Excellent customer service from every member of the staff, and no one asked if I had to consult anyone -which was so refreshing for me as a single homeowner! They helped me match my needs and budget with beautiful products - the wood floors may be just high end laminate but they’re gorgeous and have worked out very well. They look like new even after a year of “paws assault” by my trio of 90lb dogs. To this day my investment in flooring and new carpet has paid off in our comfort and enjoyment, as well as a sizable increase in home appraisal value. The installer was very professional and moved everything himself, completing the work in just a few days. Highly recommend this company! Of course, supporting small business right here in the thriving metropolis of Ozark is still close to my heart.

We added carpet last year to our Living room, Family room, stairs, and upstairs hall. We also added carpet this year to our office. Worked with Chastity Adams. Service was great both times. Received quotes all over town and they were MUCH better! Additionally our carpet has a 10 year warranty. They were highly recommended by our neighbors who also used them to carpet their basement. As we continue to carpet other parts of our home, we will continue to use them.

The floor we picked out was pretty. they told us they would be here at 9:30 and they didnt get here til after 10. They brought the flooring in and didnt do anything. Didnt move any of the furniture. Didnt even take up the old carpet. Would not recommend coming here if you want your floor done when they say they will do it.

My husband and I came upon Ozark carpet company from a commercial we heard on the radio. They really do have the BEST prices. After I finally picked out the carpet I wanted (theres a lot to choose from), they set up a time to come to my house and measure. They came right on time. The carpet was layed only 4 days after that. I was very pleased!!! The people there are just so wonderful and friendly. They will definitely have my business when its time to redo my bathroom floor.I recommend them to anyone looking for new cheap flooring. Cheap by price not by quality 😁

We have used Ozark Carpet Company for two of our rooms and both times we have had excellent customer service. They have always been prompt with appointments and very professional throughout the whole process. From doing research on other companies we have had better luck with pricing as well. We love the variety of products they offer and will continue to use them for future service.

I am not sure why they would advertise on television that you can make an evening appointment and then not have the staff to fulfill the promise. I called to make an appointment and was rejected. It sounded like there was only 1 person that could handle the request and she was going to be out of town. I understand the concept of a small business but please dont advertise services you cant provide.

We have had multiple updates to our home and have never received this level of customer service, attention to detail, and cleanliness. Joe our installer was a perfectionist which showed in his work. The project was completed on-time, under-budget, and far better than I could have ever imagined. I am by far the most critical judgmental person I know and I have nothing but the highest praises for the work we received. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family.

We attend Eastern Gate Church, they laid our carpet and a couple of months later it started raveling. They came and looked at it and said they thought it was bad. He had some workers come and fix these places and just a few months later more places appeared. They brought a man from the carpet company and he told us not to vaccum, just to sweep it. Also to be patient they would let us know something. It has been 2 years now and still no results.

Contacted OCC about replacing carpet in a rental home that I’ve owned for 10 years. Finally decided to sell this home and it needed new carpet and new wood flooring. Met with Chasity at OCC and she was excellent in helping me pick out carpet that was affordable and also looked nice. Here’s the catch, my home that i was selling is in St. Robert, 75 miles away, and when i asked if they would be able to do my install, she said no problem! Their service was excellent and from the time i picked my carpet to completed installation was less than 2 weeks! I would highly recommend OCC to anyone looking for new flooring options.
