Sport Boat USA has the most unhelpful service department I have ever dealt with. No one is willing or available to help you and it will take them hours if not a day or two for them to return your call and once they do no one will know what is going on with your boat or if its done and if you just have a question they will not answer it unless you bring your boat in and pay for them to diagnose it. The guy in charge of service will act like your boat is to unimportant to be fixed and that it will take weeks for them to get to a simple fix and once they do get to fixing it they will try to get you service to fix 5-6 other things that they found are wrong with your boat when they were suppose to be fixing it not trying to get you to pay for more repairs. Then once you do get it back the repair that they were suppose to fix will most likely break or just not be fixed at all. I do not know what Sport Boat USA the other guys who reviewed are talking about but it is not this one. I have never heard anyone say Sport Boat USA was a pleasant experience and that they did the job right. The only reason anyone goes there is because that is the only repair shop in the area that will fix their brand. But if at all possible take your boat to Ski Shack or if they dont service your brand go to Top Gun Marine. I do not want anyone else to go to this shop and have the experiences I have had. They will take advantage of you, overcharge you, and do a poor job. This is the epitome of the type of shop that you can not trust.
Nice people but after four trips there they still couldnt fix my livewell problem. Very frustrated! I wasted a lot of time and money. Do yourself a favor and find another service department.
I bought a new boat and got a great deal. The people at sport boats are great to deal with and always friendly.
Knowledgeable staff and very friendly. We get all of our boats serviced here.
Worst dealership I have ever had dealings with, bought a NEW boat and motor package and they put the wrong prop on it so wouldnt run right and causing more problems they said not there problem even after I was in contact with the boat and motor manufactures which said it WAS there fault, they have NO customer satisfaction after they get your money -- BUYERS BEWARE do not do business with the company .
