Gave this business chances because people make mistakes. But honestly, zero stars. Nothing against this business on a personal level. The point of this type of platform is to rate with transparency. This experience was THE MOST unprofessional, uncommunicative, irresponsible, and simply the most UNCOMFORTABLE experience I’ve dealt with in the printing industry.Took almost three months to receive an order of two items that we were overcharged for.The reason for that was that the items got lost.Never called to let me know. No text no email, even after I communicated my concern via all three communication methods.Top it off though- I was told my items were ready so I drove there to find out they were not.They were ready about a week later when the items were finally found.Unorganized business. Over charged considering the big mistake.Making matters worse: the Owner never apologized and blame shifted. Zero accountability. Charged $70 which should have been $40 or $50 the most for the mistake and from previous charges on a different order.Not ok. Definitely not worth it.

EXPENSIVE!!!!! Do not go. Was charged $21 dollars for a print even when you bring your own shirt. Then they charge you extra without your consent. They also charge for a logo permission charge of $30 and above. Your custom shirt is more than 50 dollars for sure and if your doing more than one is not worth it. They communicate very unprofessional like you are doing them a favor. Will not go back!

I have nothing personal against jesus, the reason for 1 star is due resulting in Mr banos unprofessionalism, he always makes promises, then he later changes dates and his work is very ameaturish, I only post according too my experiences

Absolutely the worst experience of my life trying too make t shirts for a funeral fundraiser the owner Don Jesus doesnt have people skills and really lacks education zero stars !!!

Great work he did a great job with a custom sticker I asked for my car I also went back in a month later for a t shirt for my daughters graduation reasonable price and had it ready for me in a hour I highly recommend this place for any work go in and talk to him about what u want and he would give u a quote on it

The guy is rude! Zero customer service skills. When he hands you his business card, your eyes ZOOM to the typo. I walked in, the door beeped. Stood in front of the guy with his cell in his face and waited. He eventually put it down and I said I was there about so & so product and he just stared at me and says nothing. That is how my painfully awkward encounter started.

Excellent job, great prices, professional equipment and next day turn around. Dont know what more you could ask for. The pricing and communication is very straightforward. I told them what I needed and they made it happen. They did an A+ job in terms of quality on embroidery for several work polo shirts. Couldnt be happier with the results and would not hesitate to use again or reccomend.

So when it came down to the quality of the products ( the service i paid for ) it was rushed so it seemed. some stitching to the embroidery was off and looked tacky. some of the shirts that were screen printed werent properly centered and looked off putting. Came here with high expectations but of course I was just as another order invoice not a valued customer. He also kept giving me different dates for the final products to be completed so that was annoying. would i come back? probably not. spend your hard earned money wisely.
