Got an urgent appointment the same day. Did a hearing test and was able to see Dr. Voorman. He took time to explain the situation and treatment. Very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend.

Prior to the hearing test that I just had this week, I met with Dr. Joseph Lee. He was very professional, but also personable. He was patient and took his time with me. He was knowledgeable and showed concern for me as a patient. He also suggested that I have a hearing test done at their office.I did that with Emily this week. I was very impressed with the scope of the test and it was very thorough. At the end Emily showed me the results and the next day Dr. Lee called me and went over the test with me. He explained the results and reassured me what they mean in light of my age, etc. Feel very confident in Dr. Lee and also Emily who administered the test. It was a good experience.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Dr. Rohm and staff were efficient, personable and knowledgeable. Offered a selection of hearing aids from entry to high end advanced technology aids. Easily adjusted the new aids to match my hearing loss. This was my second pair of hearing aids from West Coast. Very satisfied!

I appreciated that they texted me during the Stay at Home time to see how I was doing. I also got a call and reminder about my appointment. Staff were very helpful before and after my visit. Dr Rohm was great because she shared the results of my earring test right away. Would highly recommend.

Nice staff. No wait. Procedures were quick, efficient & well explained. Had to return for the results. My insurance does not cover hearing aids from this facility so I was completely shocked at the price they were asking. I will continue not hearing so I can afford to eat. The people and the office were extremely nice and appealing, the price without insurance was totally insane.

All staff was pleasant and caring. Timeliness of scheduled appointment was on track. Catered to the needs of my 2 yr old child which isnt always easy.Scheduling during the holidays was a challenge as it would be anywhere.

About 5 years ago I purchased some very expensive hearing aids from West Coast Hearing. The medical and audiology services were fine. The hearing aids excellent, but the cost and subsequent efforts to get reimbursement was a nightmare. I called, wrote letters, contacted the Better Business Bureau and, even after repeatedly telling me I would receive my reimbursement, it did not come. After about two years, I gave up. Then just recently I learned about the CA Department of Consumer Affairs. I filed a complaint with them and with the State Hearing Licensing Agency. Within two weeks I heard from both agencies. The DCA investigated the case after I submitted my documentation and within an additional two weeks, I received my reimbursment. Thank you DCA. I hope others who use West Coast Hearing and Balance will be made away of this illegal business practice of not reimbursing to customers what is due to them. It is sad that we place our trust in a medical service and then they try to cheat us.

Great place to get a thorough, professional hearing exam. The staff is responsive, and Dr. Richardson has always been wonderful, kind, informative, and thorough! I highly recommend!

I have gone to Dr. Richardson many times with problems with my hearing aides. Every time she has solved the problem, always explaining the problem and the solution in understandable terms. Her bed side manner is terrific.
