They need some bright lights outside parking lot at night time

Love the fresh fruits and vegetables they have over here. Always stocked and at low prices. Checkout is super fast and the staff is always kind and helpful. What else can I ask for?

I enjoy coming in here to get my fruits and veggies. I also find some good meat cuts. The parking situation and how crowded it is detours me from coming. I avoid weekends

Product is good, and no surprise there. But they tried to charge an extra 3 dollars for 4 extra tortillas for a family package meal. Naw, son.

Cashiers name Damon, is bad! hes grumpy! it was a bad experience I was looking for the number to put on the cake and he was mad I even ask him if they have numbers he was so rude! he is not nice to me being a costumer! Maybe bcos of my race that he treated me like that? Or hes magnifying his name being a 👿. It was my first time to go to this store and this is what Ive experienced Im not going tback yo that store😥 u r not the only Mexican store

2 days ago I went into a superior store in Oxnard..the cashier said she was going to charge me to donate my money to the homeless..without knowing how much..or not knowing the data..I said no...I told her that I donate to the rescue shelter...she objected and said that if I could buy a bottle of brandy I could donate a dollar..I was so insulted, I said no! Thank you..if I knew the price first hand, I may have donated....its nice to be asked than to be forced to...the next night..I went back to the store at 615, the registers were packed, the same lady was at register 1, said she was closed,, I went back to my long line...by the time I got to my stacked line...she opened her register...Im not gonna let this go...should I take this to court?

Ordered a birthday cake for my sons party and recieved a call 2 hours prior to pick up saying they wouldnt be able to make the cake now Ill have to buy just a regular cake somewhere not happy at all

Superior Grocery is a colorful and fun place to shop. Their produce lives up to their name and the cooked food is Amazing! The carne asada tacos, maduros platanos and tamales have been so delicious. They can cater my meals anytime!

Seriously? I was in line so I could buy 3 bags of chips that were on special for 1.99 each in a 3 bag purchase. I brought 3 but the cashier forgot to scan a bag so she charged me $3 each bag. This isnt the issue but when I asked if she can give me the discount after the purchase, she gave me a look and told me to go to another register to get it solved out. The other register had an even longer line and I didnt want to waste another 30 minutes of my time for something that was out of my responsibility. Thank you Superior Grocers and thank you Stacy for such a great experience!

Always great service, cheap prices, very good at all.

Great store, very clean and organized. Their are never enough cash registers open and the cashiers need some basic customer service skills retrained. A simple hello is better than the silent treatment.

She said she was the manager.She dont have any respect..I said it separate payment and she still include.reason i did not put the barrier but i said that it separate payment..Her mistake or.ky mistake and never say sorry..she is very INTITLED MANAGER..Never had to go again in that store..disrectful.manager..she even say bye bye in insulting manner..pls pay attention to your staff..

Its called Superior to overcompensate for the lowest quality possible. Theres an open sewer right in front of the meat case, it makes me gag just thinking about it. There are no hand baskets because the customers have stolen them just like Walmart next door. Conscientious people these are not but what can you expect from the hit-and-run capital of the United States.

This store discriminates against backpacks. What a silly thing to kick someone out for, right? I HAD MY KID WITH ME and the security guard would not even allow us to leave our backpacks with customer service so we could shop for groceries. My family walks a lot since we are close by and use backpacks to bring our food home. My kid was so embarassed by the security guard that we will NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. So, if you want the same prices, but don’t want the hassle of people treating you poorly for trying to be healthy, walk a few steps down to WalMart It is in the same shopping center.

I go there sometimes to get some things my sister in law is Mexican so she recommended that store. I dont speak Spanish and the cashier only spoke Spanish x.x. She was mumbling and saying who knows what. It was horrible XD

This one specific employee had the nerve to accuse my little brother for something he didn’t do. so there was this bag of rice with a hole in it and i showed my little brother cuz i thought it was funny and so as we were walking away an employee who was a female felt the need to approach us and accused him of poking a hole in a bag of rice that was already there. she was very rude and that was the last time i ever stepped foot in that store. F-!!

Bathroom has no toilet paper, it was good I always bring one. When I told theSpanish speaking janitress, she shrugged off her shoulders which means he doesnt care. Very unhealthy and inhuman gestures.
