My first time in was very nice,I went looking for a B-day cake and they had a great selection, it was all priced and delicious!

I come to shop for veggies and fruits here! They have great prices on produce. I don’t think they have the healthiest food selection in their other departments. It does get busy on the weekend, try to shop before closing.

I work here now. A great place to go for produce. Pick your products carefully. We buy wholesale here, so there is wide variation in-between the fruits and vegetables we receive. The lychee, and young tai coconuts are my fav from here. Still havent tried their dragon fruit doe.

Clean place, good food to go, fresh fruit and vegetables.

They have great deals on Wednesday and Thursdays, and they have a great selection of produce. This store is my go to when shopping for meat and veggies.

El Super always has great prices and the freshest produce in town.I recommend either shopping there early in the morning or in the afternoon, the lines get pretty long on Wednesdays

Great store lots of good prices on there grocery department, 4 stars sh ould be 5 only problem is the forklift its very annoying prevents from letting us shop comfortably, best time too shop is around 3pm thats when they stop using the stupid thing and it makes shopping very relaxing and we are able too purchase what we need instead of going too snother

Lines are endless and slow, the express line is not treated like one and nothing is done about it, I can go on but is easy to say that if you want to spend quality time in line to pay for your items instead of being somewhere else (perhaps more important) this is the place. All else is like any other supermarket.

This store is always packed on the essential produces anyone would need, at first I thought it was Mexican only groceries but they have a good variety of Asian and Middle Eastern species among other things.

El súper is a grocery store that mostly everyone goes to it gets really packed/full on Saturday and Sunday. Their service is not the best but also not the worse.

Good store low prices, 4 star rating instead of 5 because the pallets on each isle are stacked high and they scare the kids and customers, its best if you keep your stacks broken up for better access,

Friendly staff, well stocked food stuffs, and incredibly low prices. This is the place to go if you are on a budget or frugal. Their butchers are also very good and have a huge selection of meats, often at special prices that are hard to find lower elsewhere.

As of July 1, 2020, reusable bags are not allowed inside the store. El Super is continuing to provide single-use plastic bags to carry out groceries.

They had everything there that I needed, only thing that scared me was the market was too full of people. They need to let only a certain amount of people at a time, at least that is my suggestion

Disgusting store.. they kept all their meet in the back and literally people touchy without gloves .. not to mention the bread has roaches and they sell out of code drinks .. just be careful you guys don’t get food poison

We love el súper a place where we can find all sort of ethnic ingredients for our dishes . The bolillos are fresh and the the produce as well.

Customer service great! But they need more cashiers and better training for them it sure takes 20min to get out on Express lanes!! Now imagine normal lanes😱

If I could give 0 stars I would !! My wife and family went in to El Super to buy some groceries for the week. It was our first time in this store and I will never be returning ever again. I actually need to contact the health department because while my wife and I were picking up some things in their produce department we saw 2 rats run across the store! I immediately notified the security guard of what we saw and he pretended to not have heard us. We put everything from our carts back and walked out. If this happens in the day time I do not want to imagine how many more rats come out at night 😷

Is not clean and also people doesnt respect the 6 ft. Distance .The lines are to big and I didnt saw anybody trying to disinfect the areas or the baskets

I have been shopping at this location since it opened, honestly the one thing that bothers me is the forklift, that runs around the store for a company called bodega, they sure dont have one, all of there items are on top of each isle, I will be calling the fire Marshall on this topic, also they seem too have more items wrapped up on top instead of on the store display, the store managers need too do a better job on controlling this situation and the forklift is a hazard

This place is super cheap its nice to shope there. I always go there to get meat or fruit.

I went to the store to make a purchase. I didn’t notice that the product was opened until i walked out of the store right in front of the door everything spilled. I came back with the product opened and I told the cashier. He called the Manager “Adriana” I explained what had happened and she said that she couldn’t give me a new product because it happened when I walk out of the door. I told her the product was damaged and the cashier or my self didn’t notice it. She walked away and spoke with a lady cleaning the registers.(Maria) I can hear her saying It was my fault because i didn’t check the product and i walked out the store and they where not responsible after that. She comes back and was very rude and said she could give me any money back I said I’m not asking for money back I just wanted a new product that wasn’t damaged she said well we can’t do that where not responsible for the damaged product. I said thank you for your great customer service and left the Remaining of the product and walked out. The managers and not trained well enough to handle a situation like this or to at least be nice to the customer. Unprofessional and bad customer service.

Clean store always stocked daily

Produce is always fresh, problem I have is with your forklift riding around constantly honking and preventing us from shopping, I understand they have too stock the store but do they really have too constantly bring down large amounts of pallets, its dangerous some body is going too get hurt one day

Fist time I go there and I found want I was looking for . When I got to the register the person working at the register was on a good mood and very friendly I recomend this store

Beautiful store. Produce. Meats and Mexican products. I bought Chorizo, a potato and Flour tortillas. 5 bucks. Saved 7 bucks + or - a few.I highly recommend this place.

Last time I go to that store, their service is horrible. I had to wait 45 minutes to get to the register.

I have had several bad experiences here.One time while the cashier was scanning my food he decided that it was ok for him to open my bags of grapes after scanning it and start to eat a few. I told him that it was not right for him to do that and he didnt even bother to say sorry.The second time we were already in line for about 20 minutes and the cashier decided to close it without caring that many of us had already been there for a long time. I asked her why she didnt tell us that she was closed when she saw us get in line and she replied “its closed” the 4 other customers behind us were also very upset. The third time i was standing by the little bagging area Reading an article on my phone waiting for the cashier to start scanning our food so that my son and I could start bagging it and my husband standing in dront of her looking at the screen to make sure they dont charge us extra for an item. All of a sudden i heard someone screaming and when i looked up I realized that it was the cashier. She had only scanned two items and was mad because I was not pressing the button for the food to start moving down. I asked her why she wasnt moving it with her button and she screamed “ Its not working thats why I am telling you to do it” I was so upset that just because something on their end wasnt working made her feel that it was right for her to get angry at me. She gave me horrible looks so I asked to speak to the manager and she just ignored me. The last time they charged me $8 for two apples and I didnt realize it until i got in my car and checked my receipt. I went back with the apples and the cashier didnt even say sorry. It seems like this store doesnt have trainings for their staff. I would Never treat people that i work for like this and I am Never going back to this place.

The store itself is very clustered and trashy but inside and out of the store. Theres never any cars in the slots by the door. But prices and food is usually better than other grocery stores.

This store has the best produce department in Oxnard - bar none.

It used to be a fast service, not anymore. Now you are lucky if they have 2 lines open. Good selection of veggies and groceries.

Meat quality bad. Always has a bad smell...seems staff cant have grocery store organized! Lines are always minimum 20minutes long. Very crowded. Hard to find parking especially afternoons or weekends...
