I would have given this grocery store 5* if it wasnt for the horrific line, not just outside, but also inside the place. The lady controlling the line outside was either having a bad night last night or shouldnt be there. Everything else was fantastic. Expensive but a good place to go. Nice shopping center

Very nice grocery store with a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, meals to go, fish, meat, poultry, dairy, etc. Some of the products are specialty items -- very hard to find in other grocery stores within the county. The primary reason why I am giving this (and really, all Whole Foods Market grocery stores) four stars is because their items are priced significantly higher than other stores in the area. If you dont mind spending about 10% - 25% more on food items, then this chain of markets is ideal for you.

Went here to return Amazon package, which was very easy. Then purchased some nice produce. Happy, happy.

It was overall really good. I bought some potatoe salad though that was the worst thing I ever tasted. So bad I tossed it even without eating it. But I still recommend the store.

The quality of this location has decreased significantly. There’s a lack of cleanliness, poor customer service and inconsistent availability of products. Their baking department had nothing on their station, the food bar was disgusting, and you’re not even acknowledged when you need help. This place used to be great… not anymore.

Came to Whole foods for happy hour at Rincón and to get some cold brew. We had the buffalo wings with blue cheese and pulled pork sandwich.Waitress and bartenders were very friendly and helpful making food and beer choices.Great selection of food and beers on tap. There was also a wine list.Wings were finger-licking good! On the small side,, but still filling.Definitely making it back for happy hour again!Trivia was definitely fun this Wednesday!Update:Came here this Friday for happy hour while I was on my cold brew run.I had the fish and chips,Cauliflower nachos and fish tacos. It was delicious. Grabbed a few brews from the various taps too.Definitely one of my favorite places to eat and drink for happy hour. Friendly staff and bartenders.

I am only reviewing the food preparing section of whole foods as this was my only interaction. The server in the sandwich/taqueria area was incredibly rude. The order here signs are not located in convenient places as there is only one in the sandwich section yet there are 3-4 locations e.g. pizza and taqueria. After waiting for about 15 minutes for help, the young lady behind the counter accused my girlfriend and I of cutting as the customers behind us reassured her that we didnt, even then she still looked at them and asked if they needed help. Just incredibly rude and unpleasant experience.

Their healthy drinks are great and we had some sushi rolls that although not great they were still good.

Cant say enough good things about whole foods, especially if you like fresh or premium anything. There produce is great and always bright and colorful, I know Im getting great fruit there. Plus there meat is fantastic, I only shop for my meat & poultry here. It can go fast but they get 2 shipments a week I believe. Dont forget they also have a sandwich and pizza counter where there made to order. Plus a gelato and smoothie station. Best of all good beer selection with a bar inside to grab a quick bite and a pint. Its like u could spend some time there and before u know it. You had food a drink then finished your shopping and the day is done, perfect grocery experience. Amazon prime members get a discount as well so dont forget to have that QR code ready @ check out.

Fresh fish and meats in their butchery. Great vegetables and fruit - many organic. They support local breweries in their beer collection. They even have an expresso bar.

I just ordered pickup through Amazon for the first time today. While there was some difficulties on the Amazon side of my experience, I called this store directly and they took great care of me. I hope the person I spoke to on the phone sees this. Thank you also to the person who took my order out. Staff outside are always present cleaning carts for shoppers. Store is clean and well maintained. There have been a few visits where I didnt find personal care items I was looking for though otherwise I usually find whats needed. The location is convenient right off the highway and parking though busy is ample. Even if a bit of a walk is required. Oh and I often purchase flowers that last a good long while (non warm room. Heat ages flowers quickly. )

Good food but one cashier and the line was to the back of the store. Really? That’s very disrespectful to the customers. Not going there again.

I had a delicious drink from the coffee/juice bar. All greens with a little orange juice. It was a refreshing drink after a day of shopping at the Collection.

Always clean and organic. Great friendly service. More expensive but worth it compared to the cheap places. Also, the clientele are not revolting.

Hate whole foods, unusual odor that sticks with your after your leave. Over priced for what you get. Organic foods are over hyped.

Great selection of Vegan products can be found here. ;DMy husband loves the Vegan cheese selection, as well as the large variety of dairy free yogurts.

Genuinely grateful for this location of Whole Foods. I live in Atwater Village and drive up to the beach there, or to Ojai or Santa Barbara wine country several times a year and its just great to be able to stop here, get a meal that isnt fast food, etc. Its nothing amazing as far as Whole Foods goes, but man, the location is just fantastic.

DISAPPOINTED in phone customer service. Supplement dept person never heard of the popular supplement I was looking for, and couldnt be bothered to take the moment to actually check the shelves or system to see if a part of their large diverse selection.

Really like whole foods franchise with goods far superior than in Trader Joe’s in my opinion. This location has some really nice 👍 produce at times. They don’t have breads that I like. Even Trader Joe’s bread aisle seem all traderjoetraderjoetraderjoe...!But you find most of the other brands in vons/Ralph’s and Costco. Plenty at least. You know huge variety. Busy spot this shopping center so come prepared.

They need to improve their accessibility. I attempted to get a motorized scooter 2 weeks ago (torn ACL). They were parked too tightly together to navigate the scooter safely away from the wall. One scooter was completely dead and the other was also dead and wasnt even being charged. Please park/charge your mobility scooters in an accessible manner that allows customers to easily navigate them. Also, are you able to implement quick regular employee checks (and wipe downs) just to make sure that scooters that are parked are actually plugged in. I only have a temporary disability, but am always an advocate for people with disabilities due to my mothers difficulty walking. Id be happy to leave a better review if improvements are made. Thank you!

Love the store, hated the new method of standing in line to checkout. Some genius decided lines in every aisle was a problem for those still shopping- so they funneled everyone into a single line, closed the express lines, and at 4 pm on a nothing Tuesday, took me 20 minutes to purchase 6 items. The line moved very- very- very slowly and kept getting longer and longer behind me.

I love going here to get our health care products for our hair and body plus other food types ☺️

The beers are really good here, service is fantastic! Terrible fish, greasy, tuff, chewy, ugh. The portion is huge but I was queasy after 1 piece of fish it was so greasy. The fries were decent. Take a pass on the fish, anything on the menu must be better.

Great place to go for whole organic healthy foods 😋 and their pizzas 🍕 are awesome.

During covid theyve made access to the Express Lines concomitant to the One Line to Rule Them All. Pretty annoying when you only have three items.Annoyance aside, its a small-sized yet decent Whole Foods as they come.

UPDATE 7/26/2019: Knocking off a star from 4- to 3-star because since Amazon bought Whole Foods the character of the store has changed. For instance, the hallways are cluttered with non-food items; things you might find at a Dollar Store or a convinence store (hats, t-shirts, stuffed animals, baby clothes, sandals). Honestly, this clutter has cheapened the shopping experience at WF. It is not as wholesome and focused on food as it used to be, they are trying to be everything to everyone and losing what they excelled at in the first place. I think twice before getting a cart because with all the clutter and people, navigating the store has become a nuisance. I have found fewer and fewer reasons to shop at WF since Amazon took over. The high quality, hard to find food items are no longer there (Chantrelle mushrooms for example, Jersey cow milk), the seafood selection is now mediocre. Besides the higher prices, WF looks a lot like a Ralphs, it is no longer a premium store. If I wanted to buy food and stuff I would shop at Food & Stuff like Ron Swanson.Original review in 2017: Great grocery store, but fruit quality fluctuates a lot. They have improved their fresh bread selection.

Weve been here multiple times for their ice cream, other than that, everything else is way over priced. Its a nice location but mostly window shopping and comparing prices, found they sell the same kumato at 99¢ store, a steal at 99¢, it was $3.50+ here

I love Whole Foods but this location has been going downhill for awhile. That’s particularly sad because it’s the only WF in West Ventura County, it’s located in a good shopping center, and the bar made out of an Airstream was super cool in the pre-COVID days. Not sure if has to do with the Amazon buyout or what, but I noticed the decline even pre-COVID. Overall I get a sense that the company just no longer cares. The hot food bar, pizzeria & taqueria items always look dried out & unappetizing. The price of everything has always been high, like any WF, but there seems to be less sales, less selection, less quality products, etc. The checkout lines have been ridiculously long for months now, although the cashiers are still friendly & professional. I wonder if they’ve had a lot of staff turnover due to the way this place is run. I went around 5pm last night to buy a few things, and walked out for the second time in a month because there were at least 20 people lined up waiting for the only two open checkout stands. Frustrating.

Very unhappy 😞with their juices I buy the 32 Oz Im paying almost 18$ cant get it mostly full always alot of foam!! Always charging extra for everything 🙄 I used to shop there alot I have cut down look for other places 🙃

Typical Whole Foods, BUT the sushi station is well below average for a WF. On multiple occasions I can tell the fish is older and they’ve let it sit for days.

One of my favorites... Although wish all the cooked meats in the meat Dept werent smoked. Even my New Years brisket was smoked when it was advertised as wine braised. I didnt say anything because we ate it for lack of another meal. Other than that, happy with all other items. 😊

Best Cakes Ever!

I normally do not shop here but my friend needed stuff here i was not familiar with. I found help from a shelf stocker. She was perfect. We went down the list of items and i was in and out quickly.

I consistently get the doctors orders green juice at the juice bar for as long as theyve had it now and this is the ONLY whole foods store that actually does the ratio correctly. It tastes great every single time. Everyone at the juice bar is always polite and friendly too. Same with everywhere else in the store- its always such a nice experience there. I have been to other WF stores when Im out of town where the employees just dont seem happy or the juice is just so-so and they obviously either dont know how to make it correctly or dont care. So props to Oxnard whole foods!

Over priced, food is not worth the prices. The dishes that they make there, is not very tasty.

Love the Aussie Greek yogurt with no added sugar. Definitely a treat without all the extra ingredients you dont need. And the staff here is super attentive, friendly and they take care of you. Thank you.

A little pricey but very organic

The prices were a lot higher than other places like Winco, like up to 50% more. The selection wasnt quite as good as Winco but decent. Winco is like the costco of supermarkets. Their vegies section was fresh and love their cakes, but does it have value in terms of $15 cakes at Vons vs $34 cakes at Whole Foods? Its overrated and over priced. Price point is too high in my humble opinion!

With the whole COVID pandemic, Wholefoods keeps the store clean and safe for shopping.

During COVID white woman cashier forced me to hold out my items to her to scan because and refused to sanitize conveyer belt even though there was a sign at the register that specified to wait for the cashier to sanitize. Spoke to the manager Walter, hope he calls that employee out that was at register 6 at 4:40-4:45 on 12/12/2020.

Very expensive for inferior quality. I purchased filet mignon for $29 a pound and it was terrible. It will be a long time before I go back.

Generally a good place, only regular problem is the service at the cold cut counter. Not so much the friendlyness, staff is nice, but it takes forever to have somebody taking care of you.

Ugh I love how they have KETO products! They have such a big selection of healthy foods that I go crazy at deciding what to buy.
