Associates are kind and very helpful. I appreciate the greeting I received from the man at the appliance center desk, he made me feel truly welcome!

I love the kiosk on the inside, it makes paying your bill so much easier if you dont want to go online.

Theres almost not a day that goes by the power doesnt go out for at least a minute. Weather makes absolutely no difference. Cant keep the time programmed on ANY appliance in this house for more than one or two days before, lo and behold, the power has flashed, AGAIN. I would chalk it up to maintenance if it was once or twice a month. Utterly ridiculous.

Now closed for lunch fast friendly service. Impossible to reach by phone.

Make sure you have a record of when you disconnect your power with them. I eneded my lease in April and got charged for 2 months of power bills and called after the first and second time. Lady on the phone said that there record only shows that I last called in November so it is my fault that I got charged. Even though I CALLED AFTER THE FIRST MISTAKE BILL. They dont care about there customers, whether it be getting your power back on if it goes out multiple times a month or charging you multiple times when you do not live there anymore.

Alabama Power employees are very nice

The folks there are very welcoming. They have budget billing and also try to help customers out with payment plans to get your bill paid. I love the folks in Alabama Power at the Ozark branch

Has to be one of the worst companies to deal with. That seems to go along with most state or county businesses in Alabama. No customer service at all for whatever reason.

They dont want to here about power out . So they dont answer the phone . There one sorry company.

I think its ridiculous that the website has the hours they are open but they leave out that they have to close and lock the door at noon for lunch. Its absurd how they have to close the whole entire building so they can have lunch.

I got a 600 hundred dollar light bill it went up about 300 and I change nothing they all about making money at anyones cost they dont care about the people
