Not many workers but found what we needed on our own the lady cashier was very polite and a joy to be working there she helped us the most and was a very nice people person👍

I purchased an oversized umbrella that was on display. I talked with an associate and that was the last one so they let me buy the display since they didn’t have one in a box in the back. I told her I would need to come back with a truck. She said no problem, they didn’t have anyone to take it apart right now anyway. She said I could go ahead and purchase it and they would take my name and number and would have it ready when I came back. I called the store about 4 hours later to let them know my dad and I were on our way with a truck. They said that was fine. Then they called back to say again there wasn’t anyone to take it apart. I asked if we could take it apart ourselves and they said no. Even though I’ve already purchased it so technically it’s mine. She said someone would have to call me back when it has been disassembled and would be ready to be picked up. She didn’t know if it would be today or not (mind you this was at 4:30p and they don’t close until 9pm). If I had said I didn’t live here, it would have had to be done right then and there. There were multiple people working in the store and there was hardly anyone in there so there is no reason it couldn’t have been disassembled. This is terrible customer service. I just want my umbrella already before someone “accidentally” sells it to someone else, even though I’ve already purchased it!

Went in for a Paw Patrol cup for my Grandson. Left with a paw patrol cup, paw patrol hat and a paw patrol outfit. Came to buy another cup and hat for my Great Nephew. Big Lots had what I wanted and needed after looking at other stores for days....Walmart didnt have it.

Just bought a recliner for my mother in law. Im not sure how it will hold up but the mechanism is smooth and it sits nice and firm. The price was only $299. Someone was there to wait on is immediately and they rang us out right there in the department. He answered all my questions straight forward with no sales pitches or commission tactics. We paid, he said...ok, Ill meet you around back of the store. He helped us to load up, even took it out of the box for me. Done. Easy purchase. Is this chair designed for rough use as a $1300 name brand recliner? Of course not. It was three hundred bucks. Will it be good for a 80 year old? Yep!!!

They have a wide variety to choose from. Furniture, food, decorations, homegoods. The prices are not bad but with their free rewards program the coupons make them very good.

Visited Big Lots after googling for some dog treats to see if they were on sale anywhere. They seemed to have the best price so we went there. As soon as I walked in the door I was instantly drawn to their Christmas section. Oh wow, what a great selection and nice looking stuff too. Anyway found the treats and a few other items that I hadnt seen anywhere else. They have furniture too! Great place to explore if you have never been or just havent been in a while.

Every time my friend and I walk into Big Lots we are greeted and asked if we need help they are very friendly and helpful. My friend usually picks up several totes there at a time they get them down and takes items to front for us and asks if we need help to the car with the items. Great place to shop good prices also.

The prices are great, and the staff is as friendly as you would want, but I bought some Twinkies and they tasted very bad. So I looked at the date and they were out dated. So if buying food products beware. Other than that I love Big Lots.

The computer froze today and the manager was the sweetest person ever! He handled it himself and was super polite.

Love there outdoor items but went there for a particular, fairly garden, item and I felt they were pricey. All outdoor stuff was. Ive bought furniture there and I still love it, 3 years later .

Already have a small selection of Christmas trees out on the shelves. Their Halloween decorations were nice looking too.

If you havent been you need to go!! If you see something you like. Get it! Wont be there the next day.

Good store rather it be household things or some quick groceries. I like that they have some food items to help you make dishes from other cultures. However, went there to check out some cheap DVD players to avoid walmart. It was cheap but they literally on had one kind. Not much of a choice lol. I bought it because I didnt feel like the crowd of walmart. But thats what I would try to improve on in my opinion. Overall a good experience.

This location seems to be more odds and ends with a mixture of goods. I would visit here to see what they have. It is larger than a normal Big Lots store, however it has about the same amout of goods offered.

This visit included two friendly employees, which is better than usual. Their shelves are still a little disorganized; requiring you to hunt for items not in their typical locations.
