Large selection of new equipment and busy sales staff. The knowledge of their employees will guide you to your happy place sitting in a new machine and best of all making money. The service shop is always busy repair and service what they sell.

The young man was polite and very helpful. Hey explained in detail what parts I needed and gave me diagram.Also the salesman provided information on the latest grants that are available. I will be returning.

I would highly recommend this dealership. I visited many of my local dealerships from all of the major manufacturers and I am so glad that I purchased my L2501 from them. They stand behind their products and service. Being a new tractor owner, they made the process easy. They are an excellent representative of the Kubota name. I am involved with my own businesses and can only hope to provide the level of customer service to my customers, that they have provided me.
EDIT: PETE in parts was very helpful! After a week and a having trouble with other employees, Pete took the time to help correctly place our fliter order! Orginal- Quality of Customer service has gone down tremendously in the past 6 months. Im not sure what happened. Now when I place an order, it seems the parts department cant get any order right. It used to be they would just send the wrong filters. Now they dont even know what filter to send, so I have to do my own research to find part numbers at their store to order. Isnt the point of customer service, to be helpful.... The most recent experience I had, they didnt even place my order. I called to address this, and they told me they will call me back. Lets see if they actually do...
We bought a new Kubota Excavator and paid cash for it. Ron told us it would be delivered at noon. We called at 1 and he told us they were just leaving and would be there in an hour. At 3 we called again and Ron told us that they forgot to deliver it. How do you run a business and forget about delivering a new piece of equipment. We are not new customers, we have bought many pieces of equipment from them. They have terrible customer service. We will never buy another piece of equipment from them!
Pete does a very good job in the parts department... He can find and get the required parts with a friendly and helpful attitude.
I recently purchased a compact Kubota from Ron Carrillo at Diamond A Equipment, and it was an excellent experience from beginning to end. Ron responded to my request for an internet quote in less than 12 hours and the price was better than I had received from other dealers and included some plus ups that others were charging me for. I was also interested in a harvest return, but wasnt sure one would arrive back in my time frame. One did and Ron called me immediately, which sealed the deal (I was also considering a Deere). With the savings on the tractor, I decided to add hydraulics to the 3 point and a Gearmore rake...i shopped around a bit and found Diamond As prices to be very reasonable. What i was most impressed by is that Ron treated me as an important customer even though my tractor is small and inexpensive relative to the full range of tractors they sell.
