Mostly clothes. The store is clean and the staff is nice but theres just not much else there. A few isles of housewares like dishes and knick knacks and a shelf of old kitchen appliances. Its not like the ones in larger cities but its a good looking store.

Very clean and well organized thrift store! Right off of highway 65 makes this a great location to stop at while passing though the area as well.

Always a pleasant experience when I shop here. With the employees and womens Jean selection mainly. I mean, the wife likes these jeans that are from $100 to $200 a pair. I got her 6 nice pair today (yes she approved them after trying on) for $35. And Gentlemen, if youre looking for jeans here...........good luck cuz ive gotten 1 pair and have been coming here for 2yrs. Guess its my tall skinny build.

My favorite Goodwill in the area . Everyone that works there is friendly and helpful. Seldom go in that I don’t find something. Have found great items in there ( I should keep that a secret!!).... my favorite place to shop!!

Very well priced and an excellent variety

Looks like the fitting rooms are still closed due to COVID which makes ZERO sense considering every other retailer is open. I can bring my item home and try it on and return it, to me thats even more exposure to the store. And no one wipes down Carts at all anymore.. Also this location has switched its pricing structure again. I struggle to understand where they get their pricing guidelines. Items from target and walmart are priced higher then I can but it new? I always donate items to area thrift stores but its becoming harder to find one that still prices things reasonable to want to donate to them. I can remember when thrift stores were thrift stores not department stores that sold used merchandise and based on their pricing its getting ridiculous.....

Slightly smaller than most Goodwill stores that Ive been to. Fitting size for Ozark! Huge selection of clothing, but rather thin on some other areas like furniture. Well organized, friendly staff, clean, and sanitizing with COVID procedures. Worth a stop!

We love the shop! Top quality resale. And special sale of 75% off on many items every Friday and Saturday! That allows the ones hurting more financially than others to purchase better quality resale that they otherwise couldnt afford. Im sure it helps clear out excess inventory too. The team thats running the Ozark MO shop are doing a fantastic job! They know what they are doing, they are committed to their work and it shows! Someone is constantly straightening and organizing, which helps customers find the best deals, thereby increasing their sales. Good job on the displays too! And keeping prices and multiples on product and clearly visable. They watch closely for anyone ready to check out, and I have never seen a rude or impatient clerk yet! Always a smile and kindness! Ozark doesn’t have a mask mandate yet they won’t let you in without one and don’t offer you one. Don’t waste your time if you have a medical issue that won’t allow you to wear one.

I have been an avid Goodwill shopper for many many years. That ended today. Just like all the other places like DAV theyve jacked up their prices way higher than they should be. This is a thrift store. at this point youre better off buying your stuff at the store new. So very disappointed.

Really rude and unhelpful! I lodged a complaint with the manager and she couldnt have cared less and was rude and dismissive, will never be back!

Guess they are now refusing business to people with medical conditions. Because they are supposedly a nonessential they can do so. Will have to take my money elsewhere.. kind of over priced for a Goodwill anyways..evey time Ive been in this store the employees have been rude even before covid. Last time I knew refusing service to someone based on a medical condition is discrimination. It could lead to legal ramifications. Just sayin

If I could give 0 I would... they would not accept my written and signed medical mask exemption from my Dr. I will not be shopping this location again.

I was so disappointed in this store. Used to have alot of merchandise and store was pretty empty and prices have gone up again. You have to have money to pay these prices and really look if you want to get your money s worth on name brand products and even then make sure there are no stains or tares. I know you support people in need but all your stuff is donated by people who need as well.

I love this store! They have the CUTEST clothes. I finally found a thrift store that carries smaller sizes for women thats not just junior style. They have a great selection of every size in every category. They also have really great sales. When I went they were doing 75% off of anything red tag. I would just recommend that they somehow separate the toddler sizes better and carry more stuff for toddlers. I will be going to this thrift store as much as possible!!!

A twenty something was extremely rude to me informing me that I should wear a mask. Its my choice, not hers. I said that I was leaving and she barked back with a hateful look and said You still need to wear it!Im never coming back.

This store deserves more than 5 stars. I would give them 10 if I could. I always find the most beautiful clothes there for my granddaughter and myself. Good selection of furnishings and art. Ive picked up quite a few pairs of shoes at great prices. The staff is phenomenal. Im always greeted with a smile when I go in and theyre always working hard on the floor. The store is always clean and well organized. The bathrooms are clean and stocked. This is my favorite store out of all the Goodwills in the area. Great job guys!

Ozark city lifted mask requirement and they still require one. Not spending any money in a business that is not inclusive of what city has lifted.

Good employees whom are very helpful. Nice clean store thats very easy to navigate. Abundance of affordable items that everyone can enjoy. You can find everything from necessities to entertainment. Wish the parking lot was a little bigger though sometimes it gets pretty full. 😊

We liked the store and didnt think it was priced too high. Mens pants are all 3.00 and 4.00 dollars, tees 2.00, blouses and shirts 3.00. Could use a bigger selection of used furniture though. Not a lot of housewares and what they have is poor quality, but that is apparently what is being donated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Store was clean. Ample parking.

BEST PRICES!! Children’s books are only 50 cents (today they were just 12 cents on a discount green tag color!), most clothes are $3.50. Not the biggest fan of a having to sort through racks to find items since the clothing is not uniformly organized by size but, for the price and decent quality of items, you’re sure to find something anyway. Shelves werent organized. Looked like minimal amount of things were on display. Cashier didnt give me a bag to put my items in. Seemed sick. No hand sanitizer by door.

We have been to numerous Goodwills, and in my opinion this is the best one. They dont just throw stuff out there, it is very organized and pretty easy to find something, especially if you are looking for something specific. They keep things very clean and the staff is always friendly.

They are forcing people with medical conditions to wear masks not even the airports are doing this if you have a medical condition I cant wait till someone Sues them

I love our Goodwill store! Ive found some good stuff here, at great prices. Also, when I was out thrifting this afternoon in Ozark, this was the third thrift store I stopped at in my search for kitchen chairs for one of my kids--and the ONLY thrift store where a worker greeted me when I walked in. Staff here are very pleasant, whether youre shopping or donating. This is definitely one of my favorite stops here in my town.

Even with two new stores in Springfield, I drive to this particular store because it is well organized, fully stocked, and the employees are friendly and helpful. The prices on items are extremely reasonable. I am a bargain hunter and I always find deals I cannot pass up. Two thumbs up!

Wouldn’t let us in store because “masks required” would not offer us one and told me kids 2 and over it’s required. That’s not true. Will never be back. Horrible way to do business.

Neat store

Spent over an hour finding clothes. So excited to finally be able to get good clothes after years of rags. But they refused my gift card and cause it was American express disappointed I had to leave it all there and go home empty handed and cried when I got to the car cause I cant get all I need for those prices at any other place.

This Goodwill is one of the best stops you can ever make. It is well run and always has kind personnel and terrific selection of interesting items.

First and formost they are price guaging on junk. I do mean junk. They get their products donated to them yet they want to sell broken torn up products at overly way overly priced. Dont go here period. You are better off going to Walmart than here bc ya will pay more are good will than u would at Walmart.

Decently organized. On the right days you can get really good deals from name brand donations. Some of the prices are a little high for being resell.

I found exactly what I was looking for and more. Prices are decent and they had a system set up to wrap my glassware. Its definitely my go-to thrift store.

Me, my father, and my sister came to this store today. As we were walking inside another customer was parked in the handicap parking spot at the front door as you enter into the store, her wheelchair ramp was left down outside her van unattended while she was inside shopping ( no cones or anything to warn people were set outside). My 77 year father trippedover the ramp and thank God I caught him or he would have been seriously hurt. I walked inside and let the manager and staff know what happened. They did absolutely nothing about it. Instead the lady said its her van and mind our business that she wasnt doing anything about it because she was shopping. The staff laughed and still did nothing to prevent anyone else possibly getting injured. I work with the physically and mentally disabled and drive a van with a ramp to get them in and out of it . Never is it acceptable to put others in danger of falling because they are disabled. I will never shop here again and I will share this with everyone I know so they dont either.

No good will from these people. Spend your money at an actual charity.

This is a good place to find a hidden treasure at a very low price at times. This place isnt just for low income but also for people looking to save money, all are welcome. Anytime we donate old clothing or furniture it goes here and the staff is usually pretty friendly.

The prices are a little high for old marathon shirts but they have a nice book selection, decent shoes, and good furniture occasionally. Ive never met a rude or unhelpful employee.

Overpriced as it is, then to get charged for an extra item by mistake, then treated like some sort of scam artist when you bring it to their attention. Told nothing could be done about it! I come here ALL THE TIME!

I can normally find some good deals on clothes here. Forget home goods or anything else though, its normally pretty picked over.
