Ralphs, market . Its always so clean and organized. I like because they have self-service .You can ring up your own merchandise. And if you need any assistance theyre always there nice person to assist you with the machines of self-service. Thank you Ralphs.

Great shopping experience there, every time. It has good products and stays open late, which is very convenient for me.

Shopping and employees are great but they also have a homeless man with mental problems at the entryway. Very scary! Im not comfortable to return to this market without my husband or family member.

Stopped here for some odd and ends for a vacation. Others have called this location ghetto. As a life long Arizona....Port H doesnt have a ghetto anything 😂🤦🏾‍♀️Staff was amazing and super down to earth. For a morning essentials run, every employee had a great disposition!

Ralphs is usually pretty good but it seems like every time Ive been there lately my items are either out of stock or theyre going to restock.

This is a good place to shop.

This Oxnard Ralphs store is well lit and safe for everyone to shop at. Clean and friendly staff and decent management. Parking lot just had brand new blacktop asphalt and it looks nice. Food is well spaced and placed. Not necessarily the least expensive place to shop... but not the worst.

I love Ralphs but for a holiday there were a lot of things out-of-stock. Just disappointed because now I have to go elsewhere. So, much for last minute shopping.

A cashier refused to ring me up because I didnt have a mask and I clearly let him know I have asthma and cant wear one he didnt care so he sent me to self checkout. Very rude.

You need new managers to run this store somebody with experience. Store is dirty-looking. Your produce looks like its been sitting there for weeks on end seriously think Ill start growing my own produce in my backyard would do a better job at least I know its fresh. The best grocery store near my house

Its a nice store. The employees are friendly and helpful. I shop at the Oxnard location and the Port Hueneme store. Both stores are great. From the Bakery Dept. To Meat Dept. to the Produce Dept. All of these departments are kept in pristine conditions. Produce is fresh, meats are fresh in the Meat department and Bakery smells and looks heavenly.

Good service. Just plastic bags are super thin..they should double up.

I come here because its close home. I prefer the Ralphs on Channel Islands Blvd., more variety of products.

Went in for the first time, there was a young girl outside asking customers too wear masks, and she even offered us handsanitizer, the store was clean and fully stocked

Can always find parking close to the store. Sometimes baskets are at only one entrance of the store and look fairly old. There are almost never any disinfecting wipes to clean the basket with.It is also very disturbing to me that each time I come in to shop, there are more and more products under lock and key. Its not the stores fault but does not give me a sense of safety and security that crime is that high in the neighborhood.Also it seems to me that the freezers are turned down at night as I have bought ice cream in the late morning that was like soup or obviously melted and refrozen over again and has formed ice crystals. Either that or there are defective freezers that need to be repaired.Now to the positive comments. The store is always clean and well lit and usually has the items that I am shopping for. The cashiers and managers are friendly, professional and helpful. There is usually a good selection of clearance items to go through in the back of the store. The bathroons are always available.

All but one of the employees here are super. The store is always clean, and well stocked. Great sales. Not busy in the morning. Good time to shop. The Ralphs card saves you even more. Love this store.

Innocence the security guard stopped me and my wife while browsing in a spacious isle and gave us trouble for having a backpack. She must carry important documents with her and wouldnt feel safe leaving them in the car. Ive worked at a grocery store in the past and to accost a customer for potential shoplifting when there was no reason to do so is offensive. I dont want to shop here again.

Worth the walk from Pleasant Valley and Saviers. A meat department that is kept up and butchers that keep the sale items stocked or will assist you with a 😃. Aisles well lit and perishables rotated and stocked. Sometimes some sale items run out, but its not easy to be psychic all the time. Always have bags... Not like Wal Mart up the road.

Every time I go heread its a great experience. Everyone working in the store is always friendly.Some name brands are a bit high priced in my opinion, but overall store brands are very reasonable in price and quality.Fresh produce is always fresh and competitively priced.In my opinion for a grocery store they have a pretty good selection of beer, wines and hard liquor.

Very neat and organized. Pricing is fair can get better deals elsewhere...but ofcourse quality is much better than any places near this grocery store. One thing customer service never fails! Always a positive vibe...

Usually customer service is great. But today I bought cupcakes and the bagger was tossing my cupcakes and trying to bag my cake ! My cake was okay but the cupcakes hot messy😡. They are well stocked and I usually find what Im looking for.

Good store. Decent prices. Parking lot is a little stretchy. Hide your belongings in your car. Lots of bums roaming the area.

I have been going through this particular Ralphs for several years and I have never received a bad experience from the people working there. The clerks are all nice and sometimes humorous. They are very good people and treat you like family.

I came in for only a couple of items. I was cashed out quickly. I am happy for that.

Staff is very helpful. They always point me in the right direction or walking toward the item if I cant find it. They have dry ice there and at first they had a little trouble locating the key because of miscommunication but I love the fact that they were very polite and apologetic about the lag instead of just leaving the problem to someone else. I got helped as soon as possible and they never forgot about me

They didnt have the largest selections. I went specifically for a few items which they didnt have. They were also out of stock on a lot of items. Tons of empty spaces on the shelves. The store was clean, prices are somewhat reasonable.

This is one of my favorite Ralphs. The staff is always friendly and the store is always clean. They have recently rearrange EVERYTHING but I will get use to it.

Kroger brand store, so you can use the K App to download coupons as well as Ralphs. Lots of sales, some prices are higher than other places. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff.
