I was aided by two very helpful staff workers. It was around 10 am. One in particular helped my decide which type of toner was the best for appliance. I only acquired the name of the cashier. Her name was Cynthia, how was also dealing with an unruly customer before me.

Came to get toner and asked for help but no one came so I had to find it myself. Your customer service sucks.

1 hour service really? So if you decide to drop something off and get it printed make sure you give yourself plenty of time. I try calling and they wont answer. I have came to the store 3 days in a row and they keep forgetting to print my cards. I showed up today and they panicked saying to give them an hour to complete the work. Im sick of excuses but at this point they got me by the you know what. In the future I will be taking my buissnes elsewhere. Im a local and been shopping here for years I just want to make the public aware of the possibilities you might come across. I definitely learned my lesson and will move on.

Found a great office chair for my home office on sale. It was marked up a little bit on the back, but my hubby was able to get it all off.

I went to get a print out for my mom for x-mas, not only were they unfriendly and unhelpful, they helped two other customers while he was already helping me, and made me wait. He had a sluggish personality and he didnt offer much help when I was struggling. Ill never go back there again.

Came in today to look for a keyboard. Found the one I liked but it was missing the bluetooth USB receiver. Laura was by far the most helpful person. She went out of her way to check inventory of her store along with surrounding stores. At the end of my trip, Laura found me the USB part that I needed and provided the keyboard to me at a discounted price because it was opened and missing original parts. Laura displayed the utmost respect and professionalism. Lauras actions are a PERFECT display of EXCELLENT customer service and I will return here for my future purchases. THANK YOU LAURA,Ps. I experienced an extremely service oriented staff. All had smiles, helped me find and purchase a new printer/scanner /fax and a set of ink cartridges plus a 2 year Staples guarantee all in about 10 minutes. What teamwork! Thanks to all staff.

Chess move back to Ventura went to Staples. Walked in trying to get simple graph paper waited 10 minutes no 1 approached could not find it went up to the cashier she pointed out an aisle and said over there I finally found what I needed and left. When did customer service get so bad

These people are dumber than a basket of rocks. They are incapable of figuring out simple tasks that home printers can accomplish with basic software. Ingenuity and job comprehension, which have antiquated in this society, are not qualities that are exemplified by the staff at this location.

Very very bad service! I was waiting for more than 10 minutes for copy assistance and the employee was on the phone all the time, onother customer came and the employee continued on the phone! No bady help us! Very disappointed.
