We recently ordered pews from this company totaling over $31,000. They contacted us to let us know that their machinery had broken down and asked for more time to fill the order. We told them that it was no problem. They came back and asked for more time because of a delay on another job. I asked for assurance that the job would be done and the salesperson gave me a 100% guarantee that the job would be done on the following Wednesday even if he had to do it himself. I showed up on Wednesday morning to open the church for them and still they were a no show. When I called them, they had not even loaded the pews yet. They were still in Missouri and would not be here till the next day. When I questioned the owner about the 100% guarantee, he would not stand behind it or even offer to help us out to make up for the broken promise. They have no idea of what customer service or promises are. Their furniture may be nice, but you can be guaranteed that dealing with them and their owner will not be.

All these people are talking about customer service and the quality of the work .Lets talk about the people who make these products. There was a man who was in charge of the men and women making these products. He was a jewel. He cared about the men who worked there. He hired people nobody else would because he didnt look only on the outside but payed attention to the inside of a person. He left and another man from the company took his place. This is my review of the company.A family I know has been homeless for about 1 1/2 yrs. Ill call him Joe. Joe was hired by the caring man. The mother Sue stayed in the car while Joe worked. Shes been very sick for along time and everyone who worked there got to where they would keep an eye on her. It was like a big family. Sue is getting better lets pray. Joe worked 3pm-11:30pm than they would go sleep in the car close by to save gas. They would cut cider and haul scrap to get by til his payday.Joe had severe anxiety, PTSD and ADHD. The man who hired him would work with him and move him around from job to job to help him. After the jewel of a man left the other man took over and immediately fired Joe.The other man had or has a son who worked there. He wouldnt leave Sue alone so she finally had to tell him to go away.I cant say the reasons I was told Joe was fired but I can say either the new boss or his son didnt like Joe.Joes father had bought them a cheap fixer upper 5th wheel and they had finally found a place to park it with his next check, which will not come now.The reason Im writing this is theres to many homeless and not enough caring people. Theres me me people, theres, high horsepeople who think theres NO REASON to be homeless and theres people who just dont pay attention . We need more people like the Jewel that hired Joe.Thats all I have to say at the moment but I wont quit til Joe gets his job back. They probably wont print this, cant see the inside. By the way the lady in the office is an ANGLE

I call businesses for a living, and have never come across someone who answers the phone sounding as miserable as the woman at this business. Not sure if she hates her job, or what the issue is there, but sad...
