Came here to have two of my paid off phones unlocked. They said they are not able to. Manager, Zuriel was really rude. Customer care, Maria Hernandez had the worst attitude ever. Zuriel stated that it would take hours on the phone with customer care and they do not have the time. Zuriel stated that due to covid19 they are not able to handle this. This does not make sense to me. 5 customer care associates were present. I am truly very upset.
I recently purchased an iPhone12 from here and I’m originally from sprint. The service was great and I was helped by a knowledgeable store associate .I’ve been looking to return it for an iPhone with more space but every T-Mobile store I’ve gone to says I need to return it to this original location but it’s been closed for the past week or so with no updates on when it will open again. It seems like every store I go to has a new reason as to why I can’t get my return done.My return is good for 14 days and this just seems unfair. If there’s any owner reading this, I would appreciate any help you could offer.
I went to T mobile looking for a Samsung Galaxy 9 plus in a lavender color. The T mobile store only had blue and the customer service representative states they do not have it and contact another store. He tried and was not able to reach anyone. I still went to the other store. The reason I give it three stars is at the other store the customer service representative told me the Samsung Galaxy 10 plus would be out for presale in a couple of days and released on March 1st. I dont understand why the first T mobile store did not notify me of this. I appreciated Alejandro the customer service representative at T mobile inside the Pacific View Mall. He was looking out for my best interest. I will not give this T mobile location my business any longer obviously they are in it for their own interests not the customers.
I went in to upgrade my phone. The had a very limited selection on the phones, and colors. They didnt even carry the phone I wanted (z flip). The salesmen would not stop trying to sell me cases and screen protector after I told him I wasnt going to get any. He also wore a very loud watch, that felt like he rips people off. Annoying salesmen, limited selection, oh and the salesmen just googled the answers to all my questions. Pathetic.
I had the best customer service everMaria is the best. So much knowledge of every product and plan. I will make sure I see her again if I need help.!!
Ok I must say now that sprint is t-mobile there customer service is 10 times better. Today Oscar in this Location went above and beyond and helped me find out everything I needed to replace my shattered iPhone for my teen daughter. I will always go to this location!!
I had a great experience here! The guy and the girl that was working in there today(I forgot there name) were very nice and very helpful and I’m very please with what you guys! Thanks for taking the time to help me out! The venture mall t-mobile did not help me out at all and they didn’t explain anything to me as you guys did! I learn a lot about the iPhone thanks to you 2! Will be back there again!
Make sure Hannah Martinsson shows you deal in writing! Thank GOD for her co-workers sorting out her mess! She pronated a deal saying I would get $500 for a trade in that was $14 and pretty much everything else she said was erroneous. I would have stayed with offer her co- workers suggested to fix her mess but DIDN’T want her to get a commission for lying.
We were at tmobile store in the esplanade Oxnard. The sales associate helps us a little. We requested a manager to see if he can answer and help us with some issues with our phones.The manager Zuriel gave poor Customer Service. He ask us to leave because they reach max capacity due to cov19. We were the first ones there, the first ones before others customers arrive.This Manager Zuriel is an embarrassment for tmobile. We ask him for his business card. He gave a blank business card with no name on it. He wrote his name all sloppy on the card and refuse service and told us to leave.
Went to add a line to a current account, got what I wanted just the phone and new line NO ADD ONS, THE RECEIPT SAYS NO ADD ONS and I left no issues but than when the bill came The rep Janet added insurance and mobile hotspot to my account without telling me, just got the bill today and I see the charges, what kind of snake thing is this?Go to a different T-Mobile if you value your money
I had a wonderful experience at tmobile with the help of Anthony! He was great, very friendly, answered all my questions, and explained how to upload and download all I needed! Thanks Anthony, definitely a job well done!
Ive been going to this store for 4 years now because I feel welcome every time I come in . Just today, I was assisted by Zuriel. He was very professional and knowledgeable about theeir products and services. All my concerns were resolved satisfactorily by Zuriel. Thank you, Zuriel.

Left on hold for 40 minutes, we returned our devices at the beginning of may, we are now in July and they still have not been received back in corporate. we were charged 1500 bucks for two iPhone X that we returned in this corporate location, that they did not properly register, with corporate. the customer service at this location is beyond awful!!!! Anthony left me on hold for over 40 minutes!!!!! when I hung up and called back he asked who is this, and said his store manager should of already talked to me, and he set the expectation! Excuse me???? you lose my phones, put me on hold for 40 minutes, and its 3 months later and you are setting my expectation???? Thats down right awful customer service!!!! The store manager needs to be retrained or replaced in order to get these employees up to par!!!! what a shame t-mobile has a corporate store that runs in this manner!!!!!
I can never understand why most who work at Cellular phone stores are not very pleasant.
When, you tell them the phone you want (Oh wait they dont have it were sold out). Then, they offer you a phone that runs the same like the one you ask for they say, sorry were all out?! Whats the point of offering me the phone then huh ??? After, they offer you a bad 2013 phone that is really crappy I use to have... Also they said we only have the new Devices like the note 9.. but what??? Youre sold out of the phone I wanted, But you still have the old phones in stock. (probably getting more in shipping) why not throw those phones away and get new better recently new phones if they sell more than the old ones(Right now you People should feel ashamed like idiots).
Went in to figure out why I wasnt getting a notice about a previous account balance. When I voiced that I was trying to get an explanation about it, employee told me Dont have an attitude with me. Save yourself the blatant disrespect and go to a different store. Obviously, man behind the counter doesnt even know how to answer a simple question without feeling entitled to lash out on a customer. :)

This store is pretty cool. They are very helpful but the waiting times are awful. I usually have to wait 10-30 minutes to be helped which sucks, but they do what they can to help and even offer waters while waiting.
Very clean place and the workers are very friendly and helpful.
Lalo was particularly helpful. He was quite knowledgeable about the products and very professional when he was asked many questions by me, an old lady of 83 years. Thank you, Lalo
I just thought I would post this in hopes that the manager or sales reps will read this. Sure, you may be creating some extra sales, but at what cost? At the cost of losing current and future customers? Walking the customer is not a good sales tactic at all and in turn you are only eroding your true asset; your customers.All in all, worst experience ever. We were ready to walk out the door with two new S5s after dealing calmly with an arrogant and overly pushy sales manager, when he continued to push us after we clearly said no a few times already to phone cases and screen protectors.We ended up walking out because he refused to take no thanks for an answer.Good job guys.Just an FYI, we cancelled our service and will be heading over to Verizon.
Store can get really busy on weekends but everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and provides good customer service.
Employees overcharged me 2 times and proceeded to blame me for their errors. I hope that they don’t treat other people the way they treated us.
I come to buy a new Iphone. They try to force me to buy their accessary, upgrade my plan, extend warranty... They also keep asking me stupid questions to shame me, intimidate me just like those car dealer tactics so that finally I get tired and give up. After 30 of talking to them, I was so tired. I decided not to have any business them. I walk out didnt buy the phone or any service from them. They still charge me $170 on my credit anyway without my authorization.

The lady who sold me my phone added insurance to my phone WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE when I SPECIFICALLY told her I DID NOT want insurance. They work on commission so theyll do anything they can to get more money. Extremely unprofessional!!
