I always like how when I walk into this Price Cutter it is clean, has friendly employees, and is always looking for ways to improve. The Starbucks inside is fast, has more merchandise to choose from and is always courteous. The deli section is large and hosts a conglomeration of many different kinds of meats and cheeses as well as ready made salads available. The bakery hosts a small but still comparable amount of cakes and pastries and has fresh baked bread out on the shelves often. With the addition of self checkouts the space is efficiently used and has a sizable health food section which houses many products that I often find at Mama Jeans. This location is one of the better Price Cutters in the area.

Great place to shop, name brand items are priced higher than other places but thats to be expected. The staff is always pleasant to deal with and love the new self checkouts that were installed! Makes it easier when I am only buying a few things

Our cashier did not seem to be please with his current life situation, during our exchange at the checkout; however, the facility was a pleasant atmosphere. It appeared clean and well arranged. The interior was not as large as it appeared to be, from the look of the exterior. Though, there was still a decent selection. I would say their in house Starbucks must be great cause they were slammed!

I usually stop here only for quick trips because it’s so close to my house. I just stopped in to get a few things tonight and the manager that was on duty lectured the cashier right in front of me and the whole line of people behind me over a miscommunication from another manager that wasn’t on duty. I felt like it was super unprofessional and it was very uncomfortable.

I went out of my way to go to this Price Cutter. I ask where something was? I was told that way ->. The cashier kept her back turned to me till after all my groceries were on the counter. Then turned around while talking on the phone and checked me out telling her friend she was kind of busy. Customer service is gone. Ill never go back to the store

Clean and very well stocked. Bug variety. Wide aisles. Fast checkout.

Huge selection/choices of foods/spices. Employee owned is a plus. Employees deserve a higher wage increase, in my opinion. Employees are always polite and helpful.

Whatever you need. You can almost be assured you will find it there.

Was told I was lucky to have been given a cash payout from a ticket (Keno) because she had it in the drawer. It really wasnt what she said but the tone used was a bit much. Not really used to being treated as such in this store. I will bet she would feel lucky to have a job if all the customers went elsewhere because of her attitude. Other than that, its a good place to shop. There is better customer service at King Cash Saver the next exit down. This, of course, is the only situation of someone being overtly rude. I have shopped at this store numerous times. Overall, the customer service is usually pretty good, for the most part.

This location has always been, lack of better terms, dark & dirty. With stupidity, and my lack of better judgement, I stopped at this store. Hadnt shopped here in some years but figured, since management changed, maybe the store had too.Lesson learned.Only shopping cart to be found was at the buggy return. Out in the parking lot! Hardly any fresh produce/fruit. Gnats all around the potatoes and bananas. Employee working the meat counter had a look of hate my life/everyone on his face. I felt as if I was bothering him by asking for some meat. I asked If he could please package the regular chicken breast and stuffed chicken breast separate and my lord he looked like he was ready to come over the counter at me. Had 2 resisters going with about 8-10 customers waiting. Finally opened a 3rd lane when a few more customers joined the check out. Took about 15 to reach the cashier and check out. She was a sweetheart. She looked like she really wanted to do more and help get the customers checked out faster. But she was trying her best and doing best she could given the situation at hand.

They have a great selection, along with a very friendly, helpful staff! Its probably my favorite Price Cutter out of them all.

I went at 9:30pm on a Sunday night to get balloons for my son’s birthday the next morning. They didn’t have anyone in the floral section but Jenny took the initiative and had the kindness to figure it out so my son could have balloons for his birthday in the morning. Big shout out to Jenny!

Has a great little hometown feel easy to get to plenty of parking clean store friendly staff

Not the best grocery store in Springfield, but it’s convenient and this location is a little better than most of the others.

Management has done an excellent job of upgrading this store in last year. Cleaner, well stocked and glad its in the North end of Ozark. Easy access and they have pickup service. Flower service is some of freshest ... end of January Anniversary and they are still beautiful ...never had flowers so worth the giving. Thankyou.

Local grocery store in Ozark. Just moved here. I’m used to going to Walmart and not bothering with grocery stores. Had to stop in here when pressed for time. It’s a great grocery store and I will definitely be back. Good price and clean. That’s what matter most. And the checker at the front was nice.

Shop somewhere different prices can be higher on stuff but if you need something besides the cheapest stuff this is where you need to go like having a specialty store right here in town!

When paying for my groceries I also entered to get cash back.I wanted the cash back to be able to buy at Starbucks plus have cash to give a tip.I realized after I stepped over to Starbucks, that the young man who was my cashier never gave me my cash back.I go back and show him my receipt and tell him I did not get my money. He says, Yes, I think I gave it to you. Then he turned his back toward me and would not do anything else about it.I had to go to Customer Service and wait while they watched the video of me at check out then they had to count the money in his drawer. He had not given me my cash back. I stood around probably an extra 20minwaiting to get this resolved.His attitude was awful.Customer Service though were very kind.

Best shopping in Ozark the higher prices are worth the fast lines and deli and meat selection.

Love the alcohol beverage section, very clean and updated.Wish they had more of a reward system to receive auto sale discounts.

At 10:30 on a Sunday morning there were two ckeckout attendants and over 23 seperate groups waiting to checkout. As the line grew to more than 23 groups the manager eventually filled in and had to bounce around handling various alcohol purchases because 80% of the workers are under age to sell alcohol. Everytime i go here its like a leper colony took over. It seems like if you are hire highschoolers and social rejects you should have plenty of cashiers. Apparently not.

Could hire people with better customer service skills. Most staff are not very friendly, sometimes to the extent I would consider rude! Attitude is everything! No matter what a person looks like, if they arent friendly to everyone, they are unattractive. Although this store is close to my house, I avoid places without good customer service. Learn from Chick-fil-A!

Friendly and helpful staff. They are clearly making a maximum effort to keep us safe in the age of Covid. Great selection to suit my needs, and the produce department is particularity pleasing... so fresh and its easy to find what you need. I also like that the aisles are wide. Im very happy with this location.

Didnt stop for groceries, but for a Starbucks while traveling. First one we had found for hours. There was a line that almost sent us back to the car but the girls making the drinks were really whipping them out. Great job, girls

Thiefs paradise, my propane was stolen within seconds and when I asked the manager Ron about it his reply was ya, we only have two cameras and we dont have security. He also would not replace my propane....inside job?Dont send your wife or elderly parents there, Dangerous Place.

So I recently started going here because I’m not a fan of Walmart. I just have to share how friendly the staff is. Today, I went through the line with my 2 year old son and was mortified that I couldn’t pay for what seemed like such a small amount. The manager paid for it. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate you for doing that. I’m a single mom, I work, and I am a student and was hit by Covid pretty hard. I am still playing catch up though. I said thank you and I did cry as I was leaving. I don’t think you heard me or was just trying to get back to what you’re doing but seriously know that I appreciate it. The people around me weren’t as friendly, which isn’t surprising considering majority of people just don’t care about others nowadays. I can’t thank the staff here enough for doing that and not making me feel like the other customers were making me feel.

Produce used to be better. Have seen produce guy peeling old outer leaves off and putting whats left on the shelf. Good meat. prices on staples high. Any more I use them as a well stocked convenience store. Customer service lost on the people there. If you hire rooki kids you need to train them for more than stocking shelves.

A bit overpriced but they have stuff you can get anywhere else.

They have a large selection of items, however they are twice as expensive as every other store around them.. I dont know how they are staying in business honestly, stop price gouging and get your prices down to an acceptable number.

Love my Price Cutter. I have been using the curbside pickup for about a year now and love it. Thank you Price Cutter!! I appreciate all of your employees and what they are doing to keep is safe.

The staff here is always nice and helpful. They keep the store clean and the people that come here are much more respectful than other grocery stores.

I have ordered over the phone FRESH chicken twice and walked in and asked for a family size chicken to go. Both times asking how long the chicken had been out for and assured by the staff that they had just cooked the chicken and in all occasions the chicken has been completely dry to where the meat was hard. I dont understand what the point is in lying? I have worked in the deli before at a store and in my experience you sell more and have more repeat customers when the food is actually fresh and edible. I do not like wasting my hard earned money or time on a meal my family cant eat. Please start making and selling quality hot food.

Hummus expired two months ago. The audacity to charge 150% above walmart prices for expired goods. This was my second try with these guys and my last. The first time, gummies that were two years old.

The food in this market is awesome and the portions are great. If your looking for another option for lunch go check it out. Of course it is a great place to get groceries also ..

Overpriced on most products. Organic and gluten free selections very limited. Its okay for a quick shopping. The deli and bakery are great though.

Nov 2020 Desent grocery store. Gave 4 because i dont like how they dont have pricing on flowers. I dont like that a few times theyve acted like i need to load the groceries into the cart. I expect that at Aldi or discount grocery store but not at standard grocery store.Aug 2021. Changing rating to 3. Again the cashier bagged up items but left them sitting on the counter for me to put in cart. This IS NOT a discount grocery store like aldi ir food 4 less.I waited in line while the 2 people in front of me checked out, and kept a distance if 4-5 ft sincenpetson in fronvof me was wearing mask due to coved. Next thing i know i look up nd theres a freaking LANE CLOSED SIGN. The cashier looked at me and i told her u had been stsnding in line. She didnt care and said lane 2 only has 1 person!! OMG!!!😮 very poor customer service.Also, check this out, corporate price cutter only responds to positive reviews. You would think they would want to improve?Anyway, if its not too far go to 65 and battlefield price cutter. Cleaner, more choices, stocked beer, flowers with orices on them AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Loved it the prices were great, and the most important thing to me was everyone was wearing a MASK...The store was very clean, the people were very nice I didnt come across anyone that was rude 😃

It’s the most convenient Price Cutter, and the staff is always friendly. They have a great organic section! My only complaints are that the produce seems not to last long as other Price Cutter stores, and their wine selection isn’t amazing!

I used to shop a couple different stores, and this wasnt one of them. Then one day I stopped in here and at checkout I had a pleasant experience that keeps me coming back here. (When I go to the grocery its usually on way home from work, and by this time, Ive been ready to be home hrs ago. BUT a young man named Robert is a cashier there and what hes taught me is to relax catch ur breath and its ok to stay an extra 2 minutes in the store chatting about the present and the future. Now when I shop here, if theres 5 ppl in his line and just 1 in another.......Im gonna still wait in Roberts line. Thanks lil buddy and Ill see u next time in.

This place is great. Never had a bad experience with any of the employees yet and then have a decent selection. They are missing some specialty things, so if youre looking for organic or fairly unique items, this place doesnt usually have a big selection in that regard. But for 99% of your grocery needs, theyve got it covered. Plus they have a few aisles of non food items, so if you need simple baby, dog, car or other things, theyre got that too.

I wish we had a more modern grocery store in Ozark

I have shopped at this location for over 20 years.by far the worst customer service I have ever had.the manager Leticia is the worst I have ever seen there.she walked away while checking me out at her register to help another cashier without a word.then came back and lied, saying it was her mask and I didnt hear her.B S she should had if she ever did say anything waited until she was done.i could tell the employees dont like her and the quality and atmosphere in this store has suffered.so sad .

Im actually really impressed by The Price Cutter stores. Youre very clean, the Personnel is very professional, and theres a nice selection there without being overstuffed. Great flower shop oh, theres a Starbucks in there, the meat is fantastic and the food is pretty good there as well. Ive had the buffet a couple times.

Theres often not enough checkers and lines are quite long. They have a good variety of groceries.

To all yall 2 stars and under; ok Karen, I personally have never had an issue and the staff are always welcoming and kind. If you complain the prices are too high then youre just poor, I get minimum wage and can afford it

The past 7 yrs. I have gotten some wonderful cakes designed and made here always fresh and beautiful.... not today! Im sure my 6 yr old granddaughter could have done better! Sorry

Great produce, great meat and super clean store. Staff friendliness depends on the day! A little pricey but meat and produce are worth it!

If you go in later at night its usually pretty quick, well, because no one is shopping later at night usually. If you go around 7 or 8 be prepared to stand in line while theres only 2 registers open. Manager was just bagging groceries while there were lines into the isles. Couldve easily opened up another register and helped check instead.

Price Cutter is one of the stores that I would go to. I have always loved1. Employees2. Food3. Having a smile on my face when I walk into the store.

The only place in Missouri you can buy Springer Mountain Chicken. Any Price Cutter. This one was clean, well organized and had a very friendly staff

Finally found a real grocery store in MO.

This is a really good grocery store four our area. Much better than other Price Cutters in the city.

I hadnt shopped there in quite awhile and I was reminded why. 6:30 on a Saturday evening and they had 2 lanes open and no one at the service counter. So going in to get a pound of hamburger turned into a 30 minute adventure to pay more for it than I probably would have at a convenience store.

Price Cutter is the most expensive grocery store in town. They should not be legally allowed to call themselves Price Cutter. The only reason this isnt a one star review is because sometimes they have really good sales on meat. Thats their only saving grace.

My experience today wasnt so great. Price Cutter had left up some coupons that were out of date. In my opinion, they should have honored the coupons since it was their mistake that the coupons were still up. Its like posting one price, but making you pay something else. They did not honor the coupons, offer any real apology or anything. More left me feeling like a heel. Not happy with them today.

They have the best organic selection in town at a great price too. Amazing selection on all foods, and fresh select cut meat done in house that tastes great and cut to your liking. Better than Harter House in my opinion and more stores than them too.

Great service. I use the online pick up order and love it. The produce is awesome and I love that I can shop directly from their weekly ads.

They tend to carry things other stores dont. Deli is always good. We get our cakes therew
