They offered to find me someone that would pick up my bike without laying it down on a flat bed. I got to the shop and was greeted with dignity and respect. Even though I wasn’t exactly next in line for service they brought it in knowing I had ridden it and didn’t have a ride home. Four rivers got be back on the road within hours. I can’t thank them enough for their help and support. Even though it’s not the closest dealership to me I will be calling four rivers home.

Not as friendly as any of the other dealerships we have been to. We are traveling back to Knoxville from the Badlands. We have stopped at every dealership to collect poker chips.

Went in to look around, looking at a street glide, no pressure sales, but several times made us aware that they was there if we needed anything. I like that approach.

The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. I purchased an LED brake light set and they took me through the steps for an easy and simpler installation. They went on to encourage me to call if I encountered any problems during the wiring process. FYI... they offer military discount all you need to do is show your military ID. Ill definitely stop in when Im town again!!!

I would like to give a shout out to 4 Rivers. I have never been anywhere that treated me the way these guys did. I had other options to buy with great deals, but because of the team there, I chose 4 rivers. They went above and beyond to earn my business. Trent the GM and Jeff stayed after closing time working on matching any other offers I had. They not only matched it. They beat it hands down. Most dealerships would of went home and tried again the next morning. Not these guys. I was blown away. Everyone there including Debra, the finance manager, Sarah, the Guru of Harleys who knows more about bikes then most men, took me in just like family. There was no guesswork involved. Every question was answered and no numbers changed. I knew what the final cost would be almost from the beginning. Everyone in parts and service was super cool and had all the time I needed for questions. The owners of 4 Rivers is lucky to have a crew like those guys. I just hope they know that. Its not like going to a dealership, its like going to a brothers or sisters home. From the first time I walked into the place till the time I walked out, me and my wife had a blast. We made lifelong friends and shared a lot of things together that didnt pertain to the sale. Sarah thanks for schooling me on the new electronics, Deb thanks for making the paperwork a breeze. The mens apparel selection for 2x was terrible. On vacation and stopped in for a t-shirt. Nothing to choose from. Lady explained that the next shipment would be in about two weeks. At least I was able to get a poker chip.

Whatever you do dont trust this dealership ... talk about non-stop problems especially out of the service department ... way too many events for me to list them all but Ill give you a few examples ... my husband put a new sound system on one of his motorcycles ... pays them for it picks up the motorcycle rides all the way back to Murray and notices one of the speakers that they just installed is falling out ... they forgot to even bolt the speaker in .. very careless work ... he called the dealership and they tell him oh come on back and well do it ... you would think they check something like that before they send the bike out the door ... so wasted time and money ... ... we had a service done right before were about to leave to go down to Florida for biketoberfest ... adjusting the belt, oil change all of that paid the full price for everything to be done ... we get down to Florida and have to take it to yet another dealership because the belt is flopping ... we paid for them to properly adjust the belts which Four Rivers neglected to do in the first place ... then just recently weve had problems with the battery dying ... took it back to the dealership multiple times because they couldnt find the problem ... this last time we get it back now the stereo system will not work ... my husband ends up taking off the seat to find out that they forgot to put a wire back on ... so if you dont want to deal with mechanics that dont care about your motorcycle but still want to charge you outrageous amounts ... I would definitely steer clear of this dealership.

I want to say that my wife and I stop in at a lot of Harley dealerships for shirts and chips normal stuff. We stopped here today and stayed for 3 hours talking with the staff and owner. You would have thought we have known each other forever. We live about 5 hours for this dealership but I will be going back there when it is time for a new bike. Awesome job guys!!!!
