Theres several things I like about Mendez Market in the neighborhood I can walk in anytime of day when the doors are open they have good fresh fruit and simple things for you know chips and other little thin candies and stuff like that for the kids drinks sodas and milk orange juice stuff like that Ive been going to this place for many years the people are very nice that run the place that own it

Very bad service from the lady who seems to be the owner of the business. We spoke to tell him that the corn we bought had weevils and he didnt even care. I ask if we dont look at it, but shouldnt they know what they are selling? Corn is very delicate and must follow a certain protocol to store it. My mother went to return the corn and I understand that you only return what you have received but that is not good customer service either. He could have done a little more to help the situation, in the end, he is selling a defective product. The lady has a very bad character, and she answers very reluctantly, I will not return to buy in this establishment. Take a little time to check the products they buy because apparently they dont check
