Delicious ice cream cake but grossly overpriced I think for half sheet ($37). Came here around 8p on Wed, place was almost empty, just a mom and her son eating ice cream. Staff were nice, answered phone promptly - asked if their store accepts payment through gift cards added on app which comes in the form of barcode (yeah few stores cant do it even its their own gift card or app) They said no problem. And so glad they were able to because I had almost $30 worth of $2 gift cards collected over the year. The lady who helped me was patient enough to scan and apply each and every one of the gift card, good thing this place wasnt busy. 5 stars for quality and service

I went today on a hot day hoping that this Ice cream would satisfy my taste buds but within 10 seconds the ice cream started melting and once I reached my car it was completely melted. The place was stuffy and hot. They clearly had no A/C. When I saw the employee scooping the ice cream it looked melted. Very dissatisfied.

Its so delicious. The service was very sociable and kind. The bill wont break you. Feeling here is similar to a cafe in San Jose I liked.

My daughter and my boyfriend just went there last night and got food poisoning!!! From the cookie dough ice cream! Within 1 hr of them eating it they both had diarrhea and my daughter has been throwing up since 3am. I had to take her to the hospital to get some medication for her stomach. DO NOT GO THERE.

One of the best spots in the area. the service here is great. reminds me of a place in new york i liked to visit.

You can never go wrong with 31 flavors. The only thing is they dont have sun shade if youre eating inside around 3 pm the sun is shining through and it makes it hot.

I was super full. the service was sociable and attentive. i can see why they have so many good reviews.

Use a four dollar coupon and was great the banana split. Place is clean, quiet and expensive. Its located near Ralphs, two laundry mats, Little Caesars and a Chinese fast food.

They had like 3 flavors of the prepackaged ice cream.
