I hate posting reviews and don’t do this much at all but, Last week my whole family was in Ozark cleaning out my grandmothers 4 storage units. We have been there many times over the years since she has lived in Ozark and not once met someone so caring then the guy working there. I believe he said his name was Bob or Bobby, he he was the nicest man I have ever met and the first to offer any help at this location. He even thought about the heat and everyone helping, by bringing everyone some bottle water. Losing our grandmother was hard enough, but having I someone that not only cared about his job, but went above and beyond to help my whole family. KO Storage did an amazing job bringing this guy in to run their places.P.S. his a big guy but don’t let him fool you, he has a heart of gold and is a super proud dad.

I rented one unit here and then needed another unit last minute. Manager Bobby Smith made it easy and gave me some great options to accommodate my storage needs! Fantastic service.

Will definitely be happy to do business here again should a need for storage arise again!Original Review Below:Constantly increasing prices on a annual basis and I have been here for only 3 years. My military discount that I was initially receiving, which was $5 dollars off, is now a mute point. When we initially went in to setup a storage unit, we were greeted by an exceptional individual who provided us with great customer service. Since then, this place has changed ownership and is now in the dumps and getting worse. I can hardly call them at any point during the day and have someone answer the phones. The storage units are decent and come with keypad access into the facility (only positives), but now that the customer service has gone to the dump and the prices are constantly increasing, it’s no longer a good place. Thankfully, I can move my items out soon and into a new location. I’d normally give at least a 2/3 star because it’s a decent facility, but the customer service is so atrocious that it casts a dark shadow over the facility. Needs better management.

It is hard to be impressed with a storage facility, but this is a very nice place. From my call to rent the unit, to finding everything exactly where they said it would be, to the clean facility, everything is first class.They have multiple convenient places to park and unload, carts right inside the door to use and even a bay to pull in if it is raining. Even bathrooms in this climate controlled building (and it was HOT when I was moving a trailer load in). Again, it is hard to get excited about storage, but this is not your ordinary storage facility.

The service and courtesy here is amazing. I came in to inquire about a unit, was shown several, rented one, then 2 days later decided I wanted one a size bigger. The service was seamless. The extras provided are great... Dry unloading area, carts, trash cans, lighting, etc. Things you dont think to ask about, but if you have stored elsewhere, makes a big impression. Ive had storage in KC metro at Storage Mart in climate controlled.. Higher price, less access, no amenities, etc. Its really great to find such a good business here in Ozark. Very grateful for finding this place.

Great people to work with! The facility is clean and easy to access. They have dollies and carts available for you use at any time. The climate control works great. Located directly behind Caseys General Store.

Exceptional storage! They go above and beyond is their ease of usage and customer service. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for temp controlled storage!

I love this storage place. They have carts to help you be able to bring your stuff in and out of your unit. They are also inside so it is really cool while you are moving stuff around.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a climate controlled unit that was not only affordable, but extremely clean in a facility that is well organized and tightly monitored. Customer service has been outstanding and I could not be more pleased. I give this facility an A++ rating.

I have to agree with some of the other reviewers that the courtesy and service were excellent! We just moved our things out of our unit and I called over the weekend to let them know, and they promptly got back to me this morning, first thing, to let me know that they got the message and I wouldnt be charged for the next month. It was super easy to move in and move out, and also very conveniently located for us.We got the storage primarily for furniture that we didnt want to get ruined by humidity. Our furniture was well kept. Definitely recommend. I will use them again if I need controlled storage in the future.

Wonderful units

Prices increased, and although climate controlled, when it got really hot they used inadequate and small dehumidifier. I had a leather chair mildew while in storage.
