I must ALWAYS get an in-N-out burger when in Cali. I love this place since I was a little girl. Menus the same and I so love their pink lemonade. Place is so clean as well as the restrooms. Staff is always upbeat, helpful and friendly. Burgers are the best in my opinion. Highly recommend it!

I like the workers here. They work so dedicated just like 1980 style. I went back to old time American movies with this workers. I like their burgers looks fresh and better then mc d. Clean. Dine in dine outside or drive thru. 4 star only for price. Its little high but they pay good for their workers also. They work very good and anything you need just ask they do not hesitate to help you or fix your order etc. They have nice lemonade. Its bottomless if you drink inside till you go out

Finally a good place to have my little break eating great burgers..I could continue having more but you know I have to come back until another to enjoy this yummy food .Thank you for the hard work and keeping the place clean.😊😊

Line is so long that food is ice cold by the time you get to the window. Cold fries are really truly gross. Cold animal fries are unfortunately twice as disgusting. Yuck.Really though, I dont mind the line. At all. Especially at 930 on a Tuesday night. Just wish the food wasnt waiting for so long for me. 🍟

Came in with my family place is recently remodeled inside so looks like new. Definitely a clean place and cmon IN N OUT never disappoints 🤤🔥

Another great visit at an In-n-Out. Great staff with fast ordering and I got my food pretty quick after I ordered even at 5pm.

Took a while to get the food but it was understandable due to the amount of people. We did not appreciate to see our order on the counter for at least two minutes and no one called the number. There were at least four clerks talking about something by my order and no one would call it.... then when they did I asked for banana peppers and was completely ignored. I had to remain there and did not move until a girl noticed my not so happy presence and gave me the banana peppers.

Even if the drive thru line is 20 cars deep, this place is worth it.

Second time this has happened; Burnt Burger, 1 piece of lettuce on dry bun. Doesnt look like in n out. This location has gone downhill!!!

You can never go wrong with in n out. This location is always serviced by the best employees; Im almost certain their hospitality is comparable to a certain chicky fast food. They keep their quality food each and every time. Also kudos to the order takers outside; rain, shine, or 1 am.

Once again another delicious In N Out burger, even in a pandemic this location is still operating 100% efficiently and safety.

I’ve been coming to in&out for years. Hit or miss, some days they’re at their best and some days they’re at their worst. Today, after a wonderful day of labor, I ordered the animal styled fries. Instead, I got a slab of cheese and stale fries 😐 ... I hope they can make up for this in the future*cries internally*

Usually there is a super long wait, but today the line was going by super quick because they had split it into two lanes (left and right) with two people taking orders. The man who happened to take our order was super sweet. He was even doggie friendly!! He loved our dogs and even knew exactly what we were talking about when we requested a puppy patty. He was very knowledgeable and made our experience great. Shout out to Joe!!!

The most simplest menu with basically 3 things. But they make sure those things taste amazing. Cant go wrong with In N Out

The place was not as busy as I have seen it in the past. Staff was okay but not great, our order was not called on their microphone but I saw that it was there waiting for us. They also forgot to do a few things we requested for our order. The atmosphere is just your typical In N Out. I watched my food sit on the side for about 3-5 minutes before getting my animal style fries.i got my cold burger and the cheese on the fries wasnt fully melted either.

Every week we have gone and ordered the exact same meals; they have never gotten the order correct no matter how many different ways we explain it or have them repeat it. We called the 800 number and ... yeah, no. We love the taste but this is ridiculous. The menu isnt that complicated. This restaurant needs training, the manager and as they hire new employees they need to be trained correctly and the MANAGER IS doing a HORRIBLE job.

I love going there.... But the lines are what keep me from going. Its sad but true.

LOVE in-N-out, however I am pretty disgusted by what I witnessed inside the store today. A homeless woman was ransacking through the trash and collecting used cups, filling them up with drinks, and asking for several drink carriers to carry her 100s of cups filled with soda. This is absolutely horrendous and grossed me out. The paying customers and the staff should not have to deal with this. The homeless are just getting out of control, but this was on a whole other level that I have never seen before. I dont know if I could personally eat at this location again after seeing this. I think management needs to take a serious action to prevent things like this. I dont feel comfortable or safe with that kind of activity in the store and I lost my appetite after watching her pick the cups out of the trash🤮🤮🤮

Drive-thru is usually long so we decided on going in and ordering and doing take out. Fountain machines are self-serving again and have an interesting no touch mechanism to dispense the drinks.

This has got 2 b the WORSE in n out I have been to. I went here 2 yrs ago n it was bad. . & My son talked me into going here today I was hoping itd b better than 2 yrs ago it has NOT.. if I could give it a 0 star n leave a review I wouldve.

The food was good and staff are friendly.Only thing that i saw within the staff there were no communication with my order so, we waited more than we needed to.

So far so good. But there was gum in the urinal. Point lost there. I do like the scent of the soap in the bathroom. Its that one scent when you get it at a public place every now again and youre like dang I like that Im gonna have to get it for the house, but then you never can find it. I got a double double animal style burger, no tomato, with cheese fries, and a vanilla shake. The young lady that took my order was cool and she asked me how my day was. When I got my order I had tomato on my burger, and my frys were animal style. I went up and told them it was wrong and they promptly fixed everything. No points lost there in my book as long as everyone is taken care of!

Fast polite service, clean facility and excellent burgers and shakes. Fries are a bit mushy though :(

Took the drive-thru. Despite there being a line, it went fast. The food was great as usual. But the aggressive seagulls make it difficult to eat outside.

I love in and out and hate to give it a low rating. But this location in Oxnard does not meet up to the standards. They have two lines to get into the drive-thru which is pretty well organized. But, I have been here more than once. The first time I went through the drive-thru and my burger was cold. I had to get out of the drive-thru and then walk into the restaurant to get a new burger which was freshly made. The second time I came through the drive-thru and ordered a protein style burger without the lettuce wrap- instead the tomato wrap. I thought it would have everything like a normal protein style burger, but it was just 2 Patties with raw onions-looked dry-and a tomato wrap. Tomatoes did not taste fresh- like they were sitting out for a while. I did not eat them. Also no sauce? I just ate the patties and the edges of those were a little crispy. I didnt have have time to go back in and request a new one. I wont be coming back here again and will stick with the location in Camarillo.

The restaurant was clean. Staff was friendly. However we only get the burgers because we dont like the fries and they got our order wrong. The cashier repeated the order, she got it right so the mistake happened in the kitchen. It was hit, it was freshly made.

Now that the CDC guidelines have changed the dine in is seeing a bigger crowd of customers but in-N-out has always been a hotspot favorite in town . They take care of customers to full satisfaction with a pleasant attitude and in a reasonable amount of time

Went to the Oxnard In n Out to get a great burger. Line was a bit long but worth the wait. Great food always!

A couple tiny issues concerning wait time when ordering in-store (took a while for a cashier to show up and then mine and one other order took longer than others before us... though they ordered more). However, still doing pretty well considering the fact that were in a panoramic. I admire the workers for handling the insane drive-thru lengths, and the food quality is still great.

I dont know what all the hipe is about. Average burger. Good prices.

Quick service and friendly staff. Had a double double with fries to go. Got it in no time in spite of the long line of cars waiting at the drive thru. Great location as well.

2:30 in the afternoon, one of the more out of the way In n Outs, hour wait... Im done with them... all of them. It had been a while, as my last visit, at a different one, was a long wait as well. Just no longer worth it.

Decided to use drive thru because of how packed it was inside. As usual, drive thru was long too but that wasnt an issue. I did have an order mixup due to miscommunication but got my cheeseburger in the end. Cheeseburger and fries are just the perfect pairing.

Sub-par burger, probably the worst fries Ive ever had. The the drive through line was 30 minutes long. This is why I never go there, but my 13 year old daughter thinks its the best! She wouldnt know a good burger if it fell out of the sky and landed in her mouth.

Wow!! First time ever waiting for my order in a parking stall. They screwed up my order and the order ahead of me at the drive thru. Now I have to wait at least two addition minutes for my order. Will see what this will turn into.

SO FREAKING GOOD!!! Yes the food was delicious! But what else would you expect from this beloved, tried and true franchise. What stood out here was the exceptional customer service! We asked a young man if he could clean off our outside table and floor and he gladly did it! The crew at the counter were super friendly and got our large order correct. Everything I have been here its a long line,but it moves quick. My order is always accurate and they are always pleasant. There is one guy there that used to take the orders for drive through who was especially a delight. Always had a quarky come back for anytime I ordered myself a Dr. Pepper and made ordering my food actually fun. I wish all their staff were like him... I miss him. Havnt seen him in a while.

Good quality of the hamburgers, but the drive service pack everything without caution and deliver the order all scrambled something that is not very pleasant to see.

As most of these locations tend to be, these guys were really efficient in their drive through system and despite a seemingly long line of cars, we got our food in about 5 minutes. Thats impressive. Would recommend to anyone.

Bc its In & Out. Duh.3 x 2 protein style extra lettuce and chopped peppers. Keep everything and raw onion.For some reason... I prefer the lettuce over bread this way. Plus its low carb shmarb so dont forget the fries! Haha

I was happy to visit In-N-Out Burger! The service was excellent and fast!! Being from the East coast and having the opportunity to go to the west coastline eat In-N-Out was dream come true.

I never get tired of this place and thier fries never fail to bring a smile to my face. By far the best you are going to find.
