Sadly, I will not be doing business with Larry Stovesand ever again. Additionally, I would not recommend this establishment to anyone I know. This staff lacks honesty and integrity. This dealership sold me a 2015 Hyundai Sonata and failed to disclose the fact that my vehicle is part of a class action lawsuit due to engine failure. I will be the first to admit, I know nothing about cars. With that being said, I genuinely trusted this dealership to sell me a safe and reliable product. They absolutely failed to do so. I bought my vehicle in July 2021. By September, I learned that my car needs a new engine. I contacted Larry Stovesand regarding this matter and they offered zero support and very little concern. Incredibly disappointing.

Had a problem with a tire that had gone flat (15 psi) the day before. Plus, it was near enough to oil change time to get that done while I was there. I had already said I would be OK with a whole new set of tires if the bad tire couldnt be repaired, as they are (sort of) nearing the end of their tread life. They found a nail hole in the bad tire, fixed it, changed my oil and did a tire rotation. The service manager said my tire treads were fine for a while longer, so he did not try to upsell me. I appreciate that tremendously.
My salesman was very nice and knowledgeable. His assistant Octavio was wonderful to entertain my Grandsons. Everyone there is very good at their job. And very friendly. I love my Buick Encore.

Our most pleasant experience was with our salesman, Chris Cappock. Chris was very accommodating and congenial in his sales approach and easy to communicate with. Chris allowed us to make our choice of vehicles and decision making without any pressure and he was always helpful in answering our questions. The finance manager was equally helpful and low pressure, which is always appreciated in a car buying experience.
We had the BEST experience with them from start to finish! They called immediately and kept us informed before we arrived, answering any questions and being so helpful! When we arrived, they gave us such great service! They made sure to do all of the little “extras” that they didn’t have to do, making sure we were taken care of. We absolutely LOVE our vehicle and we know they made sure it was in good condition before allowing us to drive off the lot. TIFFANY and STEVE are especially helpful and so great to work with, going the extra mile! We would recommend this place to anyone!! I’d give them 10 stars if I could!!

Best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I came in looking for a new truck and they had exactly what I wanted. The use car manager Chris Thompson gave me a phenomenal price on my trade in while the new car manager Tripp Purdom gave me the deal of the century. Tiffany in finance got me in and out and explained everything perfectly. She couldnt have done a better job. Outstanding service!!! I had a flat tire this afternoon and was able to air it up just enough to get it to the service drive. Upon arriving Ashton took care of me immediately and I had a new tire within the hour. Very satisfied.
We had a great experience with the service department. They provided excellent customer service. Our air conditioning went out. They had the parts needed in stock and had it fixed by the end of the day.
If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. I took my car to Larry Stovesand’s in January for a small issue but was told the issue didn’t exist. I ended up going to a second dealership who found the problem and fixed it. All was good, my car was fixed, and I had no concerns or bad feelings toward any of it. When I returned to Larry Stovesand’s on Tuesday June 29 for an unrelated problem, I was met with some very disrespectful customer service. Chad Upton, the service manager, came over to me and immediately stated “You really crucified me with a bad review on google Mrs. Hodge.” I was completely shocked and confused because until now, I have never left google reviews. When I asked what the review had to do with having my car serviced, they told me that they were hesitant to work with me because I could potentially affect how they get paid at the end of the year. When I told them repeatedly that I had not left a review and had no knowledge of this review, they insisted that they could service my car as long as I promised to leave them a good review this time around. I told the manager I did not appreciate being falsely accused of something, and them continuing to hold it against me. As I waited for them to decide if they would service my car, I asked for more information about this so-called review and Chad told me to just pretend the conversation never happened. Right before I left, Mr. Upton showed me a photo of the review, and asked if my husband had left it. I told him that I was extremely doubtful my husband would leave a review since he was out of town on work and he proceeded to ask me to keep this between the two of us and not to mention anything to my husband or anyone else about the false accusation against me. I was completely blown away by the fact that they were so quick to falsely accuse a customer of leaving a bad review that showed they were unhappy with the service they received. If Mr. Upton had simply said, “Mrs. Hodge, we see that there is a flag next to your account for a previous encounter where you may not have been fully satisfied with your service. Would you mind if we talked about that or if you could give us some information regarding your last visit? We would like to make sure you are satisfied this time around and will do what we can to make sure that happens. As well as making sure we don’t make the same mistake with another customer.” If they had approached the situation with that type of attitude, I would have zero issues with them. They chose to disrespect me, falsely accuse me of something I did not do, and then tried to cover it up by telling me to not mention it to anyone. I will never return to them for anything. The only apology I received on this matter was after my husband drove to their dealership and insisted that Chad Upton apologize to me for the way I was treated that day. It’s pretty sad that people are more worried about putting money in the pockets instead of genuinely caring about the service they provide. And I hope that they see this review, because if they want to accuse me of something, at least it’s legit now.
This was the best experience that I have ever received anywhere! I was really going through a trying time. I am from IL traveling to Ga. my car needed immediate attention! I brought it there and explained the situation. I was in and out like I had scheduled an appointment! I am so grateful and appreciate the understanding of my personal situation. Went above and beyond with the service to show that they care! Very great full and cannot express enough!

The reservation system worked great. On Sunday, it allowed us to book a 7:30 AM appointment for Monday as we were stranded in Paducah.
Purchased a used truck in early May 2020. I purchased my vehicle from Chris. I feel like I was treated fairly. Car buying is painful for me but it was a seamless process. I also purchased an extended warranty and ended up using it a few months later after a sensor failed. I live over an hour away with some what of a demanding work schedule. Parts needed to be ordered so it took a few days to be repaired. The service department kept me updated, gave me a nice loaner vehicle to drive and were accommodating to my needs. Since my purchase, Chris has called and asked how my truck is and if there’s anything he could help me with. My only complaint is they ran 7 inquires with potential lenders which hurt my credit score. I wasn’t “special needs” financing so didn’t understand why. Never asked or complained because it would have been explained as we were trying to get you the best rate. Overall, I would purchase there again and refer family/friends.
The dealership got my vehicle in quickly and all described maintenance was accomplished pn the time schedule I was told to expect. The vehicle was looking great and running fabulous.

I started having trouble with my car yesterday after work around 12:00 I called the service department. I was on my way to a dr appointment. The service technician said bring it in. He gave me a car to drive to my appointment. By 4:00 my car was diagnosed, fixed, and ready to pick up. That is amazing. Im not a mechanic but I know they probably had to go get the part etc. I dont have Cam Shaft Acclamaters lying around. Lol!!! They did an excellent job. Didnt cost me a penny. I bought the extended warranty. Thank you guys for your good work.

Dont even bother dealing with the service department. Ignored a recall on my wifes vehicle and told her she had no oil leak when two other service departments confirmed a leak in two places. The only reason we went to Larry Stovesand is because the vehicle is still under warranty, and we were told they would take care of us by the businesswe purchased from. No comment on sales I havent purchased from them. As a owner of two GMC vehicles, I wouldnt trust them with either of them.

I just brought a Gmc 1500 at Larry’s and it was the fastest process I ever experience, it was great. The paperwork was done by teresa who was professional and friendly, most important very efficient.she had all the paperwork done in 15 minutes and explained the truck warranty . Avoid this service center at all costs. Brought my older GMC here for service on a very particular problem. I tried to explain myself to the staff, who seemed like they didn’t really listen to my issue in the first place. Seemed like they didn’t have time for my long winded explanation.I left my car there for a day and called to see if anyone had seen it. The service office said no, and that the guy who knew about my car wouldn’t even be there for another couple days. Ten minutes later they called back and quoted me for over 2,000 dollars (labor included) to replace the car computer. I told them no, that’s fine and they still tried to charge me 140 dollars.

My Buick Envision was serviced quickly and returned freshly washed. The waiting area was clean. comfortable and well lit.
Lackluster. Didnt rotate tires, price has gone up, and vehicle wasnt washed. Next time Ill take it somewhere else.Also was advised of clunking noise from back end they said they should check out. Obviously they didnt notice the box full of pots and pans in the back before they called.
Best dealership in town. Best service after the sale I’ve ever had. They actually care about you after they sell you a vehicle. I’ll never go anyplace else. Total professional from sales to service. The service department is very honest, if you don’t need something they don’t BS you and tell you that you do. Chad is great.

I want to share my experience at Larry Stovesand Buick GMC; When I was at my friends home, my Acadia would not start when I was ready to leave. I had never had any problems with it before.We bought it new 3 years ago. It is a 2017 GMC Acadia Denali. I called the Service Dept. at Larry Stovesand. They said they would come over and check it out for me. Chad came and took my Acadia back to the dealership and left his vehicle for me to run the errands I needed to finish. I came in to the dealership because I heard a noise in my car and I had a long drive ahead of me.I was travelling from Georgia to Illinois. I had called ahead and Terry was very accommodating. When I got there they took my car back and started on it right away. Terry kept me calm by making conversation while he worked. The mechanic came to show me what had messed up my car. I thanked everyone, paid and left. I am so thankful to this dealership for helping me out and keeping me at ease far from home.
Having dealt with all the managers and most of the staff at this dealership, I find them to be very honest and hard working. I have personally watched them treat customers with the up most respect and honest. Tiffany, Brad, Brien, Trip and Jay are some of my favorites. Great place to buy a vehicle in my book. They are also located close to the interstate so if you are making a trip into town, they are super easy to find.

My 89 year old father in law took his car in to get the oil changed in March of 2016. He came home with a new 2012 Buick Lacross. He drove it for 2 months before he had to stop due to his vision. He was still making payments on his old car, and they got him a 5 YEAR LOAN!!!! He would have to live to the age of 95 before it would be paid off. They also sold 3 year service contract for over $3000.00. My father in law passed away, last month owing over $10,000.00 on that car. I posted this and Larry Stovesand dealership asked me to call, hoping to resolve this issue. I called this morning and spoke with Tripp. I just called and spoke with Tripp. Tripp informed me that they were in the business of selling cars and would not turn down a sale. I explained that I work in optical, and if someone is on the verge of bifocals we recommend going to the drug store and get readers. This saves them money and they know we really care about them and not just money. He then said, if someone wants to buy a car, they will sell them one. I replied, you should have explained to him, it would be in his best interest to wait until his current car was paid off. Which Tripp again stated they are in the business of selling cars.So, as Tripp said, Larry Stovesand is only out to make money, they do not really care about their costumers.
I will never step foot in their building again. Paid a lot of money for a car that the engine went out before even having it for 90 days so in other words I paid a lot of money for a piece of junk. The manager talked to me like I was a three year old. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with!!!!

Thier service center in Carbondale had my wife drive an hour from Paducah to take care of a warranty problem and tried to charge for the diagnostic which is covered by the warranty.When she got there, they had no loaner cars even though they promised her they would find her one no matter what.When I called the customer service here at Paducah Ford the agent was rude, unhelpful and spoke over me the entire conversation. Even though I have in clear language from Kia that this issue would be resolved at no cost to me.Dont buy from Stovesand. These people are crooked. Buyer beware.
Very disheartened and disappointed!!! I appreciate your response, however, when a person purchases a Certified used vehicle it should not need major repairs within 30 days of purchase, and to which your dealership will not pay for. Selling good quality vehicles and standing behind them is apparently not important.Unbelievable, a complaint was filed with the Better Business Bureau and the response from your dealership was beyond wrong, but also insulting!!!How do you explain a repair estimate on the steering system alone of over $1,200.00 which was a recall and should have been repaired free of charge, period!!! Then lets add $190.00 to repair front/rear brakes which the dealership assumes were worn out in 29 days...I dont think so!!! Oh, and 1,000 miles WERE NOT put on the vehicle within 29 days either...and you seriously expect anyone to believe this!!!

This is the second time I write a review about this dealer, not sure what happened to my first review. I bought a Buick LaCrosse from this dealer A little over a year ago. Chris (sales person) promised me 2 free oil change. A month later I scheduled oil change with them even though I live like an hour away. When they finished the oil change I found them handing me the bill, I told them I had 2 free oil change they said nothing in the system, and then they asked me who promised you I said the sales man Chris. They called Chris to come over, he came and denied everything he even denied that he knows me. Can you believe that a sales man forgets what he told his customers and that’s not everything he even don’t remember his very strong accent customer! Unbelievable sales person! But I will take some of the blame because I trusted him and didn’t ask for papers saying that he owe me 2 oil change. Keep in mind as I said earlier I live like an hour away from the dealer and I have Buick dealer next to my work so there’s no reason for me to drive two hours to change oil unless it’s free.
