All staff were very friendly. Was offered help several times. All items are shelved neatly and was able to find what I needed quickly. Prices are very fair and sometimes you can find a good deal!

I have to agree with the other comment. I use to shop here all the time and they had variety of shoes but 2 or 1 year ago they changed the inside of the store and since they changed it the shoes they carried changed too. All the shoes they have now is not as good as what they had before. The women’s section is wack.The employees are nice tho everything is nice except for the shoes they have.

Scored back to school shoes and accessories for the grand at a reasonable price. Always helpful and kind.

The store didnt have a variety of shoes and honestly the shoes they had were not my taste. But everyone is different, I was greatly disappointed with the store because I used to come here to get all my shoes but lately they havent gotten any good shoes.

Sorry everyone but not a big fan of WSS. Im would rather go to the outlet in Camarillo.

Some nice shoes for OK prices, a decent selection too...Usually clean and the staff are helpful,if you can find one. What I dont get is that mens shoes are always more expensive than womens even when they are the exact same type.

Worst customer service ever... the employees that work there dont even bother to offer their help. Even when you go and ask for help they still hesitate to answer and respond especially when I was the only customer there at the moment.. no smiles no greetings... nothing.. not going there again.

Wide selection, but a bit pricey for some of the more ordinary Nikes and adidas...overall I still shop there from time to time, they usually got the discounted pairs and their are some really good deals in there. Plus not a bad rewards program
