Took a rapid covid test that’s only supposed to take 24 hours and I’m still waiting.

I had went online to look for the price and availability for its a 10 hair mask. The online price for ozark walgreens says 21.09. I get in store and the price is literally 30$ and some change. That is practically a 10$ difference. I talked to the cashier who offered the manager to see if they could price match. The manager told me they dont price match.which is considered false advertisement. So please be aware. This is poor customer service.

I have been using Walgreens pharmacy in Ozark for about 3 years now. I also go there on occasion to get snacks or other items I dont want to run to Walmart for. The staff is so friendly and I feel are very helpful. Then there is the pharmacy staff who again are friendly, helpful and caring. I have one pharmacist in there who is always asking about my son and how he is doing.Yes I have had to wait in line at the pharmacy but not that often and if they are busy I cant control that.I will continue to us Walgreens here in Ozark because the staff is friendly.

I had a doctor from Urgent Care in Ozark send my prescription for a very common steroid inhaler to the pharmacy. When we arrived, it wasnt filled. We were sent home and advised we would be called back when it was ready. Over 32 hours later, my prescription was still UNFILLED and I was unable to speak with anyone in the pharmacy because it was closed. I spoke to Mark, the store manager who was neither helpful nor understanding of the fact I need this to BREATH!

It was clean, neat and the shelves are stocked. The staff was also friendly.

I use to really love this pharmacy until my recent experience!!! I drop off my husbands prescription for pain medication from his surgery!! (That he had hours before !!) The lady doesn’t tell me they close at 6!!!!! Every other Walgreens stays open until at least 9!!!! I call and explain to them the circumstances, and they will not give me my script back or help us at all!!!!!! They leave my husband all night to suffer, without pain meds after a 4 incision surgery!!!! They don’t care !!!!! I will never step foot in this place again!! Even the manger asked tbe pharmacist, to make an exception and help us out!! She explained he had just had surgery, he said he didn’t care!!!!! Nice caring people!!!!! They don’t mind the 100’s of dollars spent there monthly!!!

Prices are not labeled correctly. I was overcharged due to mislabeling, and when I mentioned to the sales clerk, I was told that I was wrong. The signage was all off and I literally paid the price for their incompetence. It was handled with an unacceptable response, and extremely underwhelming customer service. Poorly trained staff that will mislead you, and trick you with false advertising. Wal(all about the)greens.

The pharmacy refused to fill my prescription because apparently they didnt teach how calenders work at pharmacist school. Had to go a day without my medicine because they cant read, and treated me like a drug seeker. Ive been going here for over 5 years but that has ended.

I am not happy at all. My son is supposed to have a 30 day supply of his meds for his heartburn. How is it that I normally get a full bottle but I came in two days ago and just now opened it and seen that the bottle isn’t even half way full. This pisses me off. This won’t even last him 15 days due to him having to take it twice a day. What the heck. Bet I’m calling first thing when you all open and I’m one mad mom right now

Every time I call Im on hold for 10 minutes. And the stupid pre recording Were sorry our staff is answering other calls. Please hold on and we will be with you shortly plays every 5 seconds and by the time I actually talk to a real person Im annoyed and about ready to hang up. Happens everytime and I hate having prescriptions filled here because its so difficult to get in touch with a PERSON

Never get your script right never have them ready, will never use Walgreen again.

Very friendly staff, easy to find items. My only complaint is that, like all pharmacies, the prices are higher than someplace like Walmart.
