Always fast and the store is super clean. I always get greet by no less than four people who seem genuinely happy. I loved the kiosk where I can walk up pay my bill and leave.

After 5 years, my bill went up 50 bucks. Because in my new place, xfinity doesnt offer internet. So they charge you for not having a service they cannot provide. They chose to happily disconnect my phones lines, rather than waive that unfair charge. I do not recommend xfinity. I feel like they were stealing from me. Customer service is terrible. The man on the phone even laughed when I suggested he refund my 50 bucks. I disconnected and am going to att.

Had a problem with my TV. Not anymore. Nice Gentleman met me at the Store door as I entered. Explained the problem to him. In 30 minutes I was on way home with problem solved within minitues after arrival. Great service.

They have Horrible service!!! been dealing with internet outages month after month, calling only to reach people speaking with broken English can’t even understand what there saying.. and tried to hustle me out of $10 for faster service that DOSENT WORK!!! Don’t use don’t use big rip off..

Ok so the installation went well and was done quickly and was very easy to set up. Customer service is lacking imo, quite possibly one of the biggest problems, their automated system will make you angry. The unacceptable problem however is they will throttle your speeds, I pay for 200mbs the and the speed is not consistent, my friend who pays for 100mbs gets done with downloads at the same time (no it is not my system of pc throttling its the is provider)

Came to store and was having an absolutely horrible experience with the customer service on phone. Walked in and spoke with a rep named Ricky and he was the most amazing rep for customer service I have had in a long time. He took the time to look up info on acct and get it set up properly and got the net working again...

My mother (83 yrs old) went to the store to have her work order pulled up to look at it and was told they cant do that.. They can check your bill, thats it. This is after 2 service people has came out and was tipped a $20, TV still didnt work. But when we went to the store, they told her to bring in the box. None of the service men every checked it or changed it out...Come on people, follow up at least on the elderly people when you do work. Which on her bill she pays for maintenance. WTH is that?

This is a very nice store. It is set up so nice. The associates are so knowledgeable. If you still think Comcast is like the old tired store that was downtown for so many years, you owe it to yourself to drop in and check this place out. Ask the associate about upgrades, costs, possible discount rates, etc. I was impressed, I think you will be too.

I will never be back again. All I was in there doing was returning equipment and I had to wait for over 45 minutes. The supervisor wasnt doing anything to help. Thank goodness I could control my anxiety, waiting for ignorant BS. NEVER AGAIN!! EVEN IF IT WAS THE LAST INTERNET AVAILABLE.

Xfinity was a nightmare from the beginning. The box they sent me did not work. Then customer service refused to answer questions, sent me to online chat, which sent me back to phone calls, which sent me back to online chat, on and on and no one could answer a simple question. Would not recommend Xfinity.

Went in to restart my service after being shut off for 6 months and had no problems. They game me a DIY kit which I had opened and installed in less than 30 minutes. Later came back to get a cellphone through Comcast and the same salesperson recognized me, remembered my name and had me taken care of and out the door, happy as a clam, in no time at all.

Wow! Forget EVER calling that horrible customer service number, go here instead. Fabulous service, walked out with more cable service than I had before and saved $40/mo. The guy I spoke to was just awesome. I highly recommend this place.

Hate comcast. They wont disclose the disability rate. I could have got internet for 10 dollars. They wont advertise this disability rate so you wont know. Charged me twice in two months. Had to call them and bank. Boycott them they have a monopoly going in paducah. I payed 100 dollars a month for internet only. 10vs.100 get rid of the withholding info. Lies and monopoly. Go to at&t.

Xfinity (Comcast) is a terrible company. They sell you fast broadband, then cap your monthly usage at 1TB unless you pay a $50 monthly penalty. This is a scam. If you watch Netflix or stream Youtube in 4k, play games online, or do much of anything except check email and surf the web, you WILL exceed your data cap. It literally cost Comcast NOTHING to provide unlimited broadband data. Total money grab. They know they have the consumer in a corner because there really isnt another choice. I will be leaving the 1st chance I get.

Employees friendly enough. But... we went in this store. We signed up but later found out we didnt get the package we signed up for or the right equipment. Basically we got put in the system at the store and then had to call customer service 800 # to get it straightened out.. new customer... ohh the package we signed up for in the store was no longer offered according to customer service trying to get this all straightened out. Nice......

Was not a good experience went up there about my bill I had service for 13months all off a sudden my bill went from 159.00 a month then my bill went up to 345.00 said they didnt charge me on my first bill for 2months so they just caught it they wouldnt work with me on phone or inside store so I had to drop it and they never took my 100.00 deposit off bill either wouldnt make payment arrangements with me I was paying on it and they sent it to collection agency this place sucks for customer service all the way 😡
