Good place though with knowledgeable staff and many tires that ended my day but a bit pricey I thought that time. Some nails are so out of this world.

Unless you have all day, and I mean ALL OF THE DAY, avoid this place. Their service takes unbelievably long, and it is not because there is lots of customers. The staff can be seen fooling around through the glass, and doing just about everything aside from working on your car.I didn’t even address this with the manager but still got a rude attitude on my way out. Doesn’t matter how early you show up, I’ve tried. The service will be horrible.

Terrible Management!!! I went it for a simple flat fix just after 8 AM opening time. I was told they would not do my flat because they’re “too busy” but there was nobody around! Never have received such blatant disregard for my needs, hardly glanced my way while telling me I was on my own. I only came here because it was open an hour earlier than others. This places reputation precedes it and I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Literally anywhere else, Big Brand Tire, Av Tire, even Brakemasters are better than these chumps.

I took my 2016 Honda Accord there because the Ventura store was temporarily closed. I needed routine service and low tire light was on. On inspection they told me I needed a new tire. While they were able to get the tire right away when I left the station my tire light was still on. I turned around to tell them and the guy who was working on my car seemed bothered and said I just need to drive it and it will reset after 20 miles. So a week later it’s still on. I called and they said I have to bring it back to reset. Thank god for YouTube. He could have easily reset it for me he just didn’t want to help

I guess the pandemic is over.I typically go to Valvoline, where I can stay in my car, but I had to go to a Firestone because I was in a rental car that needed an oil change.The staff was friendly enough m, and masked when in the lobby, but ripped their masks off or down as soon as they entered the bay. No biggie, while that may not be company policy, it doesnt impact me much if they choose to congregate in a group in close proximity maskless.It DOES impact me that the technician handling my car, getting in the drivers seat 3 times had NO MASK.I watched him back my car out of the bay and immediately get out of my car and walk back to the bay, nothing in hand but my keys.My keys were immediately returned to me.When I asked what m COVID policies they were following I was told they carry a little bottle they spray areas theyve touched when they are done.Well. No. They dont. And they raw dogged the air all over the front of my car. Looking back I shouldve taken the risk of swapping cars out at Enterprise, at least they cover their faces when in the cars, and clean it before handing it over to me.

Slow, bad service. Staff seemed like a bunch of robots who could be rude or monotone, no In between.

The staff and services it provides are fine. I believe that it is Firestone, Inc.s policy to have vehicles inspected, to find something wrong with the part, and recommend services. The problem with these courtesy checks is that the company will charge an inflated price to those who do not know any better, and seek to earn profits in this manner. Word to the wise: if you are being asked to have a particular service performed, ask for a second opinion. Have only come to this placeIl to purchase car batteries. The carry interstate batteries which in my opinion are the best. But I do notice they treat people and are really nice especially with elderly customers. They are patient and polite to all customers and acknowledge you as you walk in. Im not sure about the quality of their work is but if your looking good customer service this is the place for you.

I used to bring my classic Mercedes convertible here for alignments, and I had a catalytic converter replaced, once. Theyve always been inexpensive, reasonably fast, and the work was reliable.Yesterday we had rear shocks on the spouses car replaced, and there was a bad rattling/clunking noise after the car was picked up. Car went back in, and it got resolved, but no woops, sorry, just shrugging and blaming phantoms. I watched the mechanic, and it was clear something was left loose that should have been attached. Id have felt better if theyd been honest. Mistakes happen, its not the end of the world.

I went because amazingly I was able to get an appointment on short notice on a Saturday afternoon.I arrived early for my appointment, 1:40 PM for a 2 PM appointment, and I expected a little wait.I was pretty surprised that at 2:30 PM my car was still where I parked it. About 2:40 PM my car was moved inside to be worked on.It took about an hour to do.They checked me in under a different customer, same last name but different first name, address and phone number, see picture, which I blocked the address and phone number for safety.Not sure if it was just a bad day for them or this is typical. I need another alignment on my other vehicle and the price is good, just will try to give it another shot and see.

Im not really sure why Firestone Auto Care in Oxnard has only 3 stars on Google. I was in last Friday and I found the tire service at this location to be fast, friendly and affordable. With no appointment I walked in and spoke to Gaby. Gaby was friendly, helpful and was able to get me back on the road in no time. I was also excited to hear that this location does auto repair as well since I am currently in the market for finding a new auto shop.

I drove to their camarillo location for a front end alignment. Took all my Info. Lady asks the guy in the back if my truck will fit on the rack. Dude says no but the Oxnard location will have a rack. I called Oxnard location, told me to come in about an hr. Show up in just over an hr and sorry I only have 1 mechanic.....really bro?! I drove all the way over here for you to tell me sorry bro?

My appointment was at 9 am for an oil change. The worker helped me out at 9:30 I am still currently here and its 11am. I saw through the glass the workers just playing around not working on any car. Today doesnt even look busy. Never coming here again.

The customer service is amazing. Dropped off my car and got it back the same day. Took it again for an inspection because my breaks were making a clicking sound and they helped me out with that. Laura (I believe that is her name) was on top of things. She let me know what was wrong with my vehicle in a very detailed way. Thank you all! You guys keep my car at its best.

They have been great every time we get our van serviced. The tires we bought were reasonably priced, the credit line approval process was easy, and they fixed our brakes that used to shake our vehicle all over the place. I even brought my mother-in-law to get new tires on her vehicle.

I called to have an oil change 45 mins prior to closing and the person who answer told me it would fine. I got there and was told they couldnt help me even and was told the person who told me yes was not there. I was upset to say the least. I have been coming to this location for years and never had been treated with poor customer service. No apology was given.

I dont expect to be treated like family or receive any deals at an automotive repair shop BUT Firestone is terrible! They will lie to you, especially if you dont acquire seperate opinions or price quotes before going there. I understand that profit is important but they go out of their way to sabotage your vehicle in the boldest manner and will leave you feeling helpless & distraught.

Theyre always nice, and Ive never felt like they were trying to rip me off. I know what needs to be done when I go in, and they dont treat me like Im dumb, and oversell things.

They managed to do an alignment as expected. I wouldnt expect them to do much more. They didnt realize what it would take to do rear brakes on a truck. Being a legitimate business in this field of work some general knowledge would have made more sense. Wouldnt recommend using this business.

Very bad experience. Went for AC service inspection and gave me an hour estimate time(After waiting 20 mins).I was waiting for some response and never got any response within an hour. So, I asked and they told me that they are working. It took more than 2 hours and 30 mins to pay for inspection. They told me that they will provide my car within 2 mins and took more than 15 mins.They give estimate time for an hour and took almost 3 hours. (Without any apologies):( :(Also, AC recharge cost is more than double compare to other mechanics. (They are giving warranty too.)

They had to order my tires special for my car and called me when they were available to come in for an appointment. The service was good and I was a satisfied customer.

When Im looking for hard to find detailing items I know Firestone will carry it or order it

Do not go for an Uber/Lyft inspection. They performed a vehicle inspection for me and filled out the form. Uber declined the form because the form was not filled out correctly. After going back to them two times to fill out the form, I went to an Uber green light anyway.

Didnt even get as far as purchasing the tires. Made an appointment online to bring a Nissan Altima in after getting a quote on the website for an out the door price. Right off the bat the front of shop guy tries to up-sell for an alignment that the Nissan dealership had not recommended. Next he quotes a price just for the tires and installation at $30 more than the online quote I had received. When I let him know he says with attitude, You want me to just sell you the tires and you can take them home and install them yourself?The website actually says to make sure to print and bring in your quote to receive that price. I guess its to make sure unscrupulous individual shops dont try to rip you off link this one did me.Needless to say I left. Taking my business back to the Nissan dealership where they actually understand customer service.

I had an appointment at 10am. I dropped my truck off at said time. I was told it will take 2 hours. At 1:30 I went to pick up my truck and they hadnt even looked at it. There customer service is non-existent and everything else is in need of help.

My car key broke in my pocket and I got my car towed here because it was closest mechanical place near me but when we got there they told me that I had to wait a day for the part to ship .I needed it fixed asap so I had to call a locksmith to make me a new key...

Really disappointed with firestone. Took my car in for brake Inspection, I tell them the brakes are squeaking, dont know which ones do. They tell me its rear brakes, so they put new brakes and new rotors. Next day brakes are still squeaking...they tell me its the front ones...they clean brakes and rotors, and yet again brakes are still squeaking. Do not recommend this place at all.

This is the worst shop I have ever been to. They told me that I would take over 2 hours of labor to do an alignment on my jeep after the mechanic stared at it for 30-45 minutes and scared up brand new parts that I had just installed less then a week ago. I would never suggest this shop to anyone

Bad!bad! Stay away from this place. I brought my hilander for a flat repair, that they couldnt do because the nail was too close to the edge (someone else fix it no problem ) and of course they tried to sell me new tires i said no. So they just threw the tire inside the car instead of putting it back under the car and didnt bother putting the panels back together. The tire stained my interior....I complained to the manager, He said he would have a talk with the employee and now im stuck with a dirty interior. ...

I drive a fleet vehicle and these guys always take forever for anything. Anytime I need an oil change or to fix a flat its 3 hours minimum. The staff are friendly enough but they never prioritize customers time.
