Reasonable prices, great customer service, fast turnaround, awesome quality of work--highly recommended! I needed front and rear suspension work done on my sportbike and GP Suspension delivered in spades. The results are exactly what I wanted--firm and sporty but PLUSH! I have a track bike, (Kawasaki ZX636), which has GP fork internals in it. It performs great with this product. Recently I noticed a fork seal leak, (this has nothing to do with GP and is simply wear and tear on the bike), I called GP and spoke with Brisa, she was unbelievably helpful and knowledgable. I needed the fork servicing tools to do the fork seal work myself, she broke down was in the kit they provide, it turns out I have some of the tools myself so she sold me only the tools I needed which saved me money. She also sent me a build sheet with all the specs. I require to do the work. She was without a doubt the most helpful person I have dealt with within the industry yet. She even called me back when we got disconnected at my end. GP suspension will continue to get my business in the future. Thank you for your outstanding products and service.

I plan to visit them on the 22nd to have my 2017 Tuono RR forks (Sachs) upgraded to GP Suspension goodness. I expect to update this review after Ive had a chance to try their forks, but for now, let me say that the way theyve answered questions, been patient, and shown a wealth of knowledge, impressed me SO much, that if you happen to live anywhere from San Diego to San Luis Obispo, it would be foolish not to schedule a visit with them for suspension work. Race Tech wouldnt return my calls, glad... thats how I ended up finding GP Suspension.

I first talked extensively with Brisa white give her all the data on my 2015 Honda forks she says no problem we can do it, it’s a new model but worst case scenario is we have to build new caps...great I pull my bike apart and send it up. price all agreed ..she calls me the next day says we’re not gonna do your forks but maybe sometime this year ..and price will be more, were sending them back !! Wow !! what they should really say is if somebody’s willing to take the bike all apart and send the forks, will make a new model line, and thank you for giving us information, will let you know when and if we do !! Amazing !!!

Dave and his tech stayed late on a Friday rebuilding my front forks after a failed suspension tune revealed I had too much oil in one fork. Their work saved me from a potentially bad crash at the track that weekend. I cant recommend GP Suspension enough, fantastic guys who went the extra mile for me!

I went to GP Suspension to have my front forks serviced and this was my first experience with them. While Ive had my Ohlins serviced before by other shops, this felt like the first time having it serviced.The forks were serviced in a few days, came back with documentation of the settings and some advice on how to handle additional adjustments.I will be having my rear shock serviced as well and anticipate the same grest service.Brisa was a delight to deal with too!
