Reached out to Youngblood for more information a 2004 F-350 6.0L Diesel. The 6.0s are notorious for leaky head gaskets due to head bolts being used instead of head studs, so I asked if theyd been studded or not. Mary from customer service reached out and said Jamie Jacobs would be getting in touch with me.Jamie responded offering assistance, but noted he was informed the information requested regarding the studs wasnt possible to ascertain, but asked when Id like to schedule a test drive. It was explained Im from out of town, and would like to look, but was only interested when it was verified the heads had in fact been studded. Additionally, I took the time to look up a couple YouTube videos on how to find the answer to my question in as much time as it takes to pop open the hood and shine a flashlight near the valve covers... a total of 5 minutes tops. His response was simple and dismissive: I completely understand. We do put our vehicles through a rigorous inspection. I thanked him for his time, and left it at that. Perhaps this isnt indicative of the dealership as a whole, but youd think a simple request to open the hood and snap a photo wouldnt be too much to ask. If they cant be bothered by this before the sale, you can rest assured any issues after wouldnt receive much more than a vague disinterest.
Go see Rich. Super nice and honest salesman. Would highly recommend. Didnt feel pressured and felt comfortable speaking with him. Great guy. Nice selection and decent prices.
They were nice people and the location was easy to get to.
Well where should I start. I bought a 2009 Nissan Maxima for 10,000. I have owned car for exactly 38 days today. The weather has now turned warm I go to turn on ac today and no ac. Now I did not check ac when I bought because from reviews and confidence in what they were telling about everything working I had no reason to doubt. After all this is a 10,000 car we are talking about. I did buy car as is and did not purchase the warranty. I thought to my self surely they would help fix this since I have barely owned car over a month. But no such luck. The manager chance informed my husband that we are pretty much on our own. They would diagnose for me and if it needed Freon they would put some in but that’s it. Well no such luck it’s not the Freon so now I am stuck trying to figure out what is wrong. My suggestion is to be careful buying a used car from them and if so make sure you purchase warranty.
Rich was a wonderful salesman who took his time to help me with what I was looking for. He takes great pride in his customers and the cars he sells. You want someone to treat you like a person and not a sale, please go see him!
Is do you want to test drive this car? Like some magical phrase? I didnt want to, I wanted to just look and was seriously interested and yall ruined it by being pushy and over bearing.
I was greety by Jesse, I did explain him why I was there to visit.I have interest on a Jeep Grand Cherokee, he asked all the reason and features that I was looking in the car. After it he suggested 2 models that we went out and look them.He was very knowledgeable about the difference on both jeeps, which I appreciated.I am coming back in June when my lease is up to switch over from Nissan to Jeep
I appreciated all their help in getting us a great deal on our new vehicle.
The absolute best car dealer ship in town. Above and beyond with customers service. I have bought three cars from them and everytime I would give them a high rating. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this dealership. And I hate the car buying experience, but they make it easy.
Went to go see their used cars and come to find that it is now under the name of James river motors?, not a very big selection of used cars, looked like a lot of them were new but traded in. Not good customer relation in notifying the public about the sale of this dealership.
Great customer service, easy to work with and wanting to make it right. I enjoyed the no pressure and laid back sales. I feel they went the extra mile to complete the sale.
Like always had a great experience with reasonable prices for my Jeep servicing
Great service, very informative, friendly, courteous staff ; not your typical hard sale. Very nice experience. Along with great coffee.
Bought a 2019 Ram 1500. Chris Graves and Scott Dasal went out of their way to find the exact truck I wanted in Alabama and get it shipped to Ozark. The truck did not come standard with a complete owners manual but with the quick guide manual. Chris search until he found one at a dealer in Oklahoma and reached out and got that manual for me. Will buy from Youngblood again.
Went to the Jeep dealership for parts....they dont have parts department yet because they just moved ...but I was helped, and didnt have to drive into Springfield because the guys at the Ozark lot helped me out. They called the correct location and hooked me up. Thank you!
Cars are overpriced, need more financing companies. Bad options equal low sales!!
Thank You Gary B. For all your input and info. Enjoyed each minute. We love our truck !!!!!
Great place to buy a car they treat you like family. ThNks Rich
Very good dealership always helpful with great service as well as best vehicle purchase experience EVER!
They were honest and had integrity even though we couldnt agree on a final price which is respectable.
Definitely the place to purchase your next automobile or one serviced
They were very informative about my options and are willing to help you out in every way !
It is a greatplace to buy a car they have a unique sales process that makes it t and easy
Over priced, very pushy sales people :(
Very helpful salesperson. Ask for Jeff. He owns Jeeps, too.
Pressured to lease a high dollar Jeep when I went in to look at an old Jeep for 10k that I wanted to fix up. I was told the Jeep was not available but was still online for some reason. I do not want to lease a vehicle and probably never will but was almost tricked into giving my information so they could run my credit on a lease for the $55k+ Jeep that I didnt even test drive. We left and went to Corwin.
Great work on new car sales rep very good
Great customer service! If you want a Jeep, this is the ONLY place I will ever go!
Best dealership ever, great service, awesome customer care!
Made us a deal on a brand new jeep that no other local dealer could beat
Excellent salesmen and a large variety of Jeeps.
Hard for me to buy from these young people with cash in my hand. Beat around the bush.
