He was able to maintain a fiduciary relationship between seller and buyer and executed a fast sale for the seller and honored our request to close quickly as well. All while making sure the proper paperwork was drawn up and ensuring all aspects of the transaction were finalized correctly. And he always checked in daily to ensure we felt comfortable and were content with our purchase; as you know, buying a vessel AS-IS is always scary!! Young even found us a great mechanic to make sure the vessel was all tuned up in preparation for our voyage from sellers marina to our own. Young is the most persistent and thorough yacht broker Ive ever dealt with. He sold my boat quickly, above asking price. Given it was a late model, popular style power boat, but I was a difficult client without a lot of time. Ive dealt with other brokers over the years in more populated marina areas who did not get the results Young got, nor in the time he did. Make sure hes your broker!

We worked with Brian for several months looking non stop for a live a board vessel. After months of not finding exactly what we wanted he highly encouraged us to look at a boat layout that we had not looked at before.
