At first they were a close convenience for my accessory needs. Over time, they clearly showed me their excellence in service and customer satisfaction, that after I moved and no longer convenient, I STILL make the drive to this place. I dont know what your trying to pull¡ i bout a wax vape 50$ when i got home and started to read the box and its contents i realized it was missing the extra coil and wax tool then it dawned on me that there was no shrink wrap on the box !! Nice scam if it was marked down i would understand but i paid full price!! Girl working was very nice and very attractive!!and thats why i gave 2 stars!!

Well stocked store. The only place in Ventura county that carries a particular blend of pipe tobacco I enjoy. The store has a wide variety of cigars and cigarettes, pipes, vapes, papers, lighters and the various accessories that a modern smoker may need. Friendly staff always informative and helpful without coming off as over bearing or pushy. Favorite tobacco store in California.

This was my first time here and man I am impressed. First, the only store to have true pipe tobacco. Second, what a nice selection of pipe tobacco. They are nicely stocked of the various tobacco products. The gentleman working was very kind.

The gentlemen working here have always been courteous, generous and quick. I highly recommend this business!
