I didn’t think I would get the same service as I would at a private optical practice. But this Target Optical has great customer service and had the most calming presence. I highly recommend this place.

Samantha is very helpful, she’s being helping me for the past few years, creating great client-worker relationships. She remembers what style I like and always helps me to get right price. Wonderful employee.

Great job in suggesting which eye glasses look good. They have huge selection for and adults and children. The prices are affordable.

Had to find a new place to get my glasses so tried target optical, probably one of the best experiences Ive had, somebody referred me to Dr.Lam due to the great experience they had and I second that experience, they were kind, informative and very professional and I found the floor staff to be just as great very happy with my overall experience. Im not a person that goes out of their way for reviews but the great service I experienced definitely warranted one.

Let me start of with Andres and Iris are awesome. My first exam was great but picking out a pair of glasses was horrible . The way Samantha speaks to people discourages them from purchasing at this location . Fast forward two years I’m due for another exam, once again eye exam was great. When it was time to pick out my new glasses the doctor walked me to the other room where I was “yelled at” by Samantha to “Hold On” there was other people around and I was so embarrassed (even left the doctor speechless), I decided to leave. I was determined to never go back when she was there . The way this lady talks to people is not welcoming . She never greeted me on both occasions and acted if I was a burden. I was doing my usual shopping and noticed Samantha was not working I peeped my head in and was greeted by Andres and Iris! They made sure to follow all Covid guidelines while delivering an iconic customer service experience! That day I left happy and with a new set of glasses !! Thanks to them I will be a returning customer ( only if they are there to help)!

I came into store looking for glasses. To only get shut down and screamed at by the manager. I have never been treated like this in my life at any store and i felt discriminated because im mexican. Someone needs to address this behavior because this is unacceptable

Dr. Lam & Samantha Z are great. My girlfriend and I have been customers of theirs for years and have had positive experiences every time. Very Knowledgeable, un-pressurizing, and very informative. Dr. Lam makes sure any unanswered questions are answered. Samantha is great at breaking down the prices of whatever services and/or items (glasses, contacts) you are interested in. Gives healthful recommendations based off of excellent customer communication. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Samantha wells Zuniga is by far the most unprofessional manager to be representing this location. She definitely needs to take some courses on management and customer service.I had an appointment and when I arrived I was told it was cancelled due to not confirming (which I did via text) and they were unable to verify my insurance (which I don’t have and mentioned to the girl time of my appointment) I was going to be paying cash.I’m not even upset that I went and my appointment was cancelled. I’m more upset how she addressed me during the interaction with her especially as a manager. When I asked for a managers information she stated she was one which I was very surprised she was due to her customer service skills. I asked for someone else above her and she stated that due to COVID everything is closed and she can’t even get in contact with anyone, she could even provide me with an email or number. I did go online and spoke with an online member who was happy to give me corporate information and confirm they’re open.

Got my exam here no problem. Ordered contacts no problem. All of a sudden they reject my prescription the second time and say I need a new prescription for contacts in the same year? Say I have to pay $100? No thanks

My husband & I stopped by just to see if they accepted our insurance & the staff was sooo helpful & friendly. They squeezed him in for his eye exam & we did not wait at all.Great customer service!

Very upset I order my lenses for glasses in December and haven’t gotten them !!!!been 6weeks .....even paid and said they got no order....

Do not purchase your eye care from Target Optical!!! They only care about making money out of the customer and completely disregard customer needs. I have a very high prescription, and I entirely depend on my contacts and glasses everyday to even do the most minimal task. I bought a 6 month supply of contacts here and just yesterday I accidentally broke one of my contacts, I don’t have anymore and nor do I have glasses (my new pair will not arrive for another week at least). I proceeded to call Target Optical and explained the situation to the employee over the phone, I asked her if I could maybe have or purchase a temporary set of contacts till I received my new pair of glasses in the mail or could afford another 6 month supply, she seemed reluctant to consider my situation but would consult with the doctor. I received a call a few hours later and they told me that they could not give me the temporary contacts without me purchasing a new 6 month supply which currently I cannot afford. Again, I cannot see without eye aid, and they were unwilling to help because I could afford a new 6 month supply. So unprofessional, bad customer service, and trash ethics.DO NOT GET YOUR EYE CARE HERE!

I stopped by coz I lost a screw on my glasses. They fixed it for free! Moreover, I got the same day eye check without any appointment and ordered classes within 40 min! Personnel is very friendly and super helpful

They said it will only take 2 week to get my glasses but it was way over just 2 weeks. They did not even call me and let me know it was ready. Just two days after getting my prescription glasses one of the lenses came off from the frame.

Five stars! Dr.Timenovich is very professional and very kind she explains eveything very well. The staff is great, when I mess up my glasses I stop by and they align and clean my glasses while Im shopping.
